It was a nice Place, after passing the gate. The room was spacious but nice. I didn’t meet any staff so I can’t say much about that. The instructions and information I had received before were kind and very informative. The bar where the breakaway served is very nice and the staff working there as well. Metro station is very close, which is very nice. If you want to save some money take a walk of five more minutes and the use the next metro station or take the bus.

The street and the building in front of it can be a bit intimidating. The shower wall in my bath room wasn’t complete, part of the wall was missing but there was a shower curtain but it didn’t seal completely and was a bit dirty. The toilet brush was very dirty which was the only I really need to complain about.

Pros: - great location, close to M3 station Zara (~7 mins) that takes you to the main touristic points using a M1-M3 subway ticket (best option) - big supermarkets close by (Pam, Carrefour), restaurants, cafes, concert venue (Alcatraz), all located on Via Zara within 15-20-30 mins walking distance from the accommodation - a local neighbourhood, felt pretty safe at night, not crowded, easy & relatively quick access to everything - hot water at any moment of the day and night 😌 - yummy breakfast (croissant with a filling or freshly squeezed orange juice, toast with mozzarella & prosciutto cotto, coffee) at local cafe (~2 mins) with friendly staff and locals, it was a pleasure chatting with them every morning - no reception, self checkin and checkout, clear instructions to access the villa - big common kitchen with oven, microwave, sink, washing machine and basic utensils (i used it to heat a ready to eat meal on a late night) - tall rooms, courtyard with tables and chair to chill - overall good value for money

Cons: - it wasn’t sparkly clean, there were some old stains on the sheets, some dust on the floor, towels smelled funky - AC heating was kinda loud and the room was always a bit chilly - could not open window to air our the room - shower door replaced by curtain, didn’t work well, there was water all over the floor afterwards

Good in the quality/price ratio for Milan, close to 2 metro stations and tram lines, has grocery stores nearby and the breakfast is served in a cafe in a 2-min walk (coffee + toast or orange juice + croissant/pastry). Check in is fully contactless and easy, the instructions are clear. The surroundings are quiet. The room is small yet comfortable, the building is nice-looking. The bathroom is equipped is clean enough, but is slightly worn out.

The metro is just a 3-minute walk away. - There are two large supermarkets nearby: Esselunga and Tigros. - Access to a shared kitchen with a kettle, microwave, and dishes. - Well-thought-out, seamless check-in and check-out – we didn’t need to interact with anyone at all. - Beautiful and cozy room interior with high ceilings. - The villa itself has a charming atmosphere with lots of greenery. - Breakfast is offered at a local café. The coffee and croissant are delicious, and the freshly squeezed juice is a great addition. Locals have breakfast there, making it feel very authentic. The staff is friendly.

- There is no radiator, but there is an electric heater, which is quite noisy. We had to turn it off at night, and the room cooled down quickly. - The faucet in the bathroom is leaking. - The curtain is dirty.

The room was small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was served in a nearby cafe with an excellent selection of delicious pastries as well as freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee which I looked forward to every morning. I also liked that it seemed like a popular place among locals and did not specifically cater to tourists or hotel guests, so it was a very authentic experience. The same could be said about the location in general, it was in a nice area with convenient access to the city but not overpopulated by tourists. I was also worried about wifi since I needed it for a video conference, but it worked perfectly during my stay.

There is a beautiful yard on the property and there was some loud yard work quite early one morning which would have bothered me if I was on vacation and wanted to sleep in, but as I was travelling for work and up anyway, it did not impact my sleep. A wine bottle opener would be a nice addition to the kitchen.

The B&B actually exceeded my expectations. I was a bit worried after reading some comments but had a really nice surprise when got there. Although the entrance may be difficult to find, the instructions we got on WhatsApp were clear. There is no one in the reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. The air con was working fine and we had no problems with the WiFi. We could not hear any other guests, although I am not sure if there were any. There is a kitchen with almost all the accessories you need to cook. There is a supermarket nearby, so if you're in the mood to cook, you would have everything you needed. The breakfast was tasty although the options were limited.

The breakfast is the same everyday: orange juice or coffee, one croissant and a toast. We had to leave the tourist fee in the room, inside of a box, but we had a really hard time finding an ATM nearby. However, we were given the option to transfer the money to a bank account.

The Villa is very well kept, clean inside and outside. It has a welcoming yard with beautiful green plants all around that smell divine, a wonderful apricot tree and a good position in a quiet neighborhood. It is 200 M from Marche Metro station, 400m from a big supermarket, with 2 great restaurants that we tried nearby (villetta and calafuria). The room nr 8 has a big terrace, is sufficient for 2 people, has a nordic style furniture and a cozy bed. If you want to cook, you have in the villa a big kitchen will all that you need. We liked the bar that we had breakfast in - barlafus. It is a real X-ray of the typical Italian living style. The young and the old Come each day to enjoy a small coffee, and talk with the batista. Everyone knows everyone. It brought joy to see their smiles, to listen their laughter and stories. All in all our experience was more interesting staying here. Great value for the money as well

Very pleasant place, with beautiful garden, very clean, old italian style Villa. Really nice renovated, with pleanty of ameniteas, beautiful kitchen with everything You need, big room, clean, with everything You need, nice balcony with table and 2 seats, 2 tv-s with internet, nice furniture. For sure I'll ne back here for another holiday. The owners respond fast to your questions, really helpfull. The overall atmosphere is extremly pleasant. You have metro, tram, bus close, Lidl and another supermarket, pizzeria with traditional pizza. Usefull for families with children. I travelled only with my daughter. And last but not least...safe place!

It was cool in the room. But there was a heater. It would be good to fix the door in the shower stall.

Nearby, 3min walk, great supermarket, metro station the same. Big rooms with good airco. Nice balcony view, rather quiet at night. Good quality beds. Shared kitchen with everything you need, so you can have your lunch or dinner if you like, with supplies from a local shop.

Do not expect big breakfast. It is one crossaint and coffee at the Caffè close by.
