It was easy to find from the metro station as the hotel is tall and has a bright sign (this is a positive note not a negative) Facilities were easy to navigate, both elevators worked every time. People might think the property looks far away from the city centre, please do not be discouraged, the metro is superb and safe, and the 20-25 minutes into the centre will fly by I promise! My wife managed it in heels to and throw several times!

It’s difficult because the stay was fantastic, I suppose the only things missing from what you may have experienced at other hotels is that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room (you know the silly tiny kettle that fits 0.3% of the water needed for a coffee anyway) and no iron ( but creases in clothes are now cool right?)

The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the 11th floor was impressive. We had room 1110, which was in the corner of the building with a panoramic view of the surroundings. Our reservation was without breakfast, we decided to pay extra for it (9,50€/person). I recommend having breakfast in the hotel as it was very nice with many choices. The metro station was very close to the hotel (5 minutes walk) with a direct connection to Duomo station.

The neighborhood seems a little scary, especially at night, with many abandoned buildings to the itinerary from the metro station to the hotel.

Great location in relation to Metro and Milan Linate Airport. 72hr travel card is great value for money and no airport transfers required. Can get train to Lake Como Varreno for around £12 return from central station. Staff happy to help with everything, extra pillows, recommendations. Coop supermarket and pharmacy across road for anything you may need. Breakfast is good value for money, plenty to choose from including scrambled egg and sausages. Visit Boulangerie Bistro for a coffee and pastry on your way to the metro station €1.40 for a capuccino and €1.50 for a Nutella filled croissant!

Can be a little noisy but nothing we didn’t expect or that really caused a problem USB plug socket by one side of bed which could be a problem for some

Price good, 10 mins from centre, although a change required on metro to get to Milan Central. Staff were good and helpful . It was clean and tidy and beds comfortable.

The only issue was only 1 plug in room and the usb sockets were not working properly .

The location of the hotel is 5 minutes away from Sesto Marelli train stop on foot. The range between price and quality is reasonable. If you want some place cheap for a stay in Milan but also close to the city center (as much as possible) this is your hotel. If you get on the red line of the metro, you'll be at the Duomo train stop for 25 minutes. The breakfast is good, tasty and ich. There are some reviews which say that the rooms are not getting cleaned every day which is wrong. Every day there were new towels and the beds were made.

During our last night for our stay we had a few problems - the light in the bathroom wasn't working, we didn't have new towels and the only contact in the room wasn't working so we couldn't charge our phones. The only solution given from the reception was to change our room which we did at 2 a.m.

For me location, customer service, and breakfast cannot miss when I am looking for a place to stay. By staying in BB you will find that the customer service/ personnel of the hotel, is very friendly and helpful. At the same time, it is clean, and breakfast was 10+ points, very abundant and with too many options.

The only "less positive" aspect regards to the fact that was not central, but because of that it is also cheaper and affordable. And believe me, in terms of price-quality, it is undervalued compared to the prices in more centric areas (e.g: closer to the Duomo). However, distance was not a big deal because the Metro works perfectly well, and you can purchase the 3-day offer paying a fix price and travelling as much a su want.

The hotel, which is close to the metro station, requires an additional payment for breakfast. For October 2023, this price is 9.5 EUR per person. You can access other metro lines by transferring from the M1 metro, which is 400 meters away from the hotel, and go wherever you want. Please note that a city tax of 3.5 EUR per person is charged, inclusive of taxes. The service is good, and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is very close to metro and bus statio. The room is not very large, but it has the necessary space for 2 people. Also, we stayed on the 9th floor on the street side and we did not hear any noises. The breakfast is diverse and very cheap (10€). The stuff was happy to help us with every requirement or information. And the main advantage: the price per night is a correct one as you can arrive at Duomo di Milano în 20 minutes.

It was very close to the supermarker and metro station. And it had free cancellation until last time which is i needed. Very Thanks to the hotel for this option.

It’s a little bit far away from central but metro line is very close.

The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from the main metro line and the area was quiet and residential

We did think it was a bit closer to the center when booking but it didn’t cause any issues and also only 1 plug in the room to charge phones etc
