walk from airport to hotel. The blonde hair young man was so very nice, helpful, and his English was excellent. I asked for water and one minute later he knocking on the door. I asked for a screwdriver to fix my luggage handle and he found one and delivered it. The rooms are new, clean, and bathroom large. Everything worked well. Hot water, water pressure good.

Hard beds. The lobby was old, small, and dark. Breakfast could be a lot better. WE ate at the mall across the street from the airport. They have everything, cooking fresh while you wait. It's next to the supermarket in the mall.

The staff were so lovely both back shift and day shift, always very smiley and helpful! I stayed in the king room with the Jacuzzi bath which was excellent, the room was decorated beautifully and very clean and the pillows were amazing for me! They had a short shuttle service to the airport for €10 you could book with reception, a luggage storage option and small breakfast included. You can hear the planes take off/land but the room is sound proofed enough that it doesn't stop you getting any sleep!

I liked everything about the hotel, just word of warning for others the beautiful little town it's in is 30+ min walk from Bergamo and there isn't much in the town itself, although the hotel is right by the airport making it the perfect little airport stay!

Nice, spacious and clean rooms with kitchenette and everything needed. The bathroom is very big, has a bidet. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean. The room is soundproof, the furniture are new. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. There is a vending machine at the reception. They offer an airport transfer for 10 EUR per person which is very convenient.

The location is not the best if you want to go sightseeing. The old town of Bergamo is 30 minutes away by bus. The bus station is near the hotel but you must cross a road. There are not a lot of restaurants near the hotel to have dinner but there is one restaurant next to the hotel at which you have a 10% discount if you show your hotel card.

I was unsure of the location and the walk from the airport. It was a short 20 minute walk along a well lit path, I arrived afetr 9pm. On arrival I was greeted and very quickly my room was sorted. The room was very clean and a little larger than I had expected, with good modern facilities, especially for a budget priced hotel. I was directed to a restaurant around 100m from the hotel, after asking for one in the area. This was a very nice enviroment, welcoming staff and lovely food with a good selection. Simple experience on departure, no delays in waiting, a perect stay for myself, thank you.

Nothing, it would have been nice to stay there longer.

The receptionist and the transfer service to the airport were extremely effective. In particular the receptionist has delivered a top support. As the hotel do not have a restaurant, she advised on the best way to have dinner. Extremely kind, I was perfectly informed about what to do and how to experience at best my stay.

The breakfast service is ok, but I did not appreciate the one-use cutlery and plates, even if wooden made. It made the breakfast experience a bit uncomfortable. Food and drinks were anyway of good quality.

We had a great stay at this hotel near Orio al Serio airport. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the airport, with the option to arrange a shuttle if needed. The room was big, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the friendly staff, especially the receptionist who waited for us upon our evening arrival—so welcoming and ready to help with anything. Perfect for a stopover!

it is close to the airport where Ryanair leaves from Milano. It has a shuttle which took us there in the morning.

Nothing except the TV was not really very good for an English-speaking person as they didn't have any English channels and they didn't have the ability to connect once phone or laptop with the TV so someone could watch Netflix or YouTube. That was pretty rudimentary. Everything else was good. We didn't try the breakfast.

Everything was fine, very good conditions, great room and bathroom,comfortable bed,all very clean . Close to the airport, you could walk in about 20-25 min. We took a taxi from the airport and it was 20 euros for 5 min drive. The shuttle though, from the hotel to the airport was only 10 euros /room(2 people).

coffee could be free of charge in the room at a 4 star hotel. Also very expensive room for 1 night(150€ without breakfast), but probably because it was interior design week in Milan...

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shuttle service was great for our early-morning flight. The front desk worker was amazing, she helped us find snacks when we were desperate and couldn't get the vending machine to work, and when I dropped my phone under the murphy bed and had to bug her in the middle of the night to come help me retrieve it, thank you!

Arrived on late flight - hotel is a short taxi ride, just outside the airport boundary - chilled reception staff, good sized room (there were 3 of us) and the facilities were nice - easy to drive into Bergamo centre the next day and see the sights (don't go stampeding for the lake and miss out on lovely, historic central Bergamo)
