Great looking hotel with wonderful breakfast selection. Staff was really helpful, cleaning ladies were very neat and precise. The beds were very comfortable along with all the other room facilities.

Maybe the only downside would be the location, even though city centre is pretty easily reachable you have to take into account an approx 40-50min ride by bus/es + metro to get there. But the bus station was really close to the hotel, maybe a minute- max two walk.

The hotel was really nice and calm, the room was super-clear. In the bathroom there was always enough toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, dental kit, vanity set and even intimate wash. There was also a nice tv with Netflix app that we could use. The breakfast was sufficient, not the best I ever had, but was good. You can choose from scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, variety of hams and cheeses, some vegetables and fruits, cereals, bread, jams, chocolate spread, coffee, tea, some different types of milk (rice and soya). What I personally would highlight is the pastry bar. There was big variety of sweet and salty pastries, everything was fresh and very tasty. In the middle of the hotel, there in beautiful outside space with sofas and tables. I can imagine that in summertime, it would be wonderful to sit there and have a nice chill. Overall I would recommend to stay in this hotel.

It is located a little bit far from city center but there is quite good access to public transport. Every day we went around the corner to the bus station, took bus number 83 to the station Comasina, we changed to the metro there and went straight to the city center to the station Duomo. It took us 30-40 minutes depending on the bus timetable. In the hotel room we would really appreciate better coat hangers. They were constantly falling down with our jacket, even in the middle of the night, which woke us up.

The breakfast was always fully stocked and loaded with great sweet and savoury options (croissants, fresh juice, bacon, toast, fresh bread, brie) The location also has great bus connections which made it very straight-forward to access the Milan Metro system. This meant that we didn't have to rely too much on taxis. The staff were always very helpful.

While we initially were given an incorrect room (we originally booked one with two twin beds, but we were given a room with a single queen size bed) the staff (in particular Beatrice!) were able to resolve this the following morning.

Very comfortable beds, nice shower. Room was very clean. Air conditioning was lovely. The food in the restaurant was really nice, beautifully presented, I absolutely enjoyed that. Breakfast in the morning was superb, great choice of different food and drinks. The staff in the hotel were so friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The only downside was that the coffee wasn't re-stocked. There wasn't milk for tea or coffee and only 1 cup in the room, which was a twin room. Also the mini bar wasn't cold.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the ZTL Milano, making it easy to access without worrying about restricted traffic zones. The breakfast was excellent, served from 7am to 10am, offering a good variety of options to start the day. Free outside parking is available, and there's also the option for paid garage parking, which is a nice convenience.

Our room was quite small, which made it feel a bit cramped. The room lacked useful furniture; there were no drawers or shelves, leaving us with nowhere to store clothes, underwear, or socks. The hangers were in poor condition, constantly detaching from their base and causing our coats to fall repeatedly. The window in our room was broken and would fall down when we tried to open it. We had to call maintenance to lock it down, but the staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Whatever we asked was given, never was a problem. Breakfast was good, a bit minimal, but still nice. Wifi and TV worked as expected and the location was nice (nothing special, but quiet).

There were some strange noises in the night, probably due to the relay for the electricity (to turn on electricity in the room, you would need to plug in the card) and also was hot and aircon wasn't allowed to run (city policy, not hotel policy). The location was good, but a bit hard to get to city center, only 2 buses available to the metro, but the running times weren't the best.

Feels pretty new and smart designed. Room is small, but it well designed and you have enough space for all your staff. Breakfast was great. All personal is very friendly.

We we given only one key and when you took it out the plug in the wall the AC stops working and it resetting all the settings. And without it room is really hot in the beginning of June. Maybe, we should ask for the second key and problem solved. But we have busy couple of days and didn't have time for it. In the end its not critical at all

The accommodation had all the things we wished for such as wifi, air conditioning, clean comfortable room bed, room, bathroom. The staff were helpful and warm. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and we were able to book undercover parking.

There is no lift or direct access from the parking to the inside of the hotel. That meant we would have had to drag two suitcases up a flight of stairs and across to an entry to the hotel before we could access a lift to our room. This was inconvenient.

Lovely and modern room. Very spacious. Clean and modern. Very comfortable and good air condition. Great and friendly staff and service, they are very service-minded and do a lot to help you. Amazing breakfast. Great parking. Stayed here during a normal weekday, which was cheaper, and the value was amazing for the price. Close location to grocery store and to bus that helps you visit the city center. Very nice courtyard too. Would love to come back! The visit here was very relaxing and luxurious.

Good cleaning everyday service, a few bus stops nearby and a very helpful 24h reception. Both the beds and the pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and it was excellent in my opinion.

They could install a few more lights in the bedroom and there are windows that cannot be opened. Also, I could not figure out the ventilation of the bathroom. It is located in a quiet area, however you need approximately 1 hour to reach the city center. We admittedly visited Milan in a rather hectic weekend and every single one of the hotels was overpriced, including this one.
