The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro. The area also has a great supermarket nearby and several good restaurants. We particularly enjoyed a meal at Maruzella Zara, where we had delicious Italian food at a very reasonable price. The apartment had everything we needed and was super comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We needed a late check-in, and they made sure we could access the property after hours.

We loved everything, but I believe the experience could be improved with a few small adjustments: It would be great to have a full-length mirror or at least another mirror outside the bathroom. Since we were four people, we had to wait to use the mirror. Regarding the bathroom, adding a shelf or support for shampoo inside the shower would be very practical, and a few more hooks around the sink for face towels would be helpful. As for the kitchen, the only thing missing was a coffee maker.

Close to the tube station. Apartment was nice and well equipped. I slept really well.

I did not liked to be asked paying additional cleaning fee that was not stated at the time of reservation, which I mentioned to the receptionist and she quickly changed her mind and said I didn't have to pay it. However it left a bad taste in my mouth. If hotel wants to charge additional fees they should clearly mention that on the website.

The apartment we stayed in was a great choice. Spacious, clean and well equipped. There's everything you may need for a short stay in Milan. There's an option for a self check-in which was very convenient since we had a late flight. The lady at the reception desk gave us a warm welcome in the morning. She is superb friendly and speaks really good English so it's easy to communicate if you have any questions. We could also leave our luggage there after the check-out which was very convenient as we had an evening flight. Generally, highly recommended place!

A large apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms plus another sofa bed in the large living dining area. There were 2 balconys and being on the 6th floor we had a good skyline view. The metro was a 5 minute walk away and a short ride into Central Milan. We were able to leave our luggage early so could head into Milan for the afternoon as we were only staying the night before flying back home from Milan Malpensa Airport which was easy to travel to in the morning. A short metro ride of around 20 minutes to Milan centrale train station and then a 50 minute ride to the airport on the Malpensa express which goes regularly from dedicated platforms 1-3 at the train station.

There are very busy roads surrounding the hotel so there is obvious noise from these, much the same for anywhere close to the centre.

It was great place to stay for few days , with great space. And alot of fascilities , we liked the kitchen that we could have proper breakfast. fridge was very useful. Very close to the Istria Metro station and Bus station to Milano Centrale. The staff was helpful with late check in and allowed me to do checkin although there was no one in the reception when I’ve arrived

The only drawback is because it is on the main street you can hear outside noise but I think It is negligible compared to the all other Good points.

Room, room size, kitchen, kind ladies at the reception, room was warm and decently clean.

The "surprise" with the separate cleaning tax which we only found out about at the reception when checking-in, the lack of some basic products in the room like 1 or 2 additional waste bags as the cleaning for our stay was only done once, the loud noise outside the room, in the streets. The free WiFi is only in theory, hardly worked when we were there and the "warm" water was barely lukewarm for the last day of our stay. All in all nothing dramatic but a few improvements could be appreciated.

Good location, very close to the metro station. Large balcony if you wanted to use it (we didn't). Some restaurants in 2-10 minutes walk, with various quality and price range, so you have several options to choose from. The recepcionist was very kind and helpful.

The weak point of the apartment house is the elevator. It can easily overloaded and than goes wrong. It is stated on the wall to warn the guests, but unfortunatelly it happened during our stay. Since it was a weekend, it remained unrepaired (at least) until Monday till the time we left.

I booked a studio and received a huge 2 bedroom apartament with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, so I was quite happy with that 🤭 so my review will be for the big apartment. Very spacious, quite comfortable, I really liked the pillows, they were memory foam and not those annoying useless soft pillows. The bed is big and comfortable, the 2 bathrooms clean and well 'equiped', there was a hair dryer available for each one. The living room / dining / kitchen was very spacious and neat. The kitchen has a lot of kitchenware but I had no coffee machine, not even a pot, which was unfortunate and unexpected given we were in Italy. The bedrooms are quite big and have lots of storage, plus the apartment has a separate huge storage space. Overall a nice place and located in a very nice neighborhood. The personnel was super nice and helpful, of the apartments had coffee machines or moka pots or French press or anything I would've given it a 10.

There was no coffee machine, moka pot, nothing. I find this odd since we're in the country with the best coffee 😹 also, odd fact, no wine or prosecco glasses, in Italy 😹 otherwise no complaints 🤭

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, conveniently located near a metro station, and the staff were incredibly polite. When you’re tired of exploring the city center, you can conveniently buy groceries from the nearby supermarket and cook yourself a meal. I stayed there with my family and parked my car in their private parking lot. Definitely recommended!

The Wi-Fi in one of the bedrooms is not working properly, and there’s limited private parking. Other than that, everything was perfect!

A large clean room, and superb communication in advance of my stay as reception / check-in is only open during 9am-6pm and I was arriving later and checking out earlier. Parking on street locally is easy, finding where to pay for it almost impossible. To help others, turn left as you walk out of the hotel, take the next left and there is a pay machine just before you get to the roundabout. :)

Wider check-in / check out times would be helpful, but I think that the number of rooms is small and so that is not practical.
