I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel in Milan, despite its location being a bit distant from the city center. The level of comfort provided was exceptional, with impeccably clean rooms and a genuinely caring staff. The hotel's restaurant stood out with its amazing breakfast and overall delectable food options. The staff was consistently ready to assist, adding a delightful touch to the overall experience. While the distance from the city center could be a consideration for some, the positive aspects, including the comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, make it deserving of a 3-star rating.

Very friendly staff, waiting for our arrival nearly at 2 am with a smile, also called me asking when we arrive. Amazing croissants and cappuccino for breakfast. Nice view from the window, room is cosy, warm and clean, comfortable bed, all you need for shower. We stayed one night, good deal for the money. Approx 10 min walking distance to metro station, also a Bikemi station nearby.

No problem for us, but maybe gor someone important - stairs to the 3rd floor are pretty steep and narrow

A quaint quiet hotel in the suburbs of Milan, where you can live amongst the locals. The hotel is family run, and they are super sweet. They let me check in at around 9am with no extra charge as I had arrived by overnight train and was exhausted. They spoke no English but were very kind and made every effort to help and used Google translate when necessary. They greeted me every time I came downstairs, and gave me hot coffee and croissant for breakfast with a smile. I'm pretty sure I was the only guest here, as I never saw anyone else. The mattress was a highlight as it was memory foam and really helped me sleep well. They also had AC in the room (at no extra charge). There are public transport stops nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, very comfy and I would come back))

Since I likely was the only guest, they did not do a full breakfast like shown in the photos, so I was a bit disappointed by that, but I understand. The location is a bit far from the center. No refrigerator in the room.

For the very nice friendliness of the owner, there are full stars everywhere. The hotel is a bit outdated but clean. The beds are very comfortable with air conditioning. The breakfast is sufficient. There are croissants, rusks, jam, Nutella and fruit. Delicious cappucino/coffee/espresso and juices. If you have a need just ask the owner. He is very flexible. Very close to the tram for the city to Milan. Very nice family run hotel.

The stairs to go up to the room we're extremely uncomfortable, especially if you're carrying heavy luggage. The tram passes right in front of the hotel.

It’s says 750 yds from Dergano metro station. Fails to say on other side of train track and it’s 10 min walk. Not so good late at night Breakfast very basic

The manager was kind enough to help me with printing the boarding pass and he explained everything I needed to know about the place. I recommand!

The hotel was quite. Food is a huge plus in the place.

Room size is small. There is no Wi-Fi password attached in the room you have to go outside to get the password.

Good coffe, good staff, really clean, high celing, good AC and fan.

Breakfast was croissant and cookies, strange small toilet.
