The staff are very friendly. There are some vending machines in the lobby, which are handy if you forget to bring water. Glovo delivers quickly to the hotel. The breakfast is decent, though nothing spectacular. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the metro is also nearby. The place is clean.

The area where the hotel is located doesn’t feel very safe at night, especially around the metro station and the park behind the hotel. During the day and early evening, it's generally fine to walk through the park, even if you're alone. However, I would avoid it at night, as it's often filled with quite noisy homeless individuals.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in early April with my family, and we were truly pleased with our choice. We were accommodated in a spacious apartment with a large and comfortable bed, as well as a sofa bed for our son. From the moment we entered, we were happy with the amenities in the room – the bathtub was a lovely surprise that added a sense of comfort and relaxation. The apartment also had a fully equipped kitchenette with a sink, stove, fridge, and microwave, which was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottles of water as a welcome drink. The terrace was spacious, and the presence of blinds in the room – something not often seen in hotel rooms – added extra comfort. There was also a small dining table with two chairs where we could enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch. I’d like to express special thanks and praise to Adrian – the staff member working the evening shift. He was exceptionally polite, courteous, and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was as pleasant and smooth as possible, taking into account all our preferences and needs. His professional and kind attitude truly stood out. Of course, there were a few minor things that could be improved. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, although there was a second tap in the apartment that helped compensate for this. The lighting in the room could have been better – two of the lamps weren’t working, but we didn’t report it, so that was on us. The pillows were a bit too soft for our taste, and only one was provided, though again, we didn’t request an extra one, and we’re sure it would have been provided if we had. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel left us with a great impression and lovely memories. We’d gladly return again in the future!

Amazing Staff & Peaceful Atmosphere I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The property itself is nice– clean, well-maintained, and set in a peaceful location. Close to the grocery shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The food at the breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of delicious meals and good coffee. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I stay at this hotel for the second time specifically because I like everything. Convenient location: two metro stations of different lines nearby. Very tasty breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view of the city. Spacious two-room suite with a kitchen. But you need to take a kettle and dishes for free at the reception. There's a great pizzeria across the street. There is a LIDL store nearby.

Not all rooms have good Wi-Fi. There are coffee and snack vending machines in the lobby, but only for coins, and I was unable to exchange them at the reception. If you leave things in the luggage room, be sure to check everything afterwards. They forgot to give us one bag, we only realized this at the train station, we had to urgently go back for it. But everything turned out fine.

The room was large with a table and 3 chairs. There was a sofa and the bed was 2 singles joined. There was a kitchen area but apart from a microwave, half-sized fridge and separate half- sized freezer there was nothing to cook or eat with. There was a large balcony but no furniture. The shower was over the bath. We were on the 7th floor away from the road so it was quiet. It was within easy walking distance to two metro stations. We came by car and used the parking garage under the hotel, which is run by someone else so we had to pay. We were able to drive close to the hotel entrance once we checked in, to drop off luggage. There were 3 large lifts.

The room was shabby but clean. There were only a couple of nearby restaurants open. We had a good, reasonably priced meal at Taormina restaurant one night and takeaway pizza another. Garbagnati is nearby and is a fantastic bakery. Gelateria Vulci is well worth a stop too.

A big and a good place to stay in Milan, not so cheap and not so expensive! Moderate! They have a good breakfast, sufficient & diverse food, good coffee and pleasant staff! Nice room, with a large bed with a large sofa opened for our child! Daily cleaning and water in the fridge for us to drink! Tv Cable, air conditioner and chairs with table, dressing room and a large balcony! They accepted to let our bags until we came back from our last day-trip!

Position not in downtown (a district) but close to a metro station (cca 500m) . Not many restaurants near and closed between 3-7 pm!

The room was large, it had a large bed and also a couch. Also the hotel had prepared a baby bed, not sure why, maybe I did not specify the age of our child, anyway, we did not need it, but it did not bother us. The terrace/ balcony was also pretty big. We also had a lot of toiletries in the bathroom. Overall I found that the room and hotel are excellent value for money. Staff was also very friendly and helpful, they scheduled a taxi for early in the morning on the day we left. Location was great, we had only 3 metro stops away from the Central train station. Also Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets were quite near.

The room could do with a makeover, it is a little dated and is beginning to show its' age, but the prices are matching this, so not a big deal for me. Also a little annoying was that one of the windows did not close tight enough as to block the noise sometimes coming from the street.

The receptionist, Mr Daniel, was amazing. He is friendly and informative and funny as well. Breakfast was good.croissants were amazing. Location is great (if you are driving), just don't park in their designated garage (18eur per day), just park outside where the blue box is... it's cheaper... rooms were spacious and large balconies...although it's old, but it's clean...

The temperature of the room was bad. Mosquitoes were storming the room. It's not very close to the center of Milan (it's 20km drive)...

The position is great near metro stations line 1 and 5. Very close to the Central Station. Carrefour 24/24 nearby. Big private parking. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly and suportive. Rooms are big, well fitted, confy beds. Good wifi. Breakfast diversified and tasty for everybody. Nice view from the top at breakfast. The offer vs price could be correct. This place has a huge pottential but needs to be refurbished.

The rooms and bathrooms screem for an update, even so a good choice for the right price. We stayed two times and would come back for its arguments.

Great parking in front, close to metro stations lines blu and yellow. Very close to Stazione Centrale for train or airport pullman. Rooms are big, confortable, well fitted with kitchen, big fridge, a large table etc. Strong wifi signal. Beds are very confortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast very good for all tastes taken at 8th floor with a spectacular view. We are here for the sixth time and even it's not renovated we will come back. Exactly in one month :))))
