It was clean, safe and extremely comfortable ! I was delighted the shower had pressure as every place we stayed at while driving around Italy felt very claustrophobic which is understandable but I was so happy with Bes Residence, oh and not to mention the balcony, it was fab just sitting outside in the evening taking in the fresh air. The location is also perfect close to the airport and walking distance to some great restaurants or shops

The cleanest apartment I've ever experienced (even my baby could crawl on the floor), large terrace with a view, nice modern bathroom, comfortable bed, elevator, fence around the building (feeling of security), private free parking, easy entry with a code, friendly staff available via whatsupp all the time.

There are not enough dishes in the kitchen. There are nice glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, two larger pots and a frying pan. I didn't have anything to heat the milk for the baby in, because there is no microwave or small pot to heat the milk. A knife for cutting bread, fruit... is also missing.

A perfect cozy 2nd floor apartment. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you travel by car.!!!

Location was good and the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms was fantastic. We had a room with a smaller bed and asked to change and the staff immediately responded and switched us to a bigger room with a bigger bed, at no additional cost. The housekeeper was also very friendly and efficient.

The room was not very quiet as we could hear the couple in the other room - we strongly recommend to make the walls soundproof. The bednight tables could be bigger and have drawers, as the second room had space and could have fit them.

The property is new and very nice and modern. The bed is very comfortable. You don’t need a car. The #8 bus to the lower town centre is about an 7 minute walk away.

I was never contacted prior to my stay about the self-check in codes. I had to call Booking customer service from the airport before I got on my flight. I was told it was because I had not yet provided passport info when I prepaid in full. I was never asked for it. In the airport I sent photos of our passports and then did receive the codes. This was just unnecessary stress for no good reason. The codes worked but every time I had to enter them in multiple times. On the 5th time it finally worked for the room door. Otherwise everything about the apartment was great.

A great place to relax, especially if you are by car. A very nice compliment from the host coffee for capsule coffee machine, and coffee additions. Excellent noise isolation. P.S. Incredibly useful advice from the driver for a trip to the airport.

Great appartment, great location, good connection to city mass transportation system, outstanding terrase, great system of keyless opening, comfy bed

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Parking is available in the building’s garage, and access everywhere is easy with a code. We would love to come back here. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Clean and functional. Good bed. Water at shower better Supply than normally in Italy.

Difficult to dry wet clothes, humidity high. Might be the Lombardy weather more than the apartment. Would have liked a bit bigger breakfast table.

Great apartment and service for a given price, bus for Bergamo city center is 5-10 min walk, all shops for groceries and places for ☕ and to eat out starting with breakfast is 10 min walk, looking forward to coming back.
