The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to be close to the train station and subway. The receptionist (male and female) were extremely kind and helpful and super nice. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Also, everything was clean. Nonetheless I would appreciate tea bags and a kettle in the room. The staff at the breakfast was kind as well. There were enough options.

My feeling of the hotel was ruined because of the breakfast. There were PLASTIC CUPS and PLASTIC SPOONS which was shocking in 2023. I do not want to eat yogurt with plastic nor drink juice from plastic. It’s below average and awful for the environment.

We were lucky to have our rooms ready when we arrived at about 2pm, Our rooms were originally on separate floors, but the woman on reception was able to change this and also upgraded the rooms. Thank you. Rooms 314 & 312 The location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to Milano Centrale, which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. I couldn’t work out the tv properly, but that’s a minor issue. There was a very strong smell, maybe from the cleaning of the rooms, but quite overpowering, to the point of bringing on a headache almost immediately. Maybe look into the cleaning products that are being used, it’s really not a pleasant smell or reaction. The QR code for the information wasn’t working for me. A couple of issues room 314: the room was very warm and we couldn’t adjust the temperature, we could only open the window slightly to try and cool it down. The shower needs to have a proper door, the water on the floor outside the shower cubicle, during and after the shower was ridiculous. The door to the bathroom needs the seal replaced as it’s coming off in some places. A few minor suggestions: check the towels for wear, some of the hand towels were quite worn and starting to get holes in them. The curtains need to be adjusted as some are coming off the hooks on the rail. Some of the skirting boards need to be looked at as the are coming away from the wall.

Very clean, smells amazing and has a modern look and feel to it.

There is no mini bar - what they mean is that your room has a mini fridge and you will need to buy the items yourself. There are no cups or glasses in the room either. You also need to fill water bottles outside in the corridor using their water dispenser. They have a vending machine for buying snacks, a limited selection of drinks and hot drinks but it doesn't take card payments so you need to keep a stash of coins with you. I loved the hotel but they did not tell us any of this at the point of booking online or when we checked in. I travelled with my children and just wanted a drink for them and some tea. It was about 9pm when I found out and reception told me to go to the station to get change. It was disappointing because everything else was quite good.

location very handy for the central station / metro. I traveled in from Linate airport which was very easy on the metro, I used my credit card to tap through as I went and was charged appropriately so need to buy a ticket if you don't want to. There are several nice bars and a small bakery just outside the hotel if you want a cheap coffee and delicious pastries for breakfast. Walking to the centre of Milan takes around 30 - 40 minutes which I would recommend as you as you see lots of interesting streets and architecture. The room was fairly basic but clean and functional and the TV only had Italian channels.. which is of course fine as you are in Italy after all(!), but some hotels have other language channels too for visitors from other countries. The room was cleaned, the bed made and towels replaced every day. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, when my flight was cancelled and I needed to stay an extra night they sorted it all out with no fuss and gave me a one night bill to charge back to the airline. They pretty much all spoke excellent English too a bonus for me with my very basic Italian skills.

The only down side is that the shower could have been a bit hotter and they should check the refill of the shower gel dispenser as one of ours ran out and it wasn't replenished (there was a second one and that was OK but it was by the sink not in the shower itself). I left an empty plastic bottle on the side (not in the bin) for me to use another day and found it had been thrown away when I got back to the hotel, so if you want to keep anything like that for another day hide it away in a suitcase or something!

Very clean, everything we needed with thoughtful and useful touches in the room. Ample storage holders for the luggage to avoid living out of the suitcase on the floor, simple hanging space if required, pegs in the right places in the bathroom and basket in the shower for toiletries - simple things which are often missing in more expensive hotels! Location was fantastic, less than 5 min walk to central station following our direct train from the airport, easy access to all the public transport options around the city and walking distance to some sights. Friendly and helpful staff on reception, gave us a great tip about the food market right next door to the station - loads of great choices for any time of day, great for breakfast if you don’t want a hotel meal (we ate there each day!).

Nothing. Would definitely stay again. The only tiny thing I’d suggest adding would be a mirror by the desk /dressing table. But there is a large long mirror on the wall near the door, just less convenient if you want to sit when getting ready.

The hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very nice, cleaned everyday. Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, walking distance to the bus and train station and also meeting points for an organised trips to Lake Como and Verona. Easy access to the Duomo Cathedral and Navigli Canals by metro and trams. Staff at the reception very professional and polite. The best choice of the hotel we could make. Higly recommended👍

It will be nice if the hotel provides a lactose free milk for people with lactose intolerance.

Location was awesome, only 5 mins walk from Milan Centrele station. Good variety of food options available near the hotel as well! Room was great! Bed is comfy and clean, toilet and shower area is of decent size. And to me, consistency of water temperature for the showers was very important (especially during winter) and we have no issue of that here at all! We also love that we have a water machine (FOC) right outside our room to use (comes with cold, room temperature, and boiling water)

The best thing about this station is that if you’re going to use fully public transit options then this is the best hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk to Milano Centrale station, where you can go anywhere to the city, country and continent. Also Corso Buenos Aires is about a 25 minute walk and you’ll find great shops. This is a small hotel but with great amenities. Very good if you’ll be out all day and then need a comfortable place to rest at night.

The area seems a bit sketchy after 1am, and you might find some less than attractive characters in a weird manner but if you have to walk to the central plaza by the station, you’ll find Police and the Army standing there 24 hours of the day. So it’s just looks.

The hotel is perfectly located near Milano Centrale train station and Mercato Centrale, making it easy to walk to the city center. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, with no outside noise. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are great breakfast options nearby, including a delightful bakery. The hotel's proximity to the metro and train station ensures excellent connectivity to the airports. The facilities are modern, and the free water dispenser in the hallways is a nice touch. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a peaceful stay in a convenient location.

It's not the hotel's fault, but when we returned at night we felt a little uncomfortable in the area.

Our four-people room seems renovated. It is clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds are comfortable and we all sleep well. Tram sounds are light and acceptable to us. The bathroom looks good though the lower part of the shower booth leaks. However extra towels are already present inside the bathroom and this issue has been well-handled then. The food varieties of breakfast are okay, though the air-conditioning has been turned off when a tour group was in the breakfast room. The A/C in our four-people room works however. This hotel seems to be a decent choice if proximity to the central station is essential.
