Location to City centre, train station and local buses was great. The apartment was spacious and very clean.

There were no English news channels on the TV. To find out that it was a retirement complex after checking in, the restaurant was only available for the elderly residents.

The apartment was beautiful and spotless clean. We also had a nespresso coffee machine which was a nice touch

The lady on reception on our arrival wasn't very friendly. Also, the location was very close to the station which was very handy but also a bit dodgy as it felt very intimidating by that area. Full of gangs and drug addled homeless people.

There was an issue with the shades so 3 men came to fix it (the problem wasn't reported by us so their visit was unexpected) but they weren't able to. Next day we came back to our apartament door open and the shades fixed. I would've loved a heads up as we were 2 young girls travelling alone so knowing that someone was in our place without our knowledge (when there were many valuables laid out and literal lingerie laid out on the bed) was kinda uncomfortable, but I get that it probably didn't cross anyone's minds.

Overall, everything was okay. The apartment was spacious for one person, and the service was good. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable: the fridge was noisy at night, the kitchen sockets didn’t work, so I had to move the coffee machine and kettle to another spot, and the shower doors leaked, which meant I had to mop up the water with towels in the evening. There was also some mold in the shower. The bed was small, even though the room had enough space for a proper one, but that was clear from the photos. Check-out was very early - at 10 AM. When did we all start accepting that 10 AM check-out is normal!?

Great conditions, we initially had a booking at another place where we got overbooked, so we happened upon this hotel by mistake - what a great find! It was definitely better than our initial choice and we would definitely stay here again. The apartment was large, airy, and well equipped. Even the bathroom was very spacious, with a large shower. We didn't get to use any of the facilities but maybe next time! It's close to the train station (around 10 minutes walking) where you can also take a bus to the old city, and there are shops and restaurants close as well.

Not all of the streets leading to the location feel very safe, so make sure you are taking the main roads at night and that you're aware of your surroundings. We didn't have any issues but it felt a bit off at times.

The location was on a quiet street but close enough to walk to the train station where you can catch a bus to the old town. The apartment was very spacious with a separate bedroom, bathroom and sitting room/kitchenette. While there was no microwave, there was a cooktop, refrigerator and electric kettle. The place was very clean and had all the essentials. The apartment/hotel complex also had a sauna and swimming pool. We didn't use the latter as they required you to use a bathing cap and slippers to visit the pool, neither of which we had (they can sell them to you at the front desk). The parking is secure and underground and there is a lift to all floors including the underground car park. The apartment was very quiet with no noise from adjoining rooms. Interestingly the building is a combination retirement home and hotel which works very well.

The security is so good that it can be tricky after hours. There are two gates to pass through to the garage and it's one way. You have to press a buzzer at the gate so reception can let you in, but after hours you need to call the night reception. A problem if you don't have a cell phone number. You also need to do this to get in the front door after hours.

Very modern, spacious and well equipped apartment in a safe building, which also works as a retirement community. Not a problem at all in my view, it only means that you will have lovely neighbours :) Wellness area is a plus. You can have a cheap breakfast at the property, but only sweet pastries available.

Would have liked to use the sauna but I was not aware that it is needed to request it to be turned on at the reception around 20-30 min ahead -> I didn't have time for that, so just used the indoor pool, which is also nice.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. I also really enjoyed having access to the pool – it was a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. What I especially appreciated was the flexibility with late check-in – I was able to pick up the keys after regular check-in hours without any issues, which made my arrival much easier. I would gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bergamo!

Toilet flush didn't work properly.

This is good value accommodation 10 minutes walk from the bus/train station. I had very little interaction with the staff but they were all nice and helped me with my limited Italian. I don't think you will get this quality and space at this price point anywhere in Bergamo, but this is not a hotel and is very quiet, it is accommodation for old people that rents out it's spare rooms. If you can live with that then it's great, relaxed and perfect for a couple of days R&R

Couldn't complain about anything, the area is quiet but that suited me 10 minutes walk to fantastic restaurants and bars. Some young people hanging about in the immediate area but they didn't give no trouble

Comfortable apartments right by Bergamo train station. The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had a big balcony. The bed was comfortable and the shower drained well. It is true that they also provide these apartments to retired people but that's not a problem at all as others have complaint. You just see nice people having breakfast! :) The staff was helpful and gave us more toiletries when requested, and they also helped us get a taxi in the early morning to go to the airport. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It would've been nice to have new water bottles each day of our stay but it's not a big deal.
