I had a great stay at Bes Hotel Bergamo West. The facilities were very good and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Parking was convenient – free in the open area, and only €2 for secured garage parking, which was very reasonable. I also appreciated the flexibility with check-out time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel

A/C was not working well, I opened the window as it was not warm night outside. There is no ironing board and iron in the room.

Excellent customer service from all members of staff: reception, housekeeping, hospitality/kitchen, even when there was a language barrier. Receptionists were extremely helpful and responsive, anticipating some possible questions and offering options. Very clean and comfortable rooms with sky TV, water boiler and small desk/workstation. Strong, reliable Wifi throughout the hotel. Really quiet with good beds which made for a great rest. Breakfast offerings were above and beyond expectations for this class of hotel. Location well connected if you have a car, or the public transport (warning: bus schedule unreliable, which was also confirmed by locals during weekdays) which is well maintained and very low cost. Bus stops and a cute, small village center with a church and a few shops and bars a few minutes' walk from hotel.

Beware, one previous review states falsley that the hotel is located a short walking distance to the airport...it is actually much farther than that! Sadly I could not verify this prior to reserving so it ended up being a 40€ unplanned transfer arranged through the hotel, after a flight delay caused a very late check-in.. However the driver was punctual and very accommodating, like all the other hotel staff.

There are many advantages of this hotel. It is located close to Bergamo Airport, so it is good base for sightseeing if you have a car. The staff does great job, they are friendly, work fast and they managed to fulfill our requests excelently. Our room was clean and equipped correctly. Bathroom was quite spacious and it served well for a person with walking difficulties. Breakfast was also tasty and the choice was quite rich. They even opened breakfast for us 15 minutes early, when we had to leave for morning flight.

Hotel is located close to the busy road. It was ok with closed window though. Room lacked some cups or glasses. Price was a little high for my liking. I would add disabled parking spot next to the entrance, because using main parking that requires some stairs to get to is far from ideal.

Our stay was as a result of an unscheduled flight cancellation, so Bes Hotel's close proximity to Bergamo Airport was very convenient. The bedroom and facilities were modern, very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Staff were very helpful during our stay, particularly when we needed to print off new boarding passes for our rescheduled flight, which were initially not accessible on Ryanair's Mobile App. As a person with severe food allergies, a member of breakfast staff helped advise on possible safe choices, though these were very limited because of potential cross contamination; soya milk was provided as a milk alternative.

As a person with severe food allergies, it would have been helpful to have food allergens present in the buffet breakfast either displayed alongside each item or listed in an easily available document for reference.

The place it quiet and the breakfast spread is excellent. The staff are very friendly and allow limited late check out. They are accommodating to questions. The beds are comfortable. WiFi is free and relatively fast. Oh and there’s a Time Crisis arcade game for guests to play with while in the lobby.

The location is not ideal. It almost in the middle of nowhere. It’s difficult to get to via public transportation so the best option is to drive there or hire a taxi. Taxi/uber is really expensive in Italy.

we had a connected family room, with 2 bathrooms, very comfortable. good side of bathroom. the breakfast is very good and staff is very friendly. air-condition works fine. we parked our car at outside, no issue at all. you can find good resteraurnts within 5 mins driving distance, close to Bergamo, and we stayed here for the Monza F1 weekend.

some smaller things can be improved, such as toilet flush (not all the button is functioning), but not a big issue. room and building can use some renovation. but with 1 oe 2 nights, no problem

The staff members were very polite and helpful and everything was clean. The room was quite big and comfortable for 1 person, even for two persons that size of a room would be good. I liked the location of hotel especially because it is very close distance from Bergamo airport.

I could hear the neighbors in the next room so the walls are pretty thin I suppose. I was missing an omelette for breakfast and somehow my cappuccino was not very tasty.

The breakfast offered a diverse range of options and everything tasted fantastic.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. Additionally, I'd like to suggest providing brochures or information at the reception desk about nearby day trips and other local attractions. This could offer guests like myself more options for exploring the area during their stay.

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stay after a late flight into Bergamo airport. We arrived about 23.30. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bar is open until midnight. We were able to get a drink before it closed. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great choice. I definitely would stay here again.

More then anything, the ladies working at the breakfast room were very very friendly every single day . They were very busy , but I noticed, always smiling giving everyone their best . This made me a great impression about who trained them , are special or that the way they are.
