Very good business type hotel, good option to sleep before the early flight from Bergamo(if you don’t want to walk to the airport, it is about 15 minutes, the transfer ride is from 4 am!) or to come after midnight and sleep well. Rooms are not big, but very comfortable.

Old an worn furniture. The towels could have been softer, thicker and larger. What was more important for me, though, was that the shuttle does not operate from airport to hotel. Only from the hotel to the airport. Maybe this is in order to leave business to the airport taxi drivers, but if I had known this I would have thought twice about booking here. I ended up walking the tricky way from airport to hotel. I had no euros left for the tsxi and it was after 1am. Not great for a lady to walk alone in a deserted area.

Amazing location close to the airport. We were able to see the airport through our window. Really sound proof room, we couldn’t hear a thing with closed windows. The breakfast was unbeatable, lots of options, including gluten free (cake and crackers) We were there just after Halloween and we got some spooky cookies during breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, the staff very friendly. Nice water pressure in the shower. The Orio center is just on the side, nice shopping mall to walk and eat something, with a big grocery store too. Even movie theater if you want to catch a movie in Italian. Our stay was just one night, but we could go to Città Alta for dinner. It’s very easy to go up with a bus leaving from the airport. And to come back too.

It’s not that we didn’t like, but the water was just cold or super hot. And the inside of the bathtub (where the shower is) is very slippery. You need awareness not to fall. And because it was beginning of colder season, the AC had a limitation for cooling the space. For me was fine, but my girlfriend felt hot during the whole night.

the only disturbing thing was that in the junior suite, it is not matrimonial bed, but two single beds pushed together. it can be advantageous because a larger bed is formed. but, in the middle, a difference is felt. I slept with the small childrens, between them, and practically I was in the hole between the beds all night. maybe you can put some reinforcement there. otherwise, it was perfect. we will be back

The hotel is quiet and clean. We received a compliment from the hotel-small macaroons, cookies; and that was very nice, thank you. It is very close to the airport, if you know the patch, it is very simple to reach the airport from the hotel, and the hotel from the airport. Is located next to a big shopping center, nice to spend some good hours there. There is a restaurant in the hotel. We had dinner and the staff were friendly, we got welcome drink.

The hotel took the money from my card registered on booking the day before our stay. During the check in I was asked to pay by card. I was confused as the money were already taken from my card. The person at the reception said that the money were just blocked to grant the booking, but now I have to pay. That was strange as the frozen amount couldn’t be released to be used and I had to pay with other money. Finally they found a solution to use the same money as were taken/frozen.

You literally walk to the hotel from the airport which is huge advantage if you need to make a short stop-over. The room was clean. The soundproof windows are great - almost no noise from the airport and busy road right in front of the window. The breakfast is amazing - savory, sweet options, coffee, juices, almost everything.

Some guests were smoking electronic cigarettes during breakfast inside the breakfast room (not on the terrace or fuori but inside!). I can't tolerate the smell especially during having a meal. Staff once or twice told them to stop it but it was ignored.

Short stay ahead of an early flight. Possibility to walk from airport security controls to hotel reception in 10 to 15 minutes. Shuttle bus available for 5 euro upon reservation. Staff is great and always keen to help. Restaurant is useful and propose good variety of italian dishes for a reasonable price. Rooms are sufficiently big and with all basic comforts. Location is of course a plus being the closest to the airport and next to Orio Shopping Center which offers 100's of services. Did not try other hotel facilities which are available.

Excellent hotel for an airport stay - bed was huge and comfortable, great pillows, toiletries provided and small minibar in the room. Small selection of food items also available to purchase at reception when we arrived on a late flight. Check in was quick and friendly and very helpful when asking for directions the next day, too. I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel (it is within walking distance but would have been slightly too far for my little girl on an evening flight) and they were extremely quick to reply and arrange a cab. We arrived about an hour later than planned but the cab was ready and waiting. All in all a great stay!

good restaurant, while a bit on the expensive side. In general, quality is matched with what I expected from NH.

the only minor problem is as follows: There is an underground passage from the airport to the hotel, which is currently under reconstruction, so people are forced to walk approx 15 minutes, crossing the highway on a green light, and walk through the giant car park of the shopping mall. Still, it is the closest hotel available.

We stayed here as we had an early flight to catch and the staff were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel is modern and very clean. We were lucky to arrive and receive an upgrade and we got a fantastic huge room with amazing bathroom. We were able to relax before heading off home. We also used the airport transfer which is 5 euros each and saved us lugging our suitcases across as it is further than it looks.

Just wish we didn't have to get up in the middle of the night for our flight and could stay longer!
