The room was clean and well maintained (recently renovated I believe), comfortable bed, very good sound proofing. I quite liked the location. It’s about 30 min walk from Duomo, but there’s plenty great spots for a coffee and lunch/dinner within 5-15 min walk from the hotel. I prefer to stay away from the city center, so it worked well for me. The location is also really convenient if you arrive by train from another city or by bus from the airport. Or if you prefer moving around by metro. It’s just across the road from Milano Centrale. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. All of them actually, but I interacted the most with Sara. She helped us with restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay there again.

There was an issue with water temperature in the shower, so I has to call reception a couple of times and it was fixed within 5 minutes.

The hotel was a breath away from the central railway station, subway and a shop area. A big continental breakfast and a rooftop with an amazing view to the central station and the square. The room was indeed clean and comfortable.

Though my stay at the hotel was wonderful I would like to share a thing that I did not really find it nice. Every room has a flat TV with access to the internet, or at least that is what says. We tried multiple times to connect, following the given instructions without any success. When we asked for help the concierge staff did not give us clear instructions and pretty much said that if we find a solution by yourselves, it is good!

Very close to walk from central station so great for arriving late. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Check in easy. Our room on level 5 had great view across to station. Good size room, clean and all worked. Breakfast also very good for a hotel of this standard, served in a room overlooking station square. General area has lots of good eating choices.

Corridors a bit dark; breakfast room a little cramped but outdoor terrace is open if weather good (it rained during our visit). Location by a station always means people hanging about on nearby streets but it was not a problem for us.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro and train station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to Sarah and Marco—they were absolutely fantastic! Their kindness and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was incredible, with a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the hotel was super clean, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!

The view! We were on the 7th floor with an amazing view of the beautiful Milan Train Station. The room was clean, bathroom modern, pillows super comfortable and breakfast perfectly adequate and plentiful. The staff were super friendly and check in/out was really easy. The location across the road from the Milan Central Train Station made it super easy to get around. Also Metro and Tram stops nearby. No outside noise (apart from the occasional ambulance) due to double glazed windows.

The only small negatives are the bed was very hard. I like a firm bed, but the mattress was even too hard for me. Also, the internal walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbours talking. It wouldn't stop me from booking again, though. The pros outweigh the cons.

The hotel is located right across the street from the main railway station, which is perfect for taking the trains and shuttle buses to the airport. It overlooks the beautiful square and we had a great view from our room. It's not in a side street, so the surroundings don't feel dodgy, despite being across the railway station. Good breakfast (including healthy and gluten-free options) on the top floor with great views, even if you sit inside. New, modern and clean rooms. Friendly staff and the convenience of free luggage storage.

Location was amazing! Just across the road from Milan Centrale Train/Bus/Metro. Made for an excellent base for our short stay, allowing us to get around very easily whilst also not providing additional hassle at the end of long days of exploring. I contacted in advance as the trip was for my husbands 40th birthday upgraded the room and provided two beers on arrival to celebrate. Really nice touch to make things special.

No kettle in room. Only two hot options for breakfast but still set us up for the day ahead.

I liked that there was a roof top terrace where I could have my breakfast with a view. The reception staff were also very kind and welcoming, I was even able to use their microwave to heat up my pizza that got cold in the train and they were even able to replace my room card when I had lost it I would highly recommend this hotel.

That I could still hear a bit of noise through my window from the street and also from the room next to me, when I thought the room was sound proof but the sound was bearable and in the early there was no street noise.

I recently stayed at the B&B Hotel in Milan, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception made me feel welcome. The location was great for us as we needed both train stations and airport transfers. The hotel is right next to the Milano Centrale. The breakfasts were same every morning, but good variety to choose. The room was good, bigger than most standard hotel rooms with some space for your stuff. The view on the 7th floor was wonderful.

The soundproofing was bad. Unfortunately, we could here the noise from other rooms, especially kids playing at night. Also, it would be better to have more clothes hooks in the bathroom.
