Staff and the facilities are incredibly good, the receptionist (who I assume was the owner) was incredibly helpful. It was a very good location to stay for an early flight out of Bergamo Airport. Taxi ride costed around 21 euros, which is basically the same if you were to take a shuttle out of Milan Centrale for 2 people. The rooms and beds were comfortable, it was the perfect stop for resting after a week-long trip that left us exhausted.

The town where the hotel is located is in the middle of nowhere, there were no open cafes or restaurants nearby. The Orio mall is very close, it shows 15 minutes by walking but 200 meters of the road does not have a pedestrian lane so we didn't take the risk. There's a grocery store next to the hotel so we just grabbed snacks from there and called it a dinner.

Plain and simple but really comfortable, clean, and friendly. The two staff (owner and mother?) I met were extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was pastries and coffee with all the usual jams, Nutella, etc. If I had to overnight near Bergamo airport again I would definitely return to Hotel Cascata.

The guy at the reception was very welcoming. Explained everything. Location is great if you have an early flight - 20 min walk to the airport, so I arrived, checked in and had a wonderful day in Bergamo (easy to get there by bus). The bus stop is almost in front of the hotel.

Clean room close to airport, the staff were very good and super helpful. Bake close to hotel was very good and accommodating, we went as we arrived quite late and they were still open.

Uber and other taxi apps are not very good in Bergamo worth noting! Best use local taxi

Close to the airport, which was why I primarily chose it, but it really surpassed my expectations. Much better than a bland chain hotel. Cleaning was perfect. The reception staff were very kind and patient, too.

Nothing worth mentioning - everything was OK!

The staff is very nice and helpful. They suggested a good place to eat nearby. Chose this hotel specifically for its location, close to the airport, a max.30 minutes walk, but I think it's possible to arrange for a taxi, if a ride to the airport is preferred, they offered to help with that. The room and the bathroom were clean. They even prepared for us a "breakfast to go" as we had a very early morning flight.

The bathroom vent is a bit noisy when turned on.

I’ve chosen this accommodation because of distance to the airport. Therefore, if you want to get to the airport by walking 20 min, this is exact case.

Maybe this breakfast is typical for Italian - two croissants and coffee. So, if you prefer something else, look for another place.

While it is not far from Airport - the taxi there costs around 25 euros and walking on foot to airport is not pleasant if you have big luggage. Not many sockets to plug phone in the room.

the taxi drivers outside the airport won’t give you a lift because they can get better fares from people going to Milan or como. IT IS NOT WALKABLE FROM THE AIRPORT. google maps will give you a 20 minute route that entails walking down a road with no path and crossing a busy roundabout. As a solo female in the dark, this was terrifying. the hotel did ring me a taxi the next day, which was €20 for a five minute journey

Closeness to the airport, and ease of parking for motorhome. Gentleman on reception and bar had good English, and was very helpful. Enjoyed our brief stay.
