Very big appartment: bedroom with double bed and living room with additional bed (coach). Big bathroom with a bathtube. Electric kettle, microwave, washing mashine iron and hairdryer. Good location in citta bassa, 20 min walks to citta alta, nice surroundings. Very clean. Shops and restaurants nearby. At night public parking places are rather available (without fee from 19 to 9 a.m.) Nice and friendly guy who gave us the keys (in the restaurant downstairs).

Lacks in kitchen equipment - few glasses and cutlery, only one pan, no washing-up liquid. Too small plug to the bathtub drain, which made it impossible to pour water over the bath. The water was sometimes lukewarm. At summer it may be noisy from the main street - in autumn/winter it is not a problem. The cleaning service was comming around 9.30am which was way too early for us.

Perfect location,close to downtown and Citta Alta.Two big bathrooms ,clean and large premises. Staff is great,polite and speaks fluent English. Cleaning the flat everyday. Supermarket and cafeterias right next to the flat.Bus station as well. I would choose it again.

We arrived late with two kids and nobody turned the heating on so it was cold .I didn't expect that the access was directly on the street which was a bit strange but finally we felt ok with this.

I really liked the location. Close to the city centre.

I did not expect the extra charge of £12.00 (city tax). I was told that I can only pay in cash, and I did not have any on me. So I had to look around for the AMT, luckily I found one and was able to pay these fees in a same day.

The place was super beautiful and spacious. The room was stone wall and cealings what it makes super charming, it is equiped with a kitchen an a bathroom.It is located in a quiet street and it is 20 min walking to the center of the city. We absolutely loved the place.

It was a bit confusing when we needed to pick the keys, but the people were really helpful to us.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Great value for money and good location.

-a green light is on the ceiling in the bedroom which stays on strongly all night, it's not very easy to sleep -it should be clearer that you go to the restaurant to check in. I had to phone to find out what to do when I arrived. It would be easier if guests were just told to do that.

The apartment n.2 is very beautiful and spacious. The lady I spoke to (Odette) was very nice and willing to help.

I couldn't sleep well as the residents living upstairs were walking on heels and chatting very loudly from 6am onward (on weekend).

Great service, went out of their way to check us in after 1am due to a delayed flight. Great location, walking distance to main transport hubs and attractions. Cleanliness was excellent with cleaning everyday and fresh towels when needed.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. Wasn’t a set back for us but could be for others. Possibly a couple more pillows on the bed, but that’s a personal requirement :)

I like the free coffee and brioches every morning and that the owners let us check-in sooner than 2 pm.

Excellent location, very comfortable. You should publicise that from the railway station the tram is the easiest way to get there.

The location, the size of the apartment and how clean it was.

The staff. They lady that did the chceck it said right away that we need to get out by 10 am because other guests are coming (which was not true). At 9.45 a cleaning lady came to the aparatment trying to kick us out. The girls at the reception, where we were told a night before that we can leave our laggage, didn't speak a word of English (but were very nice).
