Ideally located with trams to the city centre nearby. There is a small supermarket downstairs for food and daily necessities. It's safe to dine out in the evening and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The room setting is comfortable for taking rest after long sightseeing. Basic utensils are available for cooking. The view outside is very nice.

Fan function of the air conditioner is not working but luckily it is safe to open the French windows.

The room was big. Very close to the tram stop. you can easily reach the center. Wifi is ok. The price was right. There was a market underneath. There is a Farini parking lot 5 minutes walk away. 21 Euro per night Sunday closed.

When we entered the room, dust was flying on the floor. Reception charged us a cleaning fee when we entered the room. The room fee was charged to our card and we had no right to cancel. Although we corresponded beforehand, it was not ethical that this issue was never mentioned. You have to pay a cleaning fee, no matter how much you say at check-in. You have to check in until 9:00 pm or the reception is closed. Reception is not closed in hotels.

The kitchen equipment, table and chairs the big windows. The bathroom all good. The whole room felt spacious and airy. The shutters effective.

Knowledge of the local area by the staff. The loft stairs and bed. Very squeaky floor. People bashed toes on stairs. When someone got up in night sounded like a ball was being bounced. The bed was not that comfy. We arrived on a public holiday so area was extremely quiet and nothing around. It did not feel as safe as being centre but we knew that when we booked it. The shower cubicle was very small for the size of the bathroom.

This place has a good location, you are 10 minutes away from the nearest subway which is Zara if I’m not incorrect and this subway line gets you to the Duomo, so I believe this is a great deal. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, it has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. In general, the staff is very nice, in case you need to leave your luggages before check in or after check out, it is possible to do it. The room was very big, which I loved it, the bathroom as well was very clean and the bed was big enough for my boyfriend and myself. I liked this place and I would recommend to pick it in case you are planning to go to Milano.

Location- easy access to the center and the station with M2 metro line. Carrefour express just next to the entrance- very convenient. Lots of places to eat in the vicinity. In 300 meters starts a street full of restaurants visited by the locals. The same street takes you to the famous buildings with the trees and Gae Aulenty square- must see in Milan.

It is good to provide slippers. The air condition was a bit odd to deal with. When you open the window there is a noice from the air conditions working around.

The location was great for a family of four (with a 9- and 16-year old) and the apartment was on two floors, well equipped (enough for us to make a simple dinner). There’s a supermarket in the same building and plenty of cafes, bars and bakeries around to never need to visit the same place twice (if you don’t want to).

The apartment building aesthetic (modern) doesn’t fit with the surroundings but that’s not anything that should put you off staying there.

Good clean apartment which looked newly built/renovated. Two rooms are on different floors reached by a stairway which is a nice looking staircase but is has rather sharp edges. The linen and towel were sparkling white: the cleaning was done on alternate days Our request for late checkin was well accommodated although not late checkout. The Malpensa airport is very far (taxi costs about 150 Euros ) but a taxi in about 25 Euros will take you to the central train station from where there are airport shuttles. You can also take a tram from a nearby station and change if you have less luggage. The food superstore is nearby so are some nice restaurants. Overall, nothing to complaint about, but can do with 24* 7 reception and cleaning on a daily basis and a washing machine (it has a dishwasher).

the room was very clean. the kitchen was clean and had all the equipment to make breakfast.

the shower was extremely small for no reason as the bathroom was spacious. the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the bed being up a flight of very tricky stairs ment going to the toilet at night was impossible.

Location: the hotel is located in a neighborhood called Isola which is an area with trendy eateries and bars. It is 10mins easy walking from Porta Garibaldi train station so very convenient for Malpensa Xpress. Another 20mins walk south of Porta Garibaldi you will be in Brera neighborhood. Convenience: the hotel is directly above a Carrefour Express store.

It's a good choice for an apartment hotel, located in a residential area with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants. However, it takes about 25-30 minutes to reach the Duomo and city centre easily by trams and other public transportation.

An extra bed is located on the upper deck, accessible by stairs, which may not be suitable for elderly guests or those who are intoxicated
