The room was clean, simple and well equipped, had a small kitchen, good to make breakfast. There was cleaning every day, towels were also changed daily. The hotel is in a quiet street with good transport connection to central station (10 mins ) or city center (15 mins). There is an Italian restaurant in the building and a really good Chinese restaurant on the other side of the street, convenient for dinner after a long day. Price was good compared to the city's prices. Recommended place to stay.

There was no radiator in the room, only in the bathroom, so it was bit cold in the room.

The room is spacious and includes a private kitchenette with a large fridge, a hotplate, and a kitchen sink. The bathroom is large and divided into two sections. The anteroom has a sink and a shower, and there is a separate toilet. The staff is helpful and responsive. The housekeeper cleans the room every day. The value for money is excellent.

The furniture is a bit outdated. The beds are relatively firm and narrow. The shower cabin could be cleaned a bit better.

The room was very clean and the air conditioner was already on when we arrived which was a great surprise considering the Italian heat. The room got cleaned when we asked for it, there were lots of towels and a fridge which was super handy to put some water and snacks inside. Also there's a huge supermarket closeby which is open 24/7 which was handy as well. i felt like we were in a super local neighborhood as well with great authentic food options. I'd definitely go back, thank you for the great time!

There was only one plug near the beds but it was solveable with a multiple output adapter :)

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very well equipped, mini kitchen, refrigerator. microwave oven, dishes and everything necessary. Perfect air conditioning in the living room. The elevator was a big plus for my pregnant friend. The bathroom was perfectly equipped, clean, everything was great. The hotel has a great restaurant right next door with amazing food. The pizza was perfect, the staff nice and the prices surprisingly very low.

An incredibly narrow alley leads to the parking area, you have to lower the rear-view mirrors, but you can drive through.

The property is located in a very accessible area with a nice neighbourhood. The room was clean and equipped with kitchenware, so you can prepare your own meals if needed. It also had a well-functioning air conditioner, which made the stay comfortable. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money.

There was nothing to dislike about this place. Everything met expectations and made for a pleasant stay.

Despite we checked in very late, the staff still patiently wait for us. The room is clean and quiet, very close to tram stops to get tram 2 and 4. despite the room is not so big, but it was surprisingly well equipped with many cooking utensils, as well as a small kitchen. A big bonus is the building is equipped with elevator. it is well surrounded by many restaurants and cafe too.

+ AIRCONDITIONED ROOM, loved it + comfortable beds + daily cleaning, towels changed every day + kind staff, they even let us enter our room 3 hours before the official check-in + price pp per night + well equipped + well located (in the backyard, not right opposite the noisy street)

- room could have been a bit bigger - fridge couldve been less freezing (weve had it on the highest degree and still everything weve put out of there was literaly frozen)

Good apartment for a reasonable price near the train station and close to the city center. We parked a car there and you need to know that the entrance is quite small for big cars, but the parking is inside the building and safe. So we have a pleasant feeling that we can enjoy the city and don't worry about it. Plus a nice kitchen and all the stuff for cooking. And nice personal👍

Actually I can't find something bad

The hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for our vacation. The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is friendly and ready to help in any situation. The location is convenient, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport.

There is absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the neighboring rooms.

5 min to metro station 4 min to 24/7 supermarket 3 min to McDonald's Close to one of the main streets and it's easy to reach public transport station or Metro. We were lucky to have silent neighbors. Room was clean.
