The Apartment itself was everything we needed, comfortable and clean. Reception was amazing, very helpful and friendly.

The area around the apartment is not so welcoming, although, it’s pretty much the same for a lot of areas, quite dirty.

We were met by a very nice man at the reception. If arriving after 8pm, make sure to let them know - they will leave the keys in the safe box. It's great that there was a bunk bed for the kids - they didn't have to sleep on the sofa bed (like they usually do during our travels). The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a stove top, an oven, and lots of dishes in excellent condition. The property was clean, with a huge balcony (the view was quite nice). There is a washing machine and a drying rack. The location is in a residential area, but if you are spending more than one day in Milan, I recommend exploring the neighborhood - take a walk along the canal with lots of nutrias living there, or go to the Parco Martiri della Libertà.

The walls could use a fresh layer of paint.

- Friendly staff, clear directions and very much welcome. - Parking is good and safe, below the building and behind a closed door (10 euro a night, well spend money) - Public transport right in front of the building (bus, closes underground 15min walk (would buy 24 -72 card depending on your stay)

- No airconditioning in the building, during summer really hot - No privat terras, shared with 2 other junior suites (so doors need to be closed during night and when you are not there)

The apartment was really comfortable, with plenty of space for the four of us. The shower was amazing and we loved the balcony that ran the whole length. The wifi was strong in the lounge and it was very easy to log on. The manager was very friendly and happy to give us some suggestions of areas to visit to look for dinner. There was a convince store within 3 mins walk, which was useful for getting milk and bread etc. There are plenty of transport links right outside the apartment. We had the choice of 3 different buses to get to the underground - both M1 and M2 subways lines. Or you can walk to them in about 15 mins. Once we got used to where to catch the bus it was so easy!

We went in late August and lots of local shops were shut (it's the Italian holiday). They were just opening back up as we were leaving. It'd have been good to try the local cafe and pizzerias but we headed into the city instead where lots were still open. There is no Aircon. I had assumed that all Italian places had it!! It was VERY hot at night so cold showers and freezing water bottles became very useful! WiFi is not very good in the master bedroom but wandering back into the lounge sorted that quickly. It would have been ideal if little packets of coffee and tea bags were supplied. Note to self- take some with you next time!!

The receptionist was very nice. Good underground car park. The building doesn't look great from the outside, but it is very nice once you are inside. Very clean and comfortable appointment. Our stay was very short, but the apartment was great and would be nice for a longer stay, too. The beds were very comfortable with clean and nice bedsheets. It is easy to get to the centre, but the area looked a bit down.

Great apartment with everything you'd need for a long weekend or more. Comfy beds, clean and simple. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of shops, cafés/bars/restaurants in the area (recommend Strippoli for pizza and pasta - 10 min walk away)

10/15 min walk to tram stop, which is OK as it is a nice neighbourhood just factor it in to your journeys. Lack of table and chairs on balcony.

The apartment was clean .The area looked safe and there was a bus station which in 5 minutes took you to a metro station and in ariund 15 -25 min you were in the center .The staff in the office were helpful.In overral for a short stay not too far from center it was a good accommodation.There is some staff for cooking (pans,plates,cups,glasses ,knives etc.)and to have tea or coffee in the apartment there is no cleaning .

pillows and the matresses were not very comfortable and the shower too small.

Location of the property was really good, short drive from local amenities The hotel/property manager was friendly and communicated in advance on the logistics of the arrival (e.g. pin number to access the property, property number, expected time of arrival etc.) The rooms are super clean, including bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room. Very well kept all round. The property is in a quiet location, with no distraction throughout the day or night

Very little to not like about the property, may be a fan/ac for the summer

Convenient location, near metro and bus stations, parking garage, big apartment, supermarket nearby, quick check in, kind staff.

Only minor inconvenience: you need the key for both entering and leaving the building, so as a group of friends you need to plan leaving and arriving. Not a big deal, though.

The communication with the reception was very good. The flat is big, with plenty of room. Easy acces to city center via bus plus metro. Small shops for groceries around.

The shower cabin is quite small and the bathroom seems to be big enough for an upgrade.
