location good bathroom friendly staff

was asked to leave room key with reception each time you left hotel which I didn’t like, felt like my belongings were not safe. when collecting them, I was not asked for ID or anything which again added to my concerns as it felt like anyone could have easily gained access. bed was ok but probably could do with a new mattress soon

Convenient walk within 5 minutes to Milan Terminal. Was quiet room. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We asked Roberto a question about our trip to the airport and he was patient, informative and very personable.

The door locking system needs to be updated. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving family member in room to rest without locking door but then she would not be able to leave easily without key. Rooms have been recently updated and were very nice. However, bathrooms need updating. One handed shower without shower curtain was not convenient.

The location close to both the central train station and the metro both within a two minute walk, I stayed from the 8th February to the 11th February for a football trip from the uk and found the hotel clean and comfortable with good rooms especially for a city break, the two gentlemen and the lady on the reception on those dates need a special mention there were extremely polite, friendly and we had many chats over the weekend, these people are the main reason that when we return to Milan for a further football trip I will not hesitate to rebook this hotel,

The hotel was fantastic, and it was a perfect location for exploring and accessing the main train station in Milan. Bed was firm but we prefer that, perfect size, shower was great, as was the hairdryer in the bathroom which are usually not great but this was so good especially as we had travelled with hand luggage so not much room for a hairdryer. Would definitely book here again.

Very small, but would have liked some extra team making supplied. Also the fridge in the room doesn't really keep things cold. However we still had a great time.

Everything you need in a 3* hotel next to Milano central. I read people complaining about the outdated furniture, but I thought the room was nice enough for the price

1. I was notified that there's no AC during this period of the year, three days before arrival, despite the room being advertised as having AC. I blame Booking.com just as much, because false advertisement happens on their site. 2. WIFI could be much better

All. First of all I called up the hotel to get the location and the manager helped with precise direction. This property is just 7 minutes away from the Milano Central just walk along the main square opposite to the station and at the end cross the road and take a left turn you will spot the property. Plenty of eating options near the property and also at the Milano Central Staion. It met all our expections Neat and clean linen, adquate size of the room very comfy beds. And friendly english speaking staff.

Nothing worth writing at all. No complains

Front desk guy was very nice, helpful and welcoming. Room was as advertised/pictured, very clean, water pressure fine. Location was good in that it was close to the train station and also had an elevator which was good bc we had large bags. But then it was a half hour walk to the Duomo area. If I had a smaller suitcase I might have stayed closer to there vs close to the train.

A week before we were notified that there would not be heat or air conditioning available during our stay but we didn't worry about that because with the expected temperature we didn't think we would need either. However the room was stuffy so we opened the windows which was nice but they didn't have screens and we ended up with mosquitos buzzing loudly in the room and they actually woke us up. A/c or a fan (or window screens) would have helped but we were only staying the one night and didn't request either. That was the only negative for us!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. My room was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I really appreciated the option for an early check-in, and it is possible to leave luggage after checking out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay here again in the future 👌😍
