The location is good—about a 15-minute walk from the central station. Everything was very clean and tidy. I read many negative reviews that I feel are unfair: the neighborhood may not be the prettiest, but it’s quiet and perfectly fine. The room is spacious, with comfortable beds—ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a place to hang out indoors, you might prefer an Airbnb, but if all you need is a clean, comfy place to sleep and shower, this works great. Breakfast is simple but enough: croissant, coffee, yogurt, and cookies. As a traveler sometimes on a limited budget, I really appreciate places like this—well located, clean, and comfortable. This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the location is perfect, with all public transportation points nearby and a lovely neighborhood. The staff is outstanding; everyone is incredibly kind and accommodating (and all staff members are men). The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the beds were among the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. Unlike in other hotels where beds can be noisy when you move, these beds were completely silent. Moreover, there's a secure room to leave your luggage, which was a major plus. Additionally, the check-out time is fantastic at 11:30, which is later than what most hotels offer. Overall, I'm very happy we ignored some of the negative comments. People need to understand that for this price, they shouldn't expect a five-star hotel.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room, though we didn't need it during late May. The breakfast was basic, just a croissant, yogurt, and coffee, but it was reasonable for the price.

We looked for a cheaper option for a one-night stay close to Milano Centrale and found it! We were satisfied with the reasonable walking distance, less than 1 km from the train station. The room was good, with enough space. The only issue was the high temperature because of the warm weather and the lack of A/C in the room. Having read reviews from other guests we were afraid the breakfast would be very scarce. However, we were surprised to find also yoghurt for breakfast in addition to coffee, croissants, some pastries and some fruit, so this actually exceeded our expectations.

Room temperature was a bit too high in the warm season, because there was no A/C. There was no elevator in the hotel.

Good hotel, about 12-15 minutes walking distance from the central train station. Friendly staff who are always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is included and was a nice bonus for the price. I would recommend staying here for 1-2 nights, as the price-quality ratio is excellent.

Two disadvantages are related to the room: - a really strong smell of sewage system in the bathroom - there's no fridge in the room

The property is close to the bus and train stations. It's about 15 minutes to the subway, which takes you to the city center. The rooms look just like they do in the pictures on Booking.

Breakfast was very limited – just a croissant, yogurt, juice, and tea or coffee. It would be nice to have more variety.

The staff was super helpful and understanding. Initially we planned to stay in hotel for one night only,and leave early to airport. They offered coffee and gave to us lovely croissants. We checked out,but in airport they closed the doors too early and we missed our flight. Luckily on website, I booked room for one more night, because next available flight home was next day. I called the hotel from airport explained what happened and upon arrival to Milan they gave us room straight away, without waiting for appropriate check in time. Which was extremely helpful and kind , because my mum 70 yo couldn't walk noore and she was desperate for bed,by the way very comfortable bed,and everything there was extremely good,we like it a lot.Thank you very much .

The staff was extremely nice. They let us borrow an adapter to charge our phones. Extremely helpful to us. The location was terrific. People told us location was not good, but we walked everywhere day and night and NEVER had or saw a problem. 10 -13 minute walk to train station. Food at train station is excellent if you just want to get something quick after trip or before. We also had a great Italian meal at an outdoor cafe between hotel and train station and there's a nice bar near hotel also. There is a laundromat very near if you need one. Many tours originate at train station, so excellent location for meeting tours. We met our Lake Como, Bellagio, Lugano bus/boat tour there (great tour) We took a morning-afternoon walk and went to Fashion District, LaScala, Galleria, Duomo, Sforzesco Castle, and Last Supper. You NEED to book tickets to Last Supper well in advance or they'll be sold out. We just walked to all these places during one day and back to hotel. You just start walking down the main street from the front of the train station. Probably took us 5-6 hours, but that's how we spent our day. If you have time, go to the Navagli District to see the canals, have dinner and nightlife. It's not all that far, but if going in evening, take a cab. I loved this hotel, price was very reasonable and we had 2 good nights sleep in a clean room. Room is very quiet. Hotel has free continental breakfast w/great croissants Hotel is open 24 hours, and you leave your keys at the desk.

There is no elevator or lift, but we only had one flight of stairs, so quite doable. We each had a small suitcase and carry on.

The room size was good, toilet / Bathroom was good. Clean and ideal for a short business trip. Nothing great about the breakfast, a Croissant, a yoghurt, a packed juice and coffee. The Hotel will insist to leave the key at the reception before stepping out. A bit rude staff at the reception, more interested in giving instructions, dos and Dons than being friendly hospitable approach.

The hotel is a short walk away from Milano Centrale, which is an excellent selling point. The room we had was very clean, and we were able to check in after their regular check-in hours due to a train delay. There was a fan in the room, and we took advantage of the cooler night to open the window. Other reviews have pointed out that there is no AC. I have found that most residences and many businesses do not have AC, and I have learned not to expect it in Europe. I thought the one fan was sufficient for the temperature, although it was mild (65-70 fahrenheit at night, 85-90 in the day). Other reviews have pointed out the that the shower was very small. In my experience (as a 5'8" ish slightly overweight male), I was able to shower comfortably with no problems. In all, great facilities, great staff, great location. For what you're paying (in a extremely commercial and metropolitan city), it's a good deal. Recommend.

I have no complaints about the property. I can imagine it gets quite warm during heat waves, but it was comfortable to sleep at night during our stay and we had no problems.

Good location - 15 minutes walk from the Central Station. Quiet location. Pleasant and discreet hotel service. Large rooms and bathrooms - great value for money.

Coffee during breakfast could be served in cups. Bars on the windows.
