Staff were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and air con very effective. We had a very pleasant stay.

We would have liked to have eaten an evening meal in the hotel, as we had had a long journey to Milan. However, one of the members of staff suggested having food delivered to the hotel, which meant we didn't need to travel out for dinner. We asked for two rooms beside each other as our teenage son was travelling with us; although the rooms were not immediately beside each other, they were on the same floor, which we appreciated.

Good quality, comfortable and clean hotel very close to the motorway: easy access for A4 and to the city centre too (by car). The hotel provides free parking. The bed is comfortable, the bath is clean, the room size is average. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. AC works well without too much noise. Good location for business travellers and for 1-2 nights stopover. Pet friendly hotel.

Room price is much higher than 2 years ago.

Staff was helpful and understanding, they even went above and beyond and called a car rental for us, which was nice. Breakfast was sufficient and the area didn’t feel unsafe to walk through in the evening. Parking was easy and accessible, hotel room was nice and clean. Air conditioning was a big plus which we were extremely happy about. Breakfast wasn’t overcrowded and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The pricing at the hotel restaurant was a bit steep compared to other restaurants in the area, but this is probably regulated by Holiday Inn and not the restaurant itself (and of course hotel restaurants are often more expensive). Unfortunately one of the two elevators was broken for the duration of our stay. Nothing you can do about it, but a slight inconvenience. A couple of the towels in the room had stains on them, but other than that clenliness was not a problem.

Very modern hotel. Breakfast was delicious! excellent variety. Room was large, very clean and so comfortable. Day staff was super nice.. Location was excellent point to visit different places for the day such like Como, Bellagio, Varenna, etc. Location area is not like to go walking. Nothing to do around.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had water in the fridge from the hotel. Nice! Varied breakfast (pastries, yogurts, omelette, coffee, salami, cheese, fruit, cereals) for all family members. 30 minutes from the Duomo in Milan. A plus, underground parking for customers. Access by card.

Nice and clean room. Everything was working perfectly ok. The personnel were nice and helpful. Breakfast was also ok with enough options. Last but not least is a free understanding of parking with enough parking. And also there are a lot of public parking places in the hotel area too. So perfect place to stay if you have a car. Location 20 minutes away from the subway station. As a result you can leave your car in a hotel parking and use the subway to reach the city center.

If you prefer to have some entertainment in that area where you live, this place probably will not be your cup of tea. Not that much things around.

Everything was amazing the guy in the reception was a gentle man help us alot the smell of the hotel oh my god 😍the elevator was slow but its ok , i like the room and big bathroom , the breakfast was good and delicious at the end if i come back back to milan i will book this hotel again

OK price, friendly staff (we arrived in the middle of the night), nice family room, good and varied breakfast, convenient en-route location (for us) and we also managed to get parking space in the garage below (big plus!)

Location a bit sketchy (albeit close to highway), parking lot in the back really seems to be "problematic" (you can actually see shattered glass that other reviewers mentioned)

The staff was friendly and the location met our needs. We’re big fans of IHG and this hotel has all the expected amenities, including free parking.

The hotel is showing its age a bit and our shower leaked continuously. Very minor though, all things considered.

Courteous and professional staff at reception and during breakfast service. Great free parking and excellent signage throughout the hotel. Lovely selection of food & drinks at breakfast.

Rooms were very warm and air conditioning was difficult to change. Noise levels from the corridor in the morning was loud.
