The room was very spacious and the balcony was huge! Stayed in a junior suite, exceptionally clean, 2 bathrooms in the suite, only one disappointment no vanity area for drying hair etc staff were very helpful, bar area very good dnd roof top restaurant with fabulous service and food, the local area was not applicable to the stay but there seems to be renovation works behind hotel with an arena and shopping area which will be very good if staying in the hotel, 2 stops on the tram to central Bergamo and 45 min train journey to Milan, Citta Altea is one place needs visiting in Bergamo absolutely stunning

The place was very new, and I was really excited because they offered many amenities, such as parking for both regular and electric cars. The hotel is also connected to a new mall (which would be even nicer if it were fully open). The room and the hotel were both very clean and well-maintained.

The only downside is the location—it’s a bit far from the city center. While it’s close to a station, that station itself is quite far from the center, and the trains stop running too early. After spending time in town, we ended up having to take a taxi from the bus station back to the hotel instead of using the train. I couldn’t help but wonder what we would’ve done if we hadn’t been able to find a taxi. There aren’t many public transportation options nearby, and I think that should be clearly mentioned in advance.

Fabulous brand new modern hotel. Light, spacious rooms and communal areas. We had a large balcony over looking a green space which would be nice to take advantage of in better weather. Good buffet breakfast and chilled bar for an evening drink. The tram stop is just a 2 minute walk away and then only 2 stops to Bergamo, however we found a nice route to walk back along Borgo Santa Catarina which had nice shops, cafes and bars. If you are attending an event at Chorus Life Arena, then this is a great choice as it's literally a few steps away.

We had some issues managing the air-con but the staff (especially Marta) were attentive and helpful. We understand that a few instructions will be left in the rooms for the air-con and managing the lights, this will be a good idea!

Brand new hotel with the nicest staff and proactively upgrading my room, just because it was available. The room was spacious and stunning despite confusing light switches ;) Overall the whole stay exceeded my expectations where I was looking for a comfy place before heading on to Switzerland and I got super nice staff, amazing premium room for no extra cost, delicious cocktails in the rooftop bar and an entire shopping gallery on the venue. Must go back to Radisson blu Bergamo - it's a 10/10 place

Smart, new hotel with a good range of facilities and spacious rooms. Good range for breakfast. Bathroom is spacious and good supply of toiletries etc (superior room). Can access the hotel by tram from the central station (or on foot if you don't mind walking 2.2km). Beautiful views from the roof garden. Handy for the ChorusLife venue and shops.

The bar staff are completely unorganised. After ordering drinks, and complaining numerous times, we waited over 40 minutes to receive our glass of wine (on two separate occasions). There are not enough tables to cater for everyone who wants to drink in the bar. On one evening, hotel residents were being refused entry to the bar due to high volumes of passer-by’s also using the bar. Really put a dampener on our stay.

Hotel is modern, spacious and with amazing views, very clean and everything was high standard. It was only 10 minutes from the airport by taxi and close to the tram, which is 2 stops away from train station. Breakfast was very nice as well and all the staff in hotel was very friendly and welcoming! We stayed in Italy for 5 days and 2nights we spent in this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
