Review of The Glamore Milano Duomo Hotel I recently stayed at The Glamore Milano Duomo, located in the very heart of Milan, right on Piazza del Duomo, overlooking the magnificent Milan Cathedral. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations to enhance and upgrade its infrastructure. Despite the potential inconveniences associated with the reconstruction, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service. I especially want to highlight the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail of a particular hotel staff member. She ensured that my stay was truly unforgettable, always ready to assist, provide information, and make everything as comfortable as possible. A special thank you goes to the stunningly beautiful young woman at the reception, who left an unforgettable impression on us with her kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. I sincerely apologize if I am mistaken about her name, but I believe it was Madli. Therefore, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to her, and if I have misremembered her name, I ask for your understanding.

The location of this property is extraordinary! The view is incredible and the staff were sensational. This hotel is a vibe. There’s no other way to explain it. Yes you can hear loud music but honestly we felt it added to our stay! We are not young anymore but we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere in and around this hotel. We will absolutely stay here again! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and they try so hard to assist with any request!

My reviews are always honest. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. It’s tired. They obviously do their best but it wasn’t as clean as I would like to see in a 5* hotel. However, I got the feeling without saying a word at the time that they themselves know this hotel needs some TLC and I believe plans are afoot already to give this hotel what it needs. Other than that, we loved everything else and can’t wait to go back again!

I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Mido, Misla, and Martina. Their professionalism, warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. They were always available, ensuring all our needs were met with genuine care and efficiency. The hotel itself is stunning, with an amazing location and breathtaking views to duomo that made every moment feel special. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast experience was another highlight. It was served in a truly professional and delightful manner, with an incredible selection of dishes that catered to every preference. The food was fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully, making it the perfect way to start the day. Every aspect of our stay reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence, from the impeccable service to the serene atmosphere. Whether it was the little touches in the room, the friendly conversations with the staff, or the efficient handling of our requests, everything exceeded our expectations. Location and view is the best as it is right on dumo. Room is spacious smart and clean. The breakfast is rich and remarkable with great views on dumo. This hotel is secured 24/7 and makes you feel at home . Staff are professionals and always coming forward to support with a great smile. Special thanks to James who made our stay unforgettable. This hotel will be our only choice in our future trips to Milan as we tried several 5 stars hotels previously and the are not comparable to it.

This couldn’t be more central with views overlooking Milan’s spectacular Cathedral, and the Duomo metro stop literally a few steps away. The decor is very modern Italian. Our room was very spacious with a spectacular bath which I much prefer to a shower (there was a separate shower too). The staff were extremely helpful and remembered our names. I remembered James and John of the people who remembered mine!

This is a boutique hotel with no real communal areas. Not a problem for us but worth knowing if that matters to you. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for that not to matter at all. There is a rooftop bar with wonderful views but it might be closed for a private party.

Our experience with Glamore Milano Duomo was fantastic. The location is excellent, with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Duomo. The staff were amazing—always welcoming, smiling, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the private terrace exclusively for hotel guests added a special touch to our stay. The only suggestion I have is that the entrance and reception area could be more elegantly decorated to match the overall quality of the hotel.

The location was the best possible. Cannot be beaten. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was also simply exceptional. As an added bonus, make sure to book (in advance, if possible - though we didn't need to) the "terrace" for lunch or afternoon drinks overlooking the Duomo di Milano. Don't stay anywhere else !!!

The rooms are about to be refurbished. The property will be even better when this is done.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The food was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of dishes. The hotel’s attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness truly stood out.

The hotel is excellent by all standards. In terms of location. It is located in the Duomo Center, cleanliness is Very high. Room size more than your expectations Great staff's in charge terms of respect and supports smile is always in their faces, specially Mr. James. strongly recommend this hotel.
