Clearly only just opened as building work was still happening while we were there. The room was lovely new and modern. Only a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro stop. Will be a great hotel once they are up and running a little more.

It was noisy one of the night we were there, we could hear a child shouting and banging around at 12.30am. They also started the drilling at 7am both mornings which wasn’t ideal. We didn’t try the breakfast as they wanted €20 per person which we thought was a little expensive.

Spacious room, nice modern decoration, excellent breakfast, an almost perfect stay. In general a very good hotel "to be", because annoying renovation or construction works were still in progress and the hotel seemed not yet to work in its full capacity.

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff good location 50 min walk to the centre(you have a lot to see on the way) 10 min walk from the metro and 4 min walk to the tram very close by you can find quite big supermarket and pharmacy.Delicious breakfast and close to the restaurants the best one 3 min away Ristorante Pizzeria San Mina absolutely great place. Close to the train station 10min to the central and buses to get to the airport. The hotel is very clean the only suggestion is the AC the hotel management should work it out about it as is cold and is quite complicated to turn this off. You will definitely not be disappointed to stay in this hotel. The last day I took a trip away from the hotel and I ask the staff to keep my belongings after I checked out this wasn’t problem at all and was free of charge. Thank you for nice stay with you

Clean,breakfast,good customer service

Very clean and rooms and corridor smells good. Breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from and bottomless tea and coffee. Rooms have a mini fridge stocked with drinks that can be charged after check out. Staff were very kind and attentive. Accessible to the tram and a few blocks away from the metro. There’s a bus station right infront of the hotel which makes it accessible to go around the city. Has a lot of bikes to hire infront of the hotel. Will stay here again.

A little far from the main attractions like the duomo. Takes about 30-45mins travel to get to the centre and a couple of blocks away to the nearest metro.

I had an amazing stay at Joy 124 Hotel Milano! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and effortless. The room was stylish, spotless, and surprisingly spacious — with modern touches that made it feel luxurious yet cozy. The location is fantastic — tucked away enough to be quiet at night, but still within easy reach of central Milan and public transport. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and the comfortable bed after long days of exploring the city. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious — a perfect way to start each morning. Overall, Joy 124 exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!

Beautiful, clean, and the staff is really kind. Close the train station. Bedding is very good, even if the bed is between two walls (can't let your feet stick out over the end of the bed, can be problematic for very tall people even if the bed is 2meters tall)

Acoustics problems. You can heard everything in the corridor from your bed, and the same for the adjacent room. Ventilation in the shower can be heard from your bed too. A really bad conception and design when lights are controlled by movement tracking ... You wanna go to the toilet during night without wake your partner ? The light of the half of the room switch on when you arrive in front of door. It's good decoration but bad architecture.

A new hotel, good location. Very friendly staff!

there are a few things to improve: although the place is newly built and the rooms are nice overall, the bathroom has a problem with water in the shower- the floor in the shower is not made with a correct angle and the whole floor gets wet because water goes everywhere. No iron, no shower amenities - although we did get them once we asked. Breakfast was pretty bad, stale bread and not good quality food. I still feel like there is a lot missing for it to be a 4-star hotel like it claims. The staff is super friendly and helpful though :)

The room was well arranged to maximise the small space. Bed and bathroom area were very comfortable, shower was the perfect temperature. The housekeeping staff visited every day keeping the room feeling fresh. Windows provided great sound proofing as there was some nearby construction noise, air con worked really well. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful and made the process smooth. Communal areas such as the reception, lift and hallways were spotless!

Didn’t try the breakfast as €25 a day put me off. The light in the shower was motion sensor only, so when I turned all the lights out to go to sleep, that one stayed on for a while

Lovely place in a good location. Lucky for us, it was dog friendly and ensured a great stay for us & our furry family member. We had two meals at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed them a lot, the restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We were asked to pay a city tax upon arrival, which was a surprise. It would be great to have some more advanced toiletries and clothing hangers available at the property. Also, there was unfortunately no way to warm up the water/make a coffee in a room due to lack of necessary appliances.

Brand new hotel near the central train station in convenient location in Milan! The rooms are super spacious with tall ceilings and new appliances with a modern feel! Big breakfast/bar area downstairs with many food options. Definitely within a good price range for location and rooms.

I did not like how non sound proof the walls were. I could hear the guests next to me play very loud music and actually heard loud snoring.
