The room was all right. The bathroom was really nice. The host left us snacks and drinks for breakfast and restocked them the next day. The property is a 2 minute walk from the bus station which take you to both centers and the train station (tickets can be bought from the bus or the app).

A fridge would have been nice (we stayed just 2 nights so it wasn't that bad, but for a longer stay it is necessary). The thin walls, we could hear the neighbors (this is a problem we had on every property in Italy). The bed had a plastic sheet under the bed linen which could be heard every time you moved.

Clear communication with helpful owner in advance of stay. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. A sort of breakfast provided which we didn't need, but free mineral water left, which was appreciated. Hotel quite close to airport - we paid a taxi 20 Euros at night to arrive.

NOT a complaint, just info: Hotel IS close to airport, but not the terminal. We walked back there the next day, which was a bad idea - at least 40 mins walk (no luggage) mostly through residential streets, but closer to the hotel the roads are fast, busy and have no pavements. This would be really unsafe at night, so don't plan on walking it!

It was very clean apartment with a parking which is very handy in Bergamo. The provided snacks was a nice gesture of the host. She answered to the messages immediately.

Some more facilities would be helpful like a small refrigerator specially when you travel with a kid.

Always a fantastic stay at the Bombyx Inn. We stayed in Room number 3. Very spacious and clean. It is our second time staying here and it remains our go to place to stay when we are in the region. Comfortable and close to Bergamo Airport. 100% recommended!!

Everything was great. We had a great stay here. It is not in the center but we knew it and it was no problem at all, there is a bus nearby taking you directly to the old center, or you can go by car which we did not prefer. there is also free parking places at the property, it was convenient for us as we came by car. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, Marta was friendly and helpful all the time. If we are back to Bergamo, we will stay here again.

The room was very nice and perfect for my family. Clean and welcoming. My daughter loved the morning meal that was provided to us. I just want to say that it was a perfect stay and everyone around was very welcoming. I would definitely choose this accommodation again if I am going back in Bergamo.

Excellent location near the airport, private parking, very clean and comfortable apartment, host Marta very approachable and responsible. Snack in the room excellent. We will come back at the first opportunity.

Everything was perfect! Close to airport,bus station near location. The host was very kind. All the details before check in was very clear and helpful. We found in room a small “breakfast” water,juice. We recommend 100%!

Perfect spot when you have an early flight or you land in BGY airport late in the evening. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. The room is clean and very welcoming. Would 100% come back!
