The hotel struck me with its beauty and grandeur. It is huge, but does not make it cold, everything is very beautiful, there is something Royal in this hotel.The staff is very kind and attentive, they help me solve all my problems all the time. My card was blocked for a while because they were afraid that it was hacked, but the staff helped me find a solution.The room is large, spacious, beautiful view of Milan, everything is very nice, clean, smells delicious, clean, ideal bed, large, two good pillows, one softer, the other harder, slept like in seventh heaven.Bublik is very nice, cultured, everyone talks, communicates with each other, asks pleasant questions and tells something.Breakfast is very tasty, a large selection of coffee. The waiter prepares it especially for you, you don't even have to make your own coffee, eve5ryone is very kind. Eh, the pleasant qualities of the breakfast are simply, eh, very excellent. Everything is very tasty, a large selection. Everyone smiles kindly.I forgot to take breakfast, but no problem, they let me eat anyway. Then I just paid for it, the people are very kind, you can see that there is a good atmosphere here, everyone works with soul.How was it with me women who wanted to clean my room, Well I didn't need it. And we took some photos and talked. They are very nice with Romania. I thanked them for this good job for cleanliness.The restaurant is vary chic lobby, too. The atmosphere is chic, please, Come here for a romantic dinner, women will like it here. I am a woman myself, so I can say this.I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes here, because it is very beautiful, clean, bright, stylish, very nice people for everyone. Absolutely for families, for couples, for singles, everyone will find their place here, and everyone will be happy.Special thanks to all the staff. You are great. No shortcomings were noticed.

we recently had the pleasure of staying at Cosmo Palace in Milan, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff especially Anna at the front desk welcomed us with warm smiles and impeccable service, making us feel right at home. she was so nice and lovley we needed a recommendations for local restaurants and she gave us the location to a very nice restaurant not far from the hotel. The hotel boasts a modern and sophisticated design that perfectly blends comfort with our style. Our rooms was impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need as a family of five adults. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious variety of options. Fresh pastries, fruits, and a selection of hot dishes provided a perfect start to my day. Additionally, the hotel's location is great when using a car - parking is easy with a lot of space needed—the hotel conveniently situated near public transport its a round 7 km from the center of Milan, using rented car makes it easy to explore Milan. Anna was again very helpful when we needed to keep our suitcases with in the hotel for a few days while we where traveling outside of Milan, It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for Anna. Overall, our stay at Cosmo Palace Milan exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan, whether for business or leisure. I can't wait to return!

tv screen was a bit small for my taste.

Everything was amazing. The staff were very polite and helpful with everything. Breakfast had everything you need so I give it a 10/10. The bed was comfortable and they had an elevator. It wasn’t a long ride from the city. They had cameras so we could park our motorcycle in front of the hotel in a safe space. Very good worth for the money!

You could have dinner in the hotel and you can put the bill on the room, but there wasn’t a big selection on the menu and the food was a bit underwhelming.

Plenty of green area s around the hotel.Basic rooms but everything you need. Comfy beds .Toiletries, Plenty of towels,very quiet, crispy bed linen. Bit to far out from the centre of Milan. You have to take a bus and then the metro. Takes about 30 mins travelling. Plenty of seating in the bar and foyer. Great selection at breakfast, feel it should be included. 12 .50 per person for breakfast adds up. Plenty of taxis outside. 30 euro to milan central train station. Hotel is very good value , if your prepared to travel outside of centre. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Too far out from centre.

Hotel was clean and staff were all lovely and helpful. I didn't use the Spa facilities as I had a child with me so can't comment on these but if the cleanliness of the grounds is anything to go by I'm sure it's fantastic and was a comfortable stay.

Location isn't as close to Central Milan as advertised, to get around you have to use Taxi / Public transport. Bus stop is outside the hotel & can connect easily to Sesto Metro station to pick up the line to Duomo, or a taxi from Centrale station is roughly £25. It can get expensive to get about if you're planning on exploring the City.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. Even though we booked quite late around 10 PM, they made sure we had all the toiletries and extras we needed without any hassle. A special shoutout to the Filipina at the reception—she was incredibly kind and welcoming, which really made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

The receptionists are very approachable and hospitable

The cleaners or housekeepers should always surrender things that guests left in their room upon check out. Because i left some of my things last time and when I checked in again in their hotel i asked if it was still there in their lost and found area they said no and they needed to call the cleaner who cleaned my room.

It was nice and big property lot of parking space, long desk the bar and I guess coffee time in the morning was great

Staff were not friendly . I had to advise the front desk people that the card to be let in the room was not working and they were not helpful either and gave me an attitude .

Location of the hotel is good, if you are travelling by car, because it is right next to the motorway exit, they have plenty of parking spaces and also a car garage. Breakfast was good and big, you can choose from fresh vegetables and fruit, pastries and much more. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception.

Quite far away from Milano city centre, by public transport you need almost 40 min to reach it. Also, not very important, but I have to mention it, plastic cups in room and bathroom. In such a hotel I would expect a glass.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting us front of the property and give us a bottle of champagne and refreshments. The space was very clean, large and the parking space was very secured.

The other guests was a little was noisy, but it was not the host fault.
