Easy check in and check out. Nice relaxing SPA - the hotel provides bathrobe and slippers. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine - but probably for rather Italian customers that do not fancy extended continental breakfast. Restaurant was very good: we dined there every evening! Tuna tartare was my absolute favorite and totally recommended- while desserts were disappointing. At close distance from the airport.

be aware that restaurant is very popular also for externals and table needs to be reserved upfront. Reservation for the SPA seems excessive since there were few guests per time. I guess this is to guarantee that it remains a quite place

Close to the airport but in the middle of nowhere. Requires a car or taxi each time. Many restaurants around. Missing an area for working; all are private rooms. Breakfast and spa are amazing :)

The gym needs improvement! It should be bigger and is missing weights and a bench. Additionally, the machines are old and there's no way to put on air conditioning. Since it's next to the spa, it gets really warm. The bad thing is that you need to reserve each time, which is not very convenient when you have meetings and don't know what time you can work out. Also, the schedule is so tight, only open for a few hours a day.

We arrived very late in the middle of the night and still to ere was someone at the reception to welcome us. The environment is modern and beautiful and our room was up to our expectations comfortable and clean. My 5years old felt at home. Wide range of choice for breakfast. The staff is lovely and helpful. And a big thank you to the ladies cleaning the rooms. They work so hard and do an amazing, even made my son’s bed and placed his stuffed animal with care ☺️

Nothing to complain about. Only this is there was just one lift to the underground parking which can be very busy.

From the moment we arrived at the Winter Garden Hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. We had the pleasure of staying in one of their luxurious suites, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The highlight of the room was undoubtedly the stunning jacuzzi bath situated right in the center — a perfect touch of indulgence and relaxation. The double shower head shower was another standout feature, offering a spa-like experience. Every element of the suite had been carefully thought out; the décor was absolutely exquisite, combining modern elegance with warmth and comfort. Not a single detail was out of place — it felt like stepping into a magazine spread. The suite was spotless, beautifully lit, and incredibly spacious. It’s clear that the hotel takes immense pride in maintaining the highest standards. We felt pampered, relaxed, and truly looked after during our entire stay. If you're looking for a place to unwind in style and luxury, the Winter Garden Hotel is an absolute must. We can't wait to return!

Amazing dinner, there is a nice restaurant in the hotel with a really tasty and good quality dinner. Shuttle to the airport is really nice feature, for only 5€ you can get directly till the airport and flexible with early flights. Also express checkout is going quite well.

You need to pay 50€ as a deposit and from this they charge if you use something like shuttle etc. I spend 30€ and didn't get 20€ back yet. The SPA is quite cool, but you can stay only 1.5 hours, we cane f.e. at 1800 and stayed till 1930, but thought we could stay till 2000, till they close since there wasn't many people there, but they "kicked" us out because they were closing. On the site it says 2pm till 8 pm, but they closed at 1930..

The spa and the design of the hotel were great, just as it was the room and the food.

The location is very isolated, you have to walk 1.5 kilometers from the bus station and there is not even a sidewalk to follow up to the hotel, since it is placed in an industrial area. Also, the restaurant schedule was a problem since it was closed for example after 10 AM until 12, and you could not even drink a coffee, and the same in the mid-afternoon if you were hungry, you had to wait for them to reopen the restaurant. And being in the middle of an industrial area, you had no other option available.

A great hotel that makes you feel it's not an airport hotel. Amazing restaurants, great beds, so much space.

That the shuttle was an extra charge The airport has no walk in hotels per se, and it's annoying to begin with that it takes a shuttle and there is hassle with the luggage. Not the hotel's fault, but they could offer it complementary and more often... I'm also not a fan of the fact that the spa was not open to children at all. At least pick some hours when that's possible.

The hotel was amazing. It was so clean and tidy and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was so elegant and well mannered, perfect meal. My wife and I used the spa twice during a weekend stay, both times was unbelievable. We stayed in a suite in room 302. It was the most amazing room I have stayed It, with a great hot tub in the room. This hotel is perfect and exceptional value for what is on offer. Will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel requires you to take a taxi or a shuttle bus to the airport, but once at the airport transport to Milan centre is easy to navigate. No drama really, services are very frequent. Other than that the hotel is perfect.

Clean. Really clean. Bed excellent. Room excellent. The Reservation was paid using booking. However they ask for credit card to charge more than 50 euros for extra deposit. . Yes they said was to be refunded. It pass 4 days and I do not see the refund in my credit card. Hopefully they do. Because I am back to USA. I did my best to leave room clean and complete. Really lovely bedroom... comfortable bed and pillows...rooms quiet. Excellent breakfast Lovely spa. Food both in bar and in the restaurant really good.. beautiful setting despite hotel situated in a business park. Airport shuttle excellent also...good for a night before you fly out early the following morning or landing in late.

No food or drink available until after 4pm. Time in spa quite restrictive but it is quite small so must do something to avoid overcrowding....
