This small family hotel is in an excellent location - the Milano Centrale railway station is just 5 minutes away. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly as well. You could buy water if needed. I appreciated the possibility to stow my luggage before departure.

While the room size was not an issue, the bed mattress was - it had worn off in a way that made sleep uncomfortable and bruised the body. The shower head in the bathroom could also do with an update - washing was difficult. The visitors should also note the hotel's curfew policy.

For me personally the location was excellent as I had several journey to make from Milano Centrale. The hotel was efficiently run by the family. The room was clean on arrival and kept clean during my 9 night stay. The hotel wifi worked consistently well. The room was large enough for me. There was a bar on the corner to have breakfast or other meals and a Carrefour Express about 5 minutes walk away. The stop for the airport bus was also within 2 minutes walk. The hotel was very secure. I appreciated the reception desk run by the family.

The only issue I had with the room was the mattress which was very hard and unforgiving. A larger person with more cushioning might have been fine with it. It was very noisy all during the night but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. It came with the location. Bring your most effective ear plugs.

Very good location close to the central station. The area was quiet and the building was beautiful. The staff/owners were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had a balcony. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

There was no possibility to make a cup of tea or coffee either in the room or in the hotel. This was highlighted in the facilities section at the booking process, so it was not a surprise to me. However, I think it would be a good addition to the service provided.

Convenient location, right next to the train station - ideal if you plan to walk around Milan and go out of town, for example to Lake Como. Clean, safe, very nice owners - it's a family hotel. And heating was nice - it was cold weather but in the room was always warm!

The hotel has a rule - you always have to leave the key on reception when you leave. And the hotel doors close at 1am, because there is no night staff. I was worried that I wouldn't make it back from the concert in the evening, but the owner gave me a phone number so I could let her know if I was going to be late. No problems!

The location is great, the staff is so nice and friendly and they even kept the luggage for free the last day. the place is perfectly clean and cosy

they only switched on the air condition 5 hours atnight from 8pm-1am and it was melting hot in Milan at that time so I waked up everyday swating and couldn't sleep well. Plus it is important to note that people may need to stay at the room in the morning to work, I need to do this but couldn't because of the suffocating heat. Also it was a bit noisy since it is near the train station.

The location was very good. It was next to the central train station (as well as metro lines), and since my flight was a few hours after check out, they allowed me to leave my bag. The hotel is family-run, and the staff is very lovely. I felt safe while travelling alone. The room was cleaned and freshened up every day. The hotel also had a curfew, but that didn't bother me.

The only thing I didn't like was the heating. It was too hot and dry in the room. The building has centralised heating, so neither the hotel staff nor I can change this. I had to open the window once in a while.

The room was clean, spacious and had a TV, the bathroom was equipped with all the necessities and enough towels. They had a curfew of 1 am since it's a family run hotel, but that didn't bother me at all. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, it was right across the bus stop, a minute from Mercato Centrale and Milano Stazione Centrale. They also allowed me early checking in after I requested it, and held on to my luggage for me after checking out.

The location is excellent. It is close to the Central Station, which is not the most posh area in the city, but it provides a nice gateway to all points in the city.

On weekends, when garbage is taken out from OTHER establishments around the hotel, it makes a lot of noise. The elevator is a great convenience, but it can be 'occupied' at critical time periods. Opening of the gate from inside on weekends is not intuitive to foreign visitors, although that may actually be a positive for the system!

This little family-run hotel is in a wonderful location, being 7min away from the railway station and also the buses which take you to the airports. The room had all the necessary amenities - even the hairdryer, which I truly appreciated! - and the towels were changed every day, which makes a huge difference in +32C heat. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful.

The room did get a bit stuffy, what with the heat outside and lack of air conditioning inside, but it wasn't too bad.

The location was perfect for me. Super close to central station which I needed. The hotel is a family run business and they were very friendly during my stay. My room was lovely and clean and very spacious. I already knew about the curfew as it's already down in the hotel info, so I'm not sure why a few people were complaining about this. Between 1am and 5am, the hotel is locked. This didn't bother me as I'm usually back way before that but I did feel it added an extra layer of security that other hotels don't. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and will stay again if I visit Milan in the future.
