The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staffs very helpfully, the location is not too much from the center , and it’s in a quite city

The hotel is 3~4 minutes away from Bignami metro station. Easily accessible to the city center. There's LIDL around the corner. So you can get groceries easily. Staffs are friendly and assistive whenever you ask for help. Breakfast was amazing. Fruits were fresh, breads were baked well.

Cleanliness of the room can be improved better. When I checked in, there was hair spotted on the bathroom floor in the corner.

it is clean and with air-conditioning. not big but enough . close to metro station. it takes 20 min directly to the Milan Cathedral. you have a big shopping mall nearby which you can buy food or go shopping.

the location is not that easy to find.

Really nice hotel, modern and clean, very comfortable bed, professional staff, good breakfast (a bit expensive). Great location around Bicocca, also close to the metro.

The hotel offers almost everything that you can expect for a breakfast, and the food is fresh and tasty; The single person room is big enough, and everything in the room is modern and clean. The location of this hotel is perfect: 200 meters from Metro station Bignami, 300 meters from a big shopping mall 'Bicocca Village', 250 meters (from the opposite direction) from another shopping mall (I forget the name), and 150 meters from a Lidl supermarket. I really enjoy my stay there and I highly recommend this hotel. If I come next time to Milan, very likely I will stay here again.

The speed of free WIFI in my room is a bit slow (still bearable, please don't take me wrong), and sometimes it takes me some effort to connect to WIFI. I hope the hotel can improve their WIFI quality.

The pillows and room curtains which could cover fully the window. As well the new tooth brushes and the reception male staff which was always nice and Although there were constructions ongoing around, area seemed peaceful and safe.

The shower had only a the big mushroom on top with limited flexibility. There wasn't any boiler, nor extra blankets or pillows unless expressly requesting them.Room was small for the bulky furniture and the air conditioner was preset to a maximum of 21 degrees. We had daily rain and 7-8 degrees in the morning so the chance to have it warmer would have been nice.The girls at the reception seemed judgemental and not customer oriented. Also 200 meters away from the hotel was a truckload of stinking trash for 2 days which was highly unpleasant to cross next to.

The hotel is very clean, and the cleaning staff deserves a big bonus – the room was spotless and cleaned daily. The location near Bignami metro station (M5) makes it easy to get around Milan. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay.

It would have been excellent if breakfast was included in the price – buying it separately felt a bit expensive. Also, the parking fee was on the higher side, though the garage is under video surveillance, so your car is safe – which is a plus and a minus at the same time.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, sleep well.

The lady for the cleaning came to early

The location: just a few hundred meters away from the Metro and near two big shopping centres (Bicocca Village and Centro Sarca) which are very good for food and entertainment options in the evening, also Parco Nord for walks and a change of scenery. The area feels quite safe even at night.

Nothing major, breakfast and bar service looked a bit on the pricey side so we didn't use them. The hotel feels more like a business hotel than a family hotel, which is fine, we didn't have any problems with it.
