A basic but clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Free parking was a bonus. Not many budget hotels offer this in Milan. Hotel is very close to main road but no issues with traffic noise. The location is a good balance of being able to visit central Milan but close enough to the motorway to be able to get to Bergamot Airport with ease. We stayed there on a final two nights before travelling home and found it a convenient location. Air conditioning worked fine and the room was a comfortable temperature. Travelling into Central Milan is easy, the M1 metro is about 20 mins walk or a 5 min bus journey and the hotel have a helpful guide for this. There is a supermarket and fast food within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Checkout during the early hours of the morning when reception was closed was straightforward, and overseen by night security. Overall the hotel was very quiet, with no bar/lounge area there isn't much movement around the hotel by guests so it makes for a very quiet experience overall.

Beds were super comfy. Clean rooms! with all necessary facilities like hot water, refridgerator, balcony etc. Check in and check out was smooth and quick. We wanted to check out super early and they arranged an easy way for us to do that. The location was a bit too far from city center in our opinion, but the low price definitely made it worth the travel time! (just a bit of a hassle if you have an early train to catch) Great experience with this hotel! staff was also friendly

Everything was exceptional, very friendly and proffessional staff. Location is just few minutes from the tram or circa 15 mins easywalk from the metro. It is not the city center but you can get there in 30 mins, so the location is perfect if you want to park your car and enjoy the city by foot/public transport. Supermarket and good restaurants just behind the corner. We had balcony. For the summer I can imagine chair/table would be great to have there too. Very good wi-fi connection, smart TV, the room was sparkling clean. I would stay there again for sure. 😊

The location is good for exploring both Bergamo and Milan by car. The rooms are big enough with a fridge and and a heating cup. No breakfast options. But we knew it before and prepared for it. But still it would be a big plus for this hotel. A little bit outdated, but everything was functional.

Nice, clean hotel, spacious room, complimentary water, coffee and tea, free parking garage. No elevator access from the garage though. A bit far from the metro. Extremely strong smell of air freshner in the room, couldn't breath, we had to open the balcony door to air out the room, not pleasant with 37°C weather. No wall mirror in the room. Fridge didn't work. OK for the price deal we got.

- The check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth - The room was clean and modern, and even had a balcony (even though we wish we could have chairs to sit there) - We enjoyed the free safe indoor/covered parking! - The city center was easily reachable by car from the hotel

The following points are rather subjective (reflecting our own experience): - It would be great that the staff at the reception offers a warmer welcome to guests (smile, etc.) - We wish the minibar was a bit cooler (it seems to just keep bottles of water at a correct temperature). - We found the TV position quite high in the room

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Having a parking option was a big plus for us. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The connection to the city center was also convenient — about a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station or a short bus ride. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Big room with a small balcony. Kettle in the room and a pretty big fridge. The location was great for our stay, cause we were attending a concert not far away. The price is amazing!

It was tricky to get here from the metro, due to the changes in the Tram timetable. Not the fault of the hotel, but it was not easy to get here

The Hotel is very well situated - outside the center, but eventhough the center is easily reachable. There is a Metrostation approx. 1 km (approx. 20 mins by walk) away from the Hotel and you can get to the center for about 40 Mins. The price of the Hotel in comparision to what is offered in the center is very good. Although it is a low cost hotel and no breakfast is offered approx. half way to the Metrostation there is a georgeous Bakery shop. The Staff in the Hotel is very polite and provides detailed information for the surroundings - where what you can find. If you do not insist on luxurious stay and want to pay less, though to have a proper and clean accommodation, then it is worth trying the Hotel. There is an undergound parking!!!

The Sofabed was not very comfortable.

The Property is well maintained and is great if you have a car. It has a wonderful secure underground car park, which is well lit and very secure for the car. The hotel itself is very well kept, with friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The rooms have a double bed and also a sofa which converts into a sofa bed - which was not the most comfortable but was a nice touch!

The Wi-Fi was quite weak on the 3rd floor of the property - I had to rely on my 5G to get through. Amenities were also poor - only a small amount of shampoo was available which just wasn’t enough.
