Not the usual featureless airport hotel, it was spacious and quite arty. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast included and it was quite a good selection. Plenty of tables and chairs too. Very close to Orio airport. An easy walk into Stezzano which has a good selection of bars and restaurants. Parking out front and underground. Supermarket adjacent so you can take on supplies if on a road trip.

Not a lot to dislike, although if you are a light sleeper, you might be aware of slight aircraft noise. Prices were quite high but there was big demand due to the Giro di Lombardia finishing in the city on Saturday which brings thousands of extra people to the area.

This hotel was clean,comfortable bed,staff very nice and helped with everything as much as possible and very friendly,great location near the autostrada,5 minutes walk to the train station to go to Bergamo and Milano,supermarket right next to it,few minutes with TAXI from the BGY airport,,breakfast delicious (I only wish there was more choices of Italian salami and cheese because I love it but it was lots of other choices to eat) ,at the bistro Cafe was very delicious. I definitely will return again when I will be in Bergamo. Also we arrived at 10 am and they let us accomodate which was surprisingly great as we could have all day free to go sightseeing..

Nice hotel close to the Milan (Bergamo) airport. The rooms are nice and clean. The room keys system created some problems when opening the door. Good breakfast with an average variety. The hotel restaurant has reasonable food and price. Underground garage designed only for small cars tp park in. Good parking at the

The bathroom was very cold due to unworking radiator in the room. The underground garage is designed only for parking small cars into it. I had Peugeot 5008 and really it was almost impossible to park the car in the garage and also left the garage. I could drive out easy due to only 3 parked cars. If garage would be full, I would need to find the proper way to do it.

Hotel close to Bergamo airport, very helpful staff, you can easily communicate in English. Very good breakfasts, great offer of using the Spa. Cleanliness at a high level, because every day the ladies come to clean the room. The hotel has a restaurant and a mini garden where you can sit. 24-hour reception which is a big plus.

The only thing that bothered me at times were planes flying over the hotel, but the hotel is located near the airport, so that's not surprising.

everything was pretty good. staff was helpful, cleaning ladies in general were my favourite people there, very nice and thoughful, i wasnt feeling good during one day there and the cleaning lady noticed it and told me shed do my room last. in turn giving me around almost two hours to get ready to get out for about 30 minutes , thats how long she took to clean my room which i find very fast compared to most hotels ive stayed at, they deserve a raise to be completley honest.

i wouldnt say i didnt appreciate it but one thing that i didnt LOVE was that the restaurant had great food, however the portions werent that great for the price. maybe its just me, im used to a good hearty plate of food, and for the price that i paid for a water a main dish and a secondary dish, 27 euro and some change doesnt feel horrible but for the quantity of the food i wouldnt call it great either. staff however great.

The location is very good. It's close to more amazing cities, the train is in a few minutes walk, the motorway is in a few minutes drive, there is a supermarket just next to the hotel, there is a small but lovely old center, that is also in a 10 mins walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of things. The flights didn't disturb us at all, the windows keep the noise outside.

The pillows were a bit hard and the room was far too hot with 27 degrees (and it was not possible to change it with the AC). There is no "Do not disturb" sign, we had to ask for not changing the towels and bed linen every day during the stay, otherwise they do. Instead of refilling the shower get/ soap dispenser, we got those stuffs in small 1 portion plastic sachets. There were generally too many things in small plastic sachets. I wish the hotel would care more for the environment.

We arrived late, after travelling from the uk and the hotel staff were so accommodating. They organised a delivery of food to the hotel and offered to call in the order in order to ensure it was gluten free (I am coeliac). The family room was a great size and the breakfast had plenty of choice. We only stayed one night as a connection but it was a great location 10 mins from airport and 5 mins walk to a train station to allow us to easily commute to Bergamo the next morning.

altough close to airoport, around 4 Km, Uber was 60€ which is literally scamming people- I walked for 1 hour from airoport to Hotel. Italy is good country just full of SCAMMERS ....

Supermarket just next to the hotel, and direct acces to car parking from Your room. EXCELENT PERSONEL ! Always helpful :) Specifically important for me - quite studying area at first flor

For me, as I stayed for a week and had a need to go to the airport every day - car was required. Some cigaret smell was present at my room. Even taking this in concideration - highly recomanded place to stay

Arrived at 11.30pm after an unplanned 14 hours trip. Staff were super helpful and there was even tme to grab a beer at the bar after so many hours driving. Room was great, big king bed that they allowed our 4 year old to sleep in with us, and our older two kids shared a fold out bed which was good. Aircon on well before we arrived so the room was a perfect temperature. Would absolutely stay here again, thanks!
