Very good business type hotel, good option to sleep before the early flight from Bergamo(if you don’t want to walk to the airport, it is about 15 minutes, the transfer ride is from 4 am!) or to come after midnight and sleep well. Rooms are not big, but very comfortable.

We booked a room at the last minute because we were flying out of the airport the next day and there weren't many rooms available in the area and even though the cost was €200 without breakfast we booked this one because it was closer to the airport. However the room was lovely, very spacious, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and provided all the amenities a traveler needs and more. Even though the hotel is next to the airport there was no noise in the room. We arrived late and despite this the restaurant served us very friendly but the food was mediocre and not up to par with the rest of the hotel's services.

Good location, close to the airport, shopping center, and the highway, which makes it easy to travel around. The room was nice and comfortable, and I liked the water bottles they supply—it’s very convenient. The staff was awesome! Professional, helpful, and friendly. I also really liked the bar being open in the evening, and the breakfast was great too.

Proximity to airport (impeccable for early or late flight), comfort, effectiveness of staff (very quick in finalizing admin and meeting demands of guests, no queuing, everybody there is in a rush and they know it), and.... breakfast! oh, la la, TOPNOTCH, diversity of food was incredible, totally unexpected for the kind of 'on the road' hotel, and, well, it's Italian cuisine, so just imagine... ;)

Nothing, but important still: a warm recommendation to provide (and get) better, more specific directions to the hotel, it's so close to the airport you notice it as soon as you exit but in between is a motorway, so you can only reach it by foot through the tunnel that I personally couldn't locate, it was night and pouring rain when my flight landed, my mobile phone run out of battery, so I tried to follow written directions provided by the hotel upon booking, and ended up turning around the huge motorway area and parking lot over and again, only to find myself right in front the airport exit, once again, before totally giving up and taking a cab that charged me 20 euros for less than 5mn...:-// So, clearer directions needed.

Lovely modern hotel, an easy quick walk to Orio centre and the airport, with many directional signs which are well placed, making it foolproof. We arrived hot, tired but early, the friendly receptionist let us book straight into our room . Close to the airport, we could watch the planes take off, but there was no noise nside the room.. We slept peacefully on a very comfortable bed. The Orio centre entrance from the hotel is a mere 2 minute walk, and it has a wide range of meal options. We enjoyed pizza and pasta with wine and coffee for our evening meal.

As I left early in the morning I could not have Breakfast in the hotel, so they prepared a Breakfast Box. That was completely not how a Breakfast Box should be done: a tiny sandwich, two mini mini brioches, a cereal bar, an oreo-like biscuit, a slice of toast, an apple. Maybe for a slim top model that looks like breakfast, but I would have preferred a normal sized sandwich and a croissant to the small things they put in the box.

Old an worn furniture. The towels could have been softer, thicker and larger. What was more important for me, though, was that the shuttle does not operate from airport to hotel. Only from the hotel to the airport. Maybe this is in order to leave business to the airport taxi drivers, but if I had known this I would have thought twice about booking here. I ended up walking the tricky way from airport to hotel. I had no euros left for the tsxi and it was after 1am. Not great for a lady to walk alone in a deserted area.

Amazing location close to the airport. We were able to see the airport through our window. Really sound proof room, we couldn’t hear a thing with closed windows. The breakfast was unbeatable, lots of options, including gluten free (cake and crackers) We were there just after Halloween and we got some spooky cookies during breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, the staff very friendly. Nice water pressure in the shower. The Orio center is just on the side, nice shopping mall to walk and eat something, with a big grocery store too. Even movie theater if you want to catch a movie in Italian. Our stay was just one night, but we could go to Città Alta for dinner. It’s very easy to go up with a bus leaving from the airport. And to come back too.

It’s not that we didn’t like, but the water was just cold or super hot. And the inside of the bathtub (where the shower is) is very slippery. You need awareness not to fall. And because it was beginning of colder season, the AC had a limitation for cooling the space. For me was fine, but my girlfriend felt hot during the whole night.

A good option for an overnight stay with easy access to the airport, especially for early morning flights. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the airport, in our case we took the Airport Shuttle at 4am for a quick and safe transfer to the airport. Only a 3 minute walk to Orio Shopping Center offering a vast selection of shops and restaurants.

The hotel is on the expensive side for what it offers but there aren’t many other options in the area.

the only disturbing thing was that in the junior suite, it is not matrimonial bed, but two single beds pushed together. it can be advantageous because a larger bed is formed. but, in the middle, a difference is felt. I slept with the small childrens, between them, and practically I was in the hole between the beds all night. maybe you can put some reinforcement there. otherwise, it was perfect. we will be back
