Super comfy beds, excellent shower. Charging sockets by the beds. Minutes walk to bus stop to/from the airport. Friendly and prompt communication with host - but do call instead of just emailing/texting. Easy check-in, though you'll need to send a picture of your id card to get a video with instructions on how to check in - do so while you have a good data connection.

It's a 3-room apartment, so be not surprised to hear other guests as they come and go. But since we're all aware of it, civilized people keep the noise down.

The hotel has kitchen zone with gas stove, our room was with own bathroom, in what were towers, shower gel and soap, toilet paper. Water was warm for taking a shower, in room was TV and a big mirror. Beds were comfortable. Property was clean.

Wasn't kettle in kitchen and no dishwashing liquid. It could better if host give information how to get in the hotel in advance via message. Because we were very worried when asked him day before our arrival to Bergamo via Booking service about rules of check in and he didn't answer. So we sent him message in WhatsApp when stayed near the entrance to building. He answered in some minutes and sent us video with instructions where we can take keys and how we can reach our room. So it was easy and quick, but whole day before our check in we worried ))

After reading previous reviews I was a bit sceptical but I had no need to be. We were a group of 7 who used the B&B as a base from which to explore Milan and Venice. From start to finish communication with the host who went above and beyond to meet our requirements. The place was so clean and in a really nice neighbourhood. The rooms were a good size, the beds really comfy, fab shower and free WiFi. The hotel is a short walk to the airport and less than 5 mins to Lidl.

Easy to access with 35 minute walk from Bergamo airport. There are also options of the bus and an expensive taxi ride. No one was there to check me in as it was all remote.

There was some noise as it is on the flight path of Bergamo airport, but this did not bother me. Also, it was difficult to pay the €5 city tax as exact cash was required.

Very close airport Milan Bergamo, easy access value for money.

Lovely place to stay if you are looking for a place close to the airport. However we were not informed about the tourist tax until we arrived at the location. Host required it to be paid in cash. We only had cards and to find a single working cash machine in the entire city proved to be the most difficult task of our trip. We spent in total 3h walking, looking and scotting about the city to pay €16. Paid almost €20 to use the public scotters. Please if you decide to come here take cash!!!! The host should of informed us before our arrival

Stayed here for one night, although the apartments are not new, but clean and tidy, there is a hairdryer, a nice terrace, a good location (near the airport), close to McDonald's, which is open until 00:00.

Clean place. Comfortable bed . On the kitchen are all things for cooking. Nice garden

Uncomfortable time for check-in . It was difficult to understand how to find the keys( someone Italian has yo call the owner and ask in the Italian language) . And no breakfast ((

The location to the local shop and the airport was very convenient. Also, B&B Ai Prati was very accommodating to our travel plans, additionally sent videos of how to get the keys and get into the B&B.

The check out process was a bit confusing as we could figure out which check out instructions to use.

Location, room facilities and smooth late hour check in.

Site under construction/renovation. Construction noise, Fear and danger of living in construction site, no space car park and swimming pool not functional.

We have spent 3 nights in this place and we're completely satisfied. The room is clean and the bedding is clean too. It was quiet and cosy. But we didn't find a kettle :)
