The room was thoughtfully designed. Although the room itself was small, everything was laid out so well that it felt very comfortable to move around and very convenient. We did not feel cramped at all. There were even small extras that you don't immediately notice, but make your stay even more comfortable, such as an automatic night light in the bathroom to ease the eyes, and not flood the room with bright lights in the middle of the night. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would love to be guests here again.

This is not a complaint, but feedback on design decisions in case of future renovations. The only improvement could be a more conventional sink. The room had a tall, bowl-shaped sink with a centered faucet, making it harder to lean in to wash your face and causing splashes.

The room was an impressive size, very spacious and a large bathroom to match! We also had a little balcony to stand out on. What was most impressive is how eco friendly everything is. They have literally thought of everything without losing quality and it is very commendable. Both staff members we spoke too were very polite and had plenty of information about the city. One gave us a honeymoon upgrade which was very generous. It had a quiet, peaceful location with a supermarket just a few metres nearby. There were also several highly recommended restaurants to eat at also. There were tram and metro stations within walking distance, so you were very well connected to the centre of the city without having the noise.

LOVED this place! All the staff were amazing and we felt super secure with someone at the desk 24hrs. We'd had our original B&B accommodation cancel on us the day before so we had found Biocity last minute and so we were feeling a bit out of sorts and not really sure what we would find there. But what we found was accommodation gold :-). Because we'd booked for 3 nights, and an upgraded room was available, they kindly put us in it. Everything from the massive and super comfortable bed to the ambient lighting to the decadent ensuite to the spacious corner balcony. Location was awesome. Honestly, we felt like royalty. Thank you for having us! 🩵

This is a special hotel with a calm atmosphere. We liked that there is a lot of attention to detail as well as consideration for the environment. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We asked for a room with two beds and these were separated into their own sections within the room, rather than side by side. We each had our own hanging space for clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was first rate. We enjoyed our breakfast and thought it was good value for money. Another plus was the gentle, ambient music. I so often find the music played in public places disturbing and this in contrast was relaxing and soothing. I would without hesitation stay in this hotel next time I visit Milan.

Our room (number 2) was on the ground floor next to reception and the lift. I was rather worried about this but the hotel wasn't busy and we weren't disturbed. The only negative was noise from an air conditioning unit outside. I would next time prefer to stay on a higher floor.

The service desk runs 24hrs so we could check-in even though we arrived after 22:30. The staff (esp. Silvio - you're the best!) were friendly and professional and we received a pleasant surprise of our room being upgraded (free of charge) to celebrate my wife's birthday. The room was clean and provided good privacy. The bed was comfortable (especially the bedding) and heating kept the room comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all the essentials (soap, shampoo toilet paper). Breakfast had a small but good selection of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries organic fruits, juices and a barista that served very decent coffee (had an espresso *it's Italy ^^ and a cappuccino). The location is close enough to walk with light luggage from the train station (Milano Centrale), but there are many public transportation options if you have heavy/big luggage. The staff were knowledgeable of the city and gave us much more affordable and enjoyable options for things to do and places to eat which we appreciate. We will definitely remember Biocity for future visits to Milano.

Shower floor was a bit slippery, no body lotion was provided in bathroom.

I like the location of the property. It is in walking distance from the Milan Centrale. The staff is bery friendly and super helpfull.

I remember this hotel as a bit nicer and newer. I first stayed there 2 years ago and was quite impressed. Now it feels that some areas needs a big of update with time. The breakfast used to be a bit more impressive. Though still tbe bakery and the cofee is the best👌🏻

Stayed for a couple of nights with friends. It was wonderful! The room was very comfortable and clean, with AC perfect for the hot weather. Great location as well: The hotel is walking distance to the train station, which is great if you plan on travelling around from Milan Central. Farmacia, shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was amazing! Very accommodating and friendly, they even offered us a glass of cold water when we arrived! Will definitely stay with them again when I go back to Milan.

Breakfast offered a really good variety of options, including several organic choices, homemade cake, and excellent coffee. Drinkable water and a selection of organic teas were freshly available every day. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and has a nearby metro station. The staff are extremely friendly, both at breakfast and on reception. I would like to give a special mention to Silvio, who is extremely polite and helpful, always thinking of ways to make guests feel comfortable and well-guided.

Nothing

The rooms were very clean and well presented. The bathrooms were large and well built. All in all, despite it being a very small hotel, we were happy with our rooms (although glad not to be in the ground floor rooms (which were startlingly close to the lift and reception). The staff were very nice and helpful. It was a short 10-12 minute walk to Centrale station.

The soundproofing was pretty poor. On our first night, we heard our neighbours talking very loudly till about 11pm and they also woke us with their animated conversation at 6.30am the next day. Not ideal, but thankfully, they were replaced with new quieter guests the next night. We heard them too, but it didn't disturb us. It was surprising how clearly we could hear everything and we couldn't figure out why, because the walls seemed fairly solid.

Great little property, about a 10 minute walk from Milan Central FS. Very quiet at night and nice comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. We appreciated having a safe, a small fridge, and a hot water kettle, along with the ecofriendly design. Wonderful front desk staff—thank you for loaning us a wine bottle opener. Will absolutely stay here on my next trip to Milano.

You do have to take your luggage up a few stairs from the street into the lobby, it isn’t flat, so this may be something to consider if you are mobility impaired or your luggage is very heavy. Once inside the hotel there is a lift to get up to the rooms.
