That location, large spacious rooms. Staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Some guests were very noisy and inconsiderate. Woken at 5am one morning by a group of cyclists who were staying at the property and they thought it was acceptable to shout and run up and down the corridor presumably doing their warm up in studded boots!

Nice location, about 15-20 minutes walk from the Bergamo train station and the main sights and tourist attractions of the city. Helpful and very friendly owner, explained us everything and advised how to organize the sightseeing (we had only one day and thanks to those advices we managed to see everything we wanted). Very useful thing is the map of Bergamo center available in each room and prepared by the Guest House. Lovely terrace in the common area, nice kitchen where also the breakfast is served, nice furnished rooms - everything was as we expected and even better :) Wish we could stay longer than only one day, we already think about coming back :)

I appreciate that despite arriving late we could still get inside. We didn't have much contact with the stuff but they seemed very kind and answered the questions we had. It was also nice to have towels and much space to hang the coats. Overall it was a very good experience to stay there.

We stayed at the Zaffiro room and on the photos it looked to be bigger and arranged maybe in a different way (but we had little baggage so it wasn't an actual issue). The location may be a positive or a negative because 20 min to the train station and half an hour to the città alta is not much but on the other hand you need to keep in mind that it's not just around the corner. Oh, and there was one tile moving on the floor when we were walking on it, not sure that's how it supposed to be.

This is a truly traditional B&B for me where you get to meet the owner Elena who is very caring for her customers and takes pride in providing the best service she can. You won’t get a vast choice for breakfast but then again you don’t need it, what is offered is delicious and gets you ready for the day. For me the great coffee in the morning is the must and that’s exactly what I got. Prior to our arrival you get notifications and advise to ensure that you getting there and checking in all goes smoothly. There is a supermarket almost next door and a good variety of restaurants and bars nearby. About 18 min by taxi to Old Town (a must visit for history and architecture lovers). I highly recommend and this B&B will be my top cost-efficient choice for a stay in Bergamo.

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations

The place was incredibly comfortable and conveniently located not far from the center. The rooms were impeccably clean, and it's evident that the establishment is cared for with genuine attention, rather than just being seen as a money-making venture. There was an overall sense of wholesomeness and hospitality throughout. It's regrettable that our stay was only for one night, as I would have loved to experience breakfast on the terrace or in the cozy kitchen area. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing thorough explanations and embodying the perfect example of hospitality.

There were a bit too many keys to manage for one place, particularly when I thought I had misplaced the key for the parking gates, which sent me into a slight panic. While key cards are a common convenience nowadays, I understand that they might not suit the authentic atmosphere of this place. However, in the grand scheme of things, this is a minor issue and hardly worth mentioning!

The owner and her staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are really pretty, we had a great view of the Cittá Alta. Wifi was working great, air conditioning as well, all the facilities listed were available and worked perfectly. We didn’t have an iron, so we asked Elena the owner if we could borrow one and in no time she gave us one. So nothing bad to say here, highly recommend! (Train station is 15 minute walk and bus station a 5 minute walk from here). 🌷

Elena's kindness and willingness and the convenient check-in system (for people and cars) made our short stay more than perfect. Room with ammenities, air conditioning, full bathroom (including hairdryer), lock box and (small) TV. The breakfast - not included in the room price - is very good and varied, and special food can be ordered if necessary (we were gluten-free). We had it in the cute outdoor terrace.

The room was clean and well equipped, and the bathroom was similar. The decoration was cute and gave the room a very nice feel, and we had lots of space to store clothes and unpack which was really useful.

There was a little bit of noise in the corridors some mornings as the doors were not very soundproof but it did not really matter.

Very nice place to stay in Bergamo. We arrived very late in the evening but check-in was good organized, without any issues. Same was for the check-out. Parking was easy organized too. The hotel is just walking distance from the city center and most of the sightseeings. The area around is nice, with many cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean and had all facilities we needed for our stay. The breakfast was also pretty good. The people are friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendation what to visit and for some restaurants and cafes. We'll go there again.

Very clean and tidy, helpful staff. Very quiet place. Close to large supermarkets.

- There are no fridges in the rooms, but you can use your free space in the common fridge in the living room. Not a problem for me, but it could be a problem for the people having many things to put in a fridge. - The place is not close to the old town, but there are available transportation options.
