Comfy bed , clean room

Quiet far from metro station , 15 min walk

I was pleased with my stay here! I had a very late check-in, no problems, I was greeted warmly and attentively. The single room, although it seemed small, was quite comfortable. Very clean and tidy. The cleanest bed linen, a mini set of bathroom accessories beautifully packed and even a toothbrush and slippers were waiting for me! I would like to separately note the bathroom, fairly new plumbing, clean, cozy, I was pleasantly impressed. It's a 7-minute walk from the metro. I can definitely recommend it.

I think the only downside is that the gusts of wind shook the balcony door and it felt like someone was trying to open it. Earplugs solved the problem:)

The staff - never met someone as kind as the guy on the reception. The room was very spacious, with new furniture, extremely clean. Great Tratoria just at the end of the street.

Neighborhood - it’s not very close to the metro station. You have to walk at least 10-15 minutes.

For value for money travelling as a couple couldn’t be better to be honest. The man checking everyone in was lovely. Very pleasant to talk too and was super kind with checking us in very very late as our flight was delayed. Room was clean and won’t get much better for the price in a major city!

Only negative is that it’s a bit of a trek to Milan centre by foot. However there is a train line 5/10 minute walk away which takes you to Milan central. Other than this, couldn’t say a bad word for what you’re paying for!

Good hospitality, nice rooms with clean bathrooms and bed sheets. The bed and pillows were enough comfortable to make sure you get a good sleep every night. They also offer ear plugs and shower cap along with the towels which was a very pleasant surprise to us.The neighbourhood is not loud or very busy with cars-traffic so there wasn’t much noise and disturbance during our stay

The only con is that it is not close to the city centre, but you can walk to a nearby metro station and take line M2 to the centre.

The staff was very nice, the A/C worked perfectly (first time in Italy during colder days that I was not freezing in the room), outside of city center, but still close enough. Caffeteria della Terra nearby (delicious coffee & cornetti).

The walls were very thin, the shower and the very narrow bathroom. In the mornings you could smell the smell from the breakfast in the room. Via Padova to skip at night.

Loved the staff, we lost our way we got to the wrong train and showed up for the check in at the middle of the night but that wasn’t the problem because the receptionist waited us so well,small comfortable rooms, you have to change a bus and 1-2 metros to go to the Duomo but for me that wasn’t a problem.

The only issues I have is that this is the only hotel so far that you have to pay 1€ for a towel change,even if it’s not expensive at all but still I don’t get that because if you’re staying for a whole week you’ll need to pay for that towel. Overall great,recommend it

The staff were also so friendly and helpful, especially when taking bags up and down the stairs.

Every sound can be heard, and could even hear the phone loudly ringing at late points in the night. Other than that, it was just the stairs that were a pain

The staff is the kindest and he truly makes your stay really comfortable and relaxing. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. You have your own air conditioner controller to set the temperature. The toilet was also super clean. Also the very affordable and delicious breakfast was amazing. The cappuccino and the croissant was so delicious. I truly enjoyed me stay in Hotel Convertini and given the chance to visit Milan again, I’ll know where to stay.

The hotel is a little far from city center but that’s no issue. With the metro station around 10 mins away plus the bus that drop right infront of the hotel, it makes it no issue.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Very clean. The place is great for a short stay. It's near to public transport. There is very good bakery next door where you can buy delicious pizza, amazing bread, filled zucchini and aubergine, etc.

You have to push the button for the water every 10 seconds when you have a shower.
