It was walking distance to the subway and the tram and the main train station so getting to the airport, or other cities or downtown was pretty easy. It had all the essentials, laundry pods for the wash machine, towels and linens. Everything was set up for us when we got there. A good place especially if it's just 2 people.

There was a lot of design anomalies in the place: a huge empty balcony almost the size of the room, the doors to the balcony are cramped in where you can hardly even open them. The shower design makes for the water to come out of the shower every time so the hall to the bathroom is wet. If you have the extra beds out (bunk beds that fold out from the wall), there is hardly space to stand, let alone if you have luggage. If extra beds aren't out, it'd probably be a little more comfortable. Also there aren't many restaurants very close, at least a 10-15 minute walk.

The check-in process is online and automated. The location is good, not far from the Central train station (15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes on tram). The room interior and design are very nice. We liked automation of the lights and windows. The kitchen had all necessary equipment and even more. The important thing is that there is a luggage room on the basement floor.

The check-in process, although automated, requires a lot of data to fill in the online forms. The room is rather small for a family with children and luggage, but good enough for one night.

Everything was perfect (localization, easy way to check-in/check-out, room equipment, purity, smarthome)

The only problem was with hot water (as a group of 4 people we couldnt take a shower next to each others if we wanted warm water). Moreover the first person had to wait around 5-10 min to get a hot water.

This place had everything you need! All of the amenities. Quiet and the concierge was very helpful. There was also a market that was setup on the street on a particular day which was amazing. The instructions sent by Limehome were so good and made it really easy to get to/into the room.

Location was a bit less mainstream, but only a 10 min walk to the metro. I think there could be some information available on a closeby grocery shop or what days/times the market on the street is open.

the system Limehome use is automated with access granted digitally at 3pm on the day of your check-in. The property is within 24-hour managed access property, so security is excellent.

The property is located near the centre, but if you don't like walking 15 minutes, you can have the reception call a taxi, which will take you into the centre of town (FS Centrale was 10 Euro, for example).

1. It's very easy to check in (you may do it online) 2. Close to the railway station, trams and subway 3. An apartment is new & very clean 4. We got "welcome" sets and sweets when arrived :) 5. All the necessary things are available - cups, plates, pots, tea, coffee, spices, paper towels (+ towels and soap) etc.

The only problem is hot water (it was not enough even for 1 person - no idea why). Otherwise everything is ok!

The cleanliness, location about 20 minutes from main train station and the calm neighbourhood

There was no power in the kitchen when we arrived and had to wait 2 days until it was fixed, it was uncomfortable because we booked apartment with a kitchen that was necessary for us

even though the iron wasn’t working the person on the phone was very helpful and helped replace it in 5 minutes. i like that the kitchen facilities had everything we needed from a kettle to a microwave, same with the washing machine to wash our clothes.

when we got there, there was dead bugs on the sheets of the double bed so we had to change it ourselves. also the iron wasn’t working so we had to get that changed.

Everything was excellent, for sure we will stay here next time when visiting Milano.

Car parking was very difficult, few public places in front of accommodation, phone application needed to pay for the parking cannot be used; cannot register using international phone no, need to pay on machine. This is not property fault, it’s common for all big cities to find parking close to accommodation.

The property has a wonderful location close to essentials such as the train station, metro station or even the city centre. It is also located in a safe area that makes you feel comfortable to walk around. The room was extremely clean, well equipped and spacious. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and will definitely recommend it to others.
