Just like walking in the door to my own home. The owners of this property are clearly stylish, generous people. Everything worked perfectly, hot water was plentiful and hot, kitchen fully stocked although I didn’t cook. AC was on, the rooms were all beautifully cool on such a hot day, coffee pod machine heated and filled, ready to use with pods. Welcome basket was delightful, towels were lovely and plentiful, washing machine and dishwasher perfectly clean, bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Just a haven of a place, highly recommend this Aparthotel. Close to metro, buses, trams, taxi rank just outside the door and a 24 hour open carrefour right next door. Staff were helpful and informative but not overbearing.

Just a tiny bit difficult to find, a smaller than A4 blue sign with black writing posted on the door of the building was hard to see, fortunately a delivery guy could guess what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. Note five steps up to where the hallway and lifts were, no big deal for me though.

Loved that we had our own space, everything was comfortable and clean. Complimentary stuff in case we forgot anything. Opposite a 24hr supermarket which was always handy. Would definitely recommend.

The location felt a bit unsafe, especially at night. We had to have the windows closed due to the noise outside and some people on the lower floors were partying and playing music. Obviously no fault of the company or the manager.

This hotel really thought about everything a traveller could need. The apartment was much larger than I expected and was really comfortable for 1 person. It was less than 5 mins from the yellow line metro stop which takes you directly into the centre. The bathroom had all the small toiletries you could need and the hotel staff had left some water in the fridge, and a basket with spreads for breakfast on the table which were all free for the guest. The apartment was also really really clean, overall it was a great stay that exceeded my expectations.

The staff was super friendly upon arrival. Elizabeth helped me with my bags up to the room. The location was about 15 minutes via metro to the center of Milan. The metro and bus were within 5 min walking distance. The room was located next to a market and a few restaurants. Our unit faced the street, but due to the double-paned windows, the noise was minimal. The owners provided a nice basket of treats and some water.

The beds were a bit hard, and the room temperature was higher than I had hoped. Once I mentioned it to the staff, the room's temp was adjusted. The staff tried their best to accommodate us.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well illuminated - thanks two sufficiently large windows, very silent at night. The check-in was fast and efficient. The place is very close to the Alcatraz (for live events such as concerts etc.) and to the Maciachini metro station for visiting Milan. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well organised with a large shower, hair dryer, towels, soaps and shampoos, etc. The kitchen was well equipped with forks, knives, dishes, glasses, etc. In addition, there was a microwave, a coffee machine and an induction cooker with pots and a kettle. There were plenty of coffee, herbal infusion and tee bags (all included in the price) and some stuff for the breakfast (crackers, biscuits, jam and chocolate spread). Important: the apartments are waling distance from a public parking garage near the Maciachini metro station. Parking there is highly recommended due to the very convenient prices (something about 6 euros per day).

The place is a bit expensive, but given the amenities, the location and the overall service I call myself satisfied.

Very nice, clean, modern, comfortable and all the amenities. Very nice welcome coffee, jams, cereal, bread sticks. Super convenient big grocery store right beside the apartment. TV in living and bedroom. Comfortable couch which can be folded down flat. Patio is small but nice to sit and have coffee (be sure to turn off the AC before so that there is no fan blowing on you, and it will be a hot patio in the summer - southern exposure). Loved the auto window blinds for light and heat control. Reception was helpful and easy. Close to metro and buses and cool areas are walkable.

Minor stuff. Lacked clothes-washer and dishwasher soap. AC was great in the living room but have to keep bedroom door open to cool down the bedroom. No problem.

The manager is a gentleman, goes out of his way to be super helpful with anything. Thank you. This was an expensive week to stay in Milan, Fashion week, UCL football and a top gig at the Alcatraz. Demand was high, the area surrounding the Apartments can be 'interesting' but it is perfect for events at the Alcatraz, literally a 5 minute walk away. The room was clean and the kitchen facilities were perfect for a cosy 2 night stay along with a welcome pack that includes more than enough basics, I didn't use public transport as I hired a car but it was easy enough to park outside and the property does offer extra secure parking for a fee. There is a fabulous Carrefour supermarket across the road so you can get everything you may need during your stay. There is satellite TV in the room though I didn't use either the TV in the lounge or the bedroom so don't know what channels are available. Quality towels and toiletries

My room was next to the main road and there was traffic noise however the provided ear plugs were useful so my sleep wasn't disturbed.

The apartment is well-equipped with all the needed accessories. The owner also provides welcome drinks and breakfast pastes, milk, and juice for the first day. The a/c works without any issues. The shower is equipped with soap and shampoo. If you drive, there are lots of parking options around. There is a 24/7 supermarket just next to the apartment's building.

Some of the reviews mention that the surrounding area is not so safe at night. Well, there is nothing to worry about as I haven't noticed any problem.

The apartment was super clean and the facilities were great! Very nice layout of the place too, with a tucked in balcony. Location was good too, with a 24h Carrefour right across the street.

Tiny bit difficult to spot the entrance to the property, as it's part of an apartment building to the side of the main road. Though I think this might be the norm for Milan and we just weren't prepared enough. :)

Amazing value for money - big sized room with plenty of amenities. Easy check-in and the location connectivity to the city was incredible: tram/bus/metro were all a 5 min walk away. Huge grocery store was right next to the apartment

1. The building was undergoing a renovation - the apartments were on the 5th floor but the ground floor had paint work ongoing. It didn't feel very inviting. 2. Only 1 cleaning of the room during a 4 day stay
