The location is great, within 10min you're at the bus and train station, taxi's easy to get locally and prices all reasonable. The room was clean, beds comfortable with a bathroom that had some toiletries. The shared kitchen area was fine and has everything you need. There is plenty of room in the fridge too. USB ports were a nice touch as well as standard eu plugs in the bathroom and kitchen area. The veranda was a nice touch, too. We added a pick up from the airport, too, really for convenience, but public transport to this accommodation is fairly easy 2 gates into the property made it feel very secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was very spacious and clean. It had access to a large veranda, which would have been lovely if the weather wasn't raining most of the time. Our room had a private bathroom which is always an important requirement for me. Kitchen is shared. There is a kettle , toaster, micro wave and fridge. Towels were changed when I asked for clean ones. It was about 15mins walk to train station and buses. You could take the bus to the airport but obviously check the time schedule. Restaurants and shops are about 20mins walk which wasn't a problem for us. Found a very good restaurant very near the the accommodation.

I needed to do check in online a day before I arrived. I also had to pay 5euro per night per person. So do your maths because it's not included in the price when you book. I was told about the amount when I was doing the check in. I had to pay before I arrived to be given the details & codes to check in. It would have made check in easier if someone was there to meet us.

It was my seventh visit of Bergamo and one of the best. Perfect for short or longer stay, you have verything you need, room si cozy, bathroom is not so small as it use to be in Italy :). In kitchen in the corridor you can find rest of things for your stay, check in was easy and location is only 10 minuts walk from main station, big grocery shop or good coffer and restaurant less then 5 minutes.

Very clean and spacious rooms, good shower pressure, there was a lift for my luggage and it felt safe with all the locks. It was easy to communicate with Endigio, but he was not available to meet me for check in, so his daughter met me instead and showed me how to use the keys and the locks. I organised airport transfer for 30 euros as it was a 6am pickup. Overall, great location and comfortable stay.

Private bathroom was lovely. The other people who stayed in the other rooms were awake quite late in the night and you could kind of hear them in the hallway, but nothing too disruptive.

Couldn't find charging point. The room was cold as my bed up against double doors. Getting in and out of rooms requires pin codes. It's basically a bef. Checkout at 10am. Self check in. I met no one in my entire stay.

I recently had the chance to spend a night in Bergamo, and even though it was a short stay, it left a lasting impression! The city has such a charming atmosphere—peaceful, beautiful, and full of character. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine friendliness from the locals.

I really liked the locality and Egidio was very nice. He picked us up at the airport, showed us our room and gave us some tips on restaurants, trips around Bergamo. Room was really nice and clean. We had our own bathroom. I would definitely recommend staying there.:)

The accommodation is perfect. Suitable for a good holiday in Italy, close to everything you need in the city, extremely clean, and the staff is very pleasant and kind. Also, helpful as it possible. All the best!

The room was cold (stayed in the middle of December). I was told to turn on the conditioner but I arrived at night and it was quite noicy to fall asleep. Also the floor was extremely cold, the problem could be solved with sleepers. I didnt like the pillows, they were huge and like stones.

Perfect! I had a very nice stay! Edigio was extremely kind and friendly. He collected me at the airport and I was very grateful for this, especially because my flight landed at midnight. My room was sparkling clean & fresh and the bed was super comfortable. Excellent shower. It was great to have the use of the kettle and toaster. The building itself is very nice and extremely secure. Ideal location. I recommend 100% to other travellers! I hope to return soon
