Very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Very short walk from train station. Ample storage / cupboard space. Well, sound proofed to the city noise (Having stayed in 3 diffrent city's on our holiday, I will never over look the importance of a quiet hotel room in the city). Very friendly staff.

The old, small lift to the top floor. Not obvious signs from the street to the hotel. No kettle in the room ( important for the British guest :)

Excellent location across from the train station. Very good upmarket food hall opposite, as well as airport buses. Staff were friendly and helpful. The entrance looks a bit dodgy but once you are up at the hotel, every is very new and recently renovated. Suitable for short-term stays.

The entrance was a bit shabby giving a worse impression than the hotel deserves.

The location worked for us perfectly, quick access to all transport routes giving maximum flexibility to explore Milan and jump on train to Como. The continental breakfast was on the basic side but fantastic to be included. Being opposite a great food market was fantastic as gave us great options on the door stop after long days exploring and everyone at the market was super friendly!

Bed too hard for me, but Husband loved it! As others have said don’t be put off by the lift……but why the hotels don't group together and tidy it makes no sense.

The location was across the street from the central train station so that was convenient since we needed to catch trains to Lake Como and back and then to Florence. Inside the train station was a food market with lots of choices. We tried some of the food from there and there was all very good. The room itself was clean, the beds were comfortable the bathroom was well stocked. In the morning there was a little buffet breakfast which we enjoyed. The staff we encountered were helpful. Even though the location is in a busy area, having the windows shut kept the room quiet, so there were no issues with noise.

I don't have any issues with this property.

Wow!! Not sure why this isn’t a 10/10!! Let’s start with the location 10! Right next to the Central train station, steps from the airport bus, next to numerous buses that are easily accessible. The metro takes you 4 stops (7 min) to the Duomo. The hotel was modern and clean. Beds, bathroom, shower ( lots of hot water), insulated windows that keep ALL the street noise out, large room, plug ins everywhere, lots of storage, clean towels every day!, 24 hour front desk..all 10! Breakfast : cereal, eggs, yogurt, fruit, pastry, meat, cheese, teas, cappuccino and every other kind of coffee you might want. Juices, free water, milk. All 10! Staff was helpful, and available at all hour, an elevator that took you quickly to the 5 th floor, very clean and new. All 10! Would definitely stay here again. No need to look elsewhere.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short 3-minute walk from Milan Central Station. It was incredibly easy to access all the major attractions in Milan via the Metro, and the station also offered excellent connections to places like Lake Como, Lake Garda, Turin, and Tirano (for the Bernina Express). The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was good as well, offering a nice start to the day.

The property is very well kept and there’s breakfast provided (if you choose that option for your booking). The room was also very clean and spacious enough for a solo traveller. The train station is also next to the hotel, which is convenient if you want to go anywhere or need to head to the airport early.

Not much of an issue for me, but the location is definitely a bit far from where the main attractions are. However, if you enjoying walking then it’s good hike back and forth and if you travel during winter, you won’t be breaking a sweat. Otherwise, there’s trams also available in the area which you can use to catch a trip to the main city area.

Everyone on the hotel staff was really nice and accommodating. The location is ideal for us as it's basically next to the Milan Central. It made everything easy for us as tours are also using it as a pickup point; there are lots of shops we can go to buy and eat out as well.

It was very warm on the room, already tried to turn off both heaters, and we end up sleeping with the windows open in our entire stay (and it could get noisy hearing outside). Also the shower was too small as well. This are all personal preferences so I do not take it negative to the hotel.

Very good located near Railway station and Metro, just 5 minutes. Easy to find it. Bildings have an elevator. New, clean and modern hotel. Very comfortable bed. Easy but tasty breakfast. Phistasshio croissants is perfect! When i will be in Milan again - sure i come back.

In 2 of 3 mornings in common place near my door at 6.00 was big long noice. Sonebody arguing and slamming doors. I think, staff should behaive themselfs silent, because people sleeping at so early time. No glass, kettler and fridge in room
