Big hotels with many rooms a little outside of Milan. The room was big and has everything you need. Large balconies, but quite dusty and a little dirty that we didn't use them during out stay. A small swimming pool to cool off after a day trip was good. Breakfast was okay, but there were not enough tables, comparing to the number of guests in the hotel.

Families sometimes have difficulty in finding a breakfast table for everyone in the morning because somehow, all the tables are set up for 2, so they have to sit separately, or wait quite a bit until the staff can connect two or more tables together for them.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and the location was perfect—close to key attractions but still peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort.

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast options—there was a good variety of food items to choose from. The location is okay, about a 5 to 10-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, Turro. However, walking back to the hotel at night can feel a bit uncomfortable as the road is quite empty. No restaurants nearby, only near to the metro station. The staff were all very good—from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was helpful and polite. Overall, considering the price, this is probably the best hotel you can get in Milano.

The location is a bit out of the way, and without internet access, the lack of clear signage makes the hotel difficult to find.

Wonderful hotel was there already the second time everything is great. It's just a fairy tale in MilanLots of food, everything is very tasty, rooms are very big and clean, the staff is very kind, affectionate, attentive, very beautiful pool, beautiful garden. I found absolutely no comments, everything is absolutely fine. And if someone here will say something, these are competitors or people who simply cannot do, everything is fine.

The apartment was really spacious and we loved the terrace of the apartment. The metro was at few minutes walk. There was a supermarket in the vicinity of the hotel. The request were fulfilled in a reasonable time. The breakfast was great, while the coffee not really. We discovered a nice "gelateria" next to the metro station [Turro].

The air-conditioning system is centralized and it could not be used in the moment of the year we were traveling, but we were compensated with free breakfast because the information was not accurate on the website. The kitchen was poorly equipped when arrived (missing glasses, plates), but it was supplemented in few hours. However, it was no additional table and chairs on the terrace.

Architecture is modern, rooms are spacious. Location is perfect if you have a car to access city centre and sights outside. Getting to centre by public transport not too bad. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room which was a business suite with two rooms, walking wardrobe and two very large balcony. It has free parking and paid secure car park. Breakfast is great as well. Surrounding area is mostly residential with many convenient shops and take aways.

I cannot really think of anything negative about our stay.

Nice big apartment room with a decent size balcony and a pool/garden view. The property offers free outside parking. The property also allows pets and also offers a small plastic bowl and one small cookies treat for dog. It is 10-12 minutes walk from Metro station.

The per stay cleaning cost for pets is 25 Euro which they only inform post booking, People like us who stayed just for one night its little higher. Also the day of our travel their was a transport strike, We called reception to arrange a taxi to pick us up from Central as there were no taxis but they clearly refused. We were rally lucky that we got one taxi after waiting for 45 mins. The entry to apartments are via hotel so you have to walk little bit to reach apartment everytime

Absolute useless wifi in your rooms.Had to go to lobby for access.This needs to be fixed or stop advertising free wifi. Had a balcony room but no chairs or table on balcony. Guest laundry needs cleaning up and new machines installed,with maybe some instructions available on walls. Beer garden was fine,but food menu could be expended a little to cater for children and parents. Main restraint needs menu revised,try catering for the hotel clients not the odd upper class guest.Include some Italian favourites like pizzza,lasagne,scolopini.
