The reception staff were very helpful, kind and responsive, check in was very fast. Location was near metro about 5-10 mins walking and near dumo with metro by 10-15 mins. Super market is very near by 5 mins walking and a lot of restaurant from Turkish, Italian “planet restaurant” and chinese one. Room is big and the furniture quality is very good except sofa bed wasn’t comfortable but other beds was great and very comfortable. Room is very clean and cleaning was every day, all was good except mosquitos was few in the room but it is a country problem as mosquitos is spreading every where in Milan, also one day we have found strange insect in the bathroom. AC sometimes were good but other times were not good. But overall experience was great

Breakfast was very good, rooms adequate, nice, bathroom equipment a bit older (shower), but everything clean and in order, slippers, hairdryer etc. available. Underground parking seemed a bit gloomy, but probably served its purpose, we with a larger car could park in front of the hotel, which was great. Forgotten luggage was found, nothing was lost and the staff helped me deliver it to the Czech Republic (although the transport was quite expensive).

I also chose the hotel based on the possibility of charging and parking, but upon arrival I found out that it was only possible for smaller cars, but parking was well arranged in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel itself seemed a bit scary upon arrival, but directly on the street where the hotel is, it is better. It is a little further from the center. The access to the rooms and breakfast is a little strange - you are only partially protected from the weather (rain, cold, etc.), but overall I am satisfied with the hotel.

Excellent stay! Our two-night experience in the triple room was super nice. The spacious, clean room with a balcony exceeded our expectations, especially considering the reasonable price. Despite not having the chance to use all the amenities like the gym and kitchen, we appreciated their availability. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver, with the staff consistently friendly and prompt in addressing our needs. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the nearby metro station made exploring Milan effortlessly accessible. Highly recommend!

While the hotel's distance from the city center posed an inconvenience, the nearby metro station and bus stop provided convenient transportation options. However, our stay coincided with May 1st, a national holiday, catching us off guard when public transportation ceased early. This unexpected turn led to a leisurely 1-hour and 10-minute walk back to the hotel. Although taxis were available, they were all occupied at the time we called and required a long waiting time, so we chose to embrace the opportunity to explore Milan on foot. This unplanned adventure allowed us to immerse ourselves in the city's sights and sounds, transforming what could have been a setback into a delightful and memorable experience.

The hotel is close to the university campus; however, far from the city. The rooms are very spacious with mini-bar and balcony. The area is quiet an you can sleep with open windows. In case you want to go downtown a taxi costs about 30 €. The personel is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is not worth the money. No refill of scrambled eggs, even though I asked for it in italian. Only here the service was not excellent. There is a high frequency noise in the breakfast room and the lobby that comes in regular intervals - I would go mad if I had to work there.

1) The interior was nicely decorated and well kept. I enjoyed the vibe and look inside. 2) The room had a lot of towels and also offered mini bar and gave us free packaged cookies on our beds. 3) I also liked that the hotel had a bar on the main floor that was 24hr. 4) The heating control in my room.

1) The exterior was unpleasant. Nothing but side street parking in the front. Was difficult to find a park just to check in. 2) Had to park in the garage (extra fee). 3) The shower in my room drained extra slow so I had to use light water pressure when showering.

The staff was very helpful and even got us a to go breakfast because we had to leave before breakfast started. The location was convenient to the Metro for easy transportation. They ordered a cab for us to get to our bus stop.

The door was very difficult to open and we had to seek the help of another guest. They charged us an additional fee to check in early but then did not have the room ready when we arrived. The breakfast they gave us was not much for what I paid to have breakfast there and I could not eat half of it due to allergies that they did not ask about.

The room was clean and comfy upon arrival. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was superb and had a great range of choice for any dietary requirements. Large and comfy balcony with great view. Very close to the metro to be able to access and explore all of Milan.

Our shower broke/would not consistently heat up, meaning cold showers some early mornings. Balcony privacy was not fantastic, it was just a see through gate. Some curtains/opaque glass would be nice. Not 100% sure of breakfast times when booking, however staff informed us upon arrival. (7-10am)

Very good location,close to the metro station. Big rooms, comfortable beds, spotlesly clean. Breakfast wasn't very variable but everything was fresh and tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, there was a coffee machine in the breakfast room, although some people were complaining about this in previous reviews, they'd probably solved this issue. It's a bit pricey but it worth it.

The room was so spacious that it took me aback for a moment when I first saw it. It was very modern, clean, and comfortable. Really great place to stay for longer. The bathroom was comfortable, even though there wasn't as much space. The balcony was a nice facility as well. The hotel is located far from the city center, but there is a metro station nearby; I would say a 3-minute walk, and you can go straight to the Duomo station.  The breakfast was great, with so many options. The staff was also very kind and helpful.
