The location of the apartment was excellent especially if you are traveling by train. It is a 5 minute walk from Milan Centrale (which you can easily reach from Milano Malpensa) and also very close to the Mercato Centrale which is a varied kind of a food court that has all the Italian food that you like! The host Laura was very nice and cooperative. The apartment was clean and the pillows are on-another-level comfortable.

The apartment has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite and the other one you need to go out of the room (not apartment) through the living area to reach. If you are there as a family , it won't be of an issue but if you are sharing the apartment with another traveler , it could be a little inconvenient. So if you are travelling alone, make sure you ask for the room with the private bathroom which also the much quieter room.

It's very clean, an easy stay, I liked the balcony.

It is not obvious from this is a shared apartment with another room. The listing suggests that it is a room in a hotel but instead this is a room with a bathroom that is reserved to you but you have to walk through a shared corridor, and the living room/kitchen is also shared, which means you can't go comfortably and privately between the bedroom and bathroom, and also that the sound insulation is not as good as you would expect. It's not a big problem, but this should be made clearer on the listing.

The host Laura was very friendly and gave me the keys. The rooms was very nice and clean, the facilities were excellent. A very nice property all together and at excellent price considering the location, just near Milano's Central Train Station. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay there again.

The room smelled like fish, but the host apologized about that saying that another guest cooked fish for dinner the day before. I had to open the windows to let the fresh air in, but afterwards everything was all right.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The host is friendly and answers her phone promptly.

Shared apartment.

Spent one night for a connection flight. Close to the station, easy access to transport to Malpensa airport and for exploring Milano. Il Cortiletto is clean and comfortable. I did not use the kitchen or living room, but they are available for guests to use.

The location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was spotless, tidy, and had everything we needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, stocked with food, drinks and essential utilities. We had planned to stay in Milan for just one day, but a train strike caused us to arrive at 1am, so we didn’t get a chance to explore the city. We’ll definitely look out for this apartment when we return to Milan. A special thank you to the host, Laura, who was absolutely lovely! She went above and beyond to accommodate our changing travel plans, making our stay as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!

Great location near train station.

No outside sign, so hard to find. But if just look for street address, no problem.

Laura our host was excellent. She greeted us when we arrived and explained, how to get to the Duomo via Met. The room is located close to the train station which is what we were looking for. Met is in easy walking distance

Room was relatively small and bed was hugging the wall. Not an issue for us, but it might be for someone else less agile.

Laura was a very good host - she was full of helpful advice. The room was comfortable and spacious with a separate private bathroom - there was a good size kitchen and lounge area. The location was very good too - close to Milano Centrale and metro. Make sure you check out San Giorgio Ristorante a few doors along from the apartment - it is very popular, has great food and is well priced.

Nice place in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the railway station. The room with ensuite bathroom was clean and comfortable and suited us well for an overnight stay. The shared kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Excellent communication from the host. Would stay here again
