The property was amazing, the only thing I would say is it’s far from city or “down town” area. I also had a run in with one of the staffs. It was my birthday and I came home a little late. It was around 12-1 am. I was staying with my sister and her boyfriend, which they already had returned home. I entered with the passcode, because you either have a code or a card to get in. This guy had stopped me and started speaking Italian I’m assuming. I don’t speak any other language besides English and I tried to translate that to him. I was drunk and got fed up and tried to go up stairs. He had grabbed my arm and was leading me outside. I’m a 21 year old female in a city, country I am not familiar with. Mind you it’s late. The reservation was under my name, I had my passport, my drivers licenses and passport card all to show him. After he had grabbed me I sat down and started bawling my eyes out, scared for whatever to come. I tried to get him to look at the computer and all he kept showing me was his phone that translated to “I don’t manage”. Okay why are you in the office then? He ends up calling the police, which relieved me a little. The police came, I’m still crying my eyes out. They start talking and have me go over to the computer. I look and sure enough right there is my full name and reservation. They have me take them to my room and my sister answers the door. I don’t know why he didn’t just take my information and look at the computer to confirm my stay. Instead he wanted to kick a young, drunk, tourist out in the early morning. It was very simple to see my name on the computer. I did not like how he had grabbed my arm. Very uncomfortable. The rest of the staff I expressed my concern with were very polite and understanding. I would just be careful of that guy if you stay here. Everything else was good.

Staff were helpful and friendly, even got in touch to check all was OK when we were running late for check in. Air conditioning was excellent in the main lounge and master bedroom, however none in second bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with great facilities and plenty of fridge space for longer stays. Loved being able to do our laundry with our own machine and Air dryer. Reasonably easy to get to on public transport andth zone for buses and trains were included with the metro 24 hr pass, just be aware there are currently roadworks at nearest station until mid October so you may need to walk a few extra minutes to the next one. Clean and tidy and comfortable bedding.

The shower head probably needs replacing, did the job but the water sprayed in every direction- I'm sure staff could log a job for this easily enough- just couldn't with our overnight stay. The Wifi was great for us, but the people checking in before us had trouble with theirs, so just be aware you may not have good coverage and to have an E-Sim for data.

We were met by a very nice man at the reception. If arriving after 8pm, make sure to let them know - they will leave the keys in the safe box. It's great that there was a bunk bed for the kids - they didn't have to sleep on the sofa bed (like they usually do during our travels). The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a stove top, an oven, and lots of dishes in excellent condition. The property was clean, with a huge balcony (the view was quite nice). There is a washing machine and a drying rack. The location is in a residential area, but if you are spending more than one day in Milan, I recommend exploring the neighborhood - take a walk along the canal with lots of nutrias living there, or go to the Parco Martiri della Libertà.

The walls could use a fresh layer of paint.

The Apartment itself was everything we needed, comfortable and clean. Reception was amazing, very helpful and friendly.

The area around the apartment is not so welcoming, although, it’s pretty much the same for a lot of areas, quite dirty.

- Friendly staff, clear directions and very much welcome. - Parking is good and safe, below the building and behind a closed door (10 euro a night, well spend money) - Public transport right in front of the building (bus, closes underground 15min walk (would buy 24 -72 card depending on your stay)

- No airconditioning in the building, during summer really hot - No privat terras, shared with 2 other junior suites (so doors need to be closed during night and when you are not there)

The place was spacious for a family of 4. There were shops and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Getting to the center of Milaan was easy either by Metro or car. Other reviews mentioned there was no AC, but our apartment had an AC in the living room and both bedrooms.

I already knew upfront so it wasn't a surprise but the facilities were very basic and a bit worn

The receptionist was very nice. Good underground car park. The building doesn't look great from the outside, but it is very nice once you are inside. Very clean and comfortable appointment. Our stay was very short, but the apartment was great and would be nice for a longer stay, too. The beds were very comfortable with clean and nice bedsheets. It is easy to get to the centre, but the area looked a bit down.

Great apartment with everything you'd need for a long weekend or more. Comfy beds, clean and simple. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of shops, cafés/bars/restaurants in the area (recommend Strippoli for pizza and pasta - 10 min walk away)

10/15 min walk to tram stop, which is OK as it is a nice neighbourhood just factor it in to your journeys. Lack of table and chairs on balcony.

well managed and organized

No kitchen tissues it would be good to have liquid hand wash in bathroom instead of soap it would have been good if kitchen had basic ingredients like salt and oil for cooking please add shampoo holder in the bath the bath has shower only, it would be nice to have hand jet in the bath

The apartment was really comfortable, with plenty of space for the four of us. The shower was amazing and we loved the balcony that ran the whole length. The wifi was strong in the lounge and it was very easy to log on. The manager was very friendly and happy to give us some suggestions of areas to visit to look for dinner. There was a convince store within 3 mins walk, which was useful for getting milk and bread etc. There are plenty of transport links right outside the apartment. We had the choice of 3 different buses to get to the underground - both M1 and M2 subways lines. Or you can walk to them in about 15 mins. Once we got used to where to catch the bus it was so easy!

We went in late August and lots of local shops were shut (it's the Italian holiday). They were just opening back up as we were leaving. It'd have been good to try the local cafe and pizzerias but we headed into the city instead where lots were still open. There is no Aircon. I had assumed that all Italian places had it!! It was VERY hot at night so cold showers and freezing water bottles became very useful! WiFi is not very good in the master bedroom but wandering back into the lounge sorted that quickly. It would have been ideal if little packets of coffee and tea bags were supplied. Note to self- take some with you next time!!
