The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast options—there was a good variety of food items to choose from. The location is okay, about a 5 to 10-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, Turro. However, walking back to the hotel at night can feel a bit uncomfortable as the road is quite empty. No restaurants nearby, only near to the metro station. The staff were all very good—from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was helpful and polite. Overall, considering the price, this is probably the best hotel you can get in Milano.

The location is a bit out of the way, and without internet access, the lack of clear signage makes the hotel difficult to find.

The apartment was really spacious and we loved the terrace of the apartment. The metro was at few minutes walk. There was a supermarket in the vicinity of the hotel. The request were fulfilled in a reasonable time. The breakfast was great, while the coffee not really. We discovered a nice "gelateria" next to the metro station [Turro].

The air-conditioning system is centralized and it could not be used in the moment of the year we were traveling, but we were compensated with free breakfast because the information was not accurate on the website. The kitchen was poorly equipped when arrived (missing glasses, plates), but it was supplemented in few hours. However, it was no additional table and chairs on the terrace.

breakfast was good, it met my expectations and the location is ok as you walk around 5 mins to get to the metro station. Also free car parking was really convenient. Staff at the restaurant and at the bar were really nice and friendly.

I just did not like the fact that there was only one person in the reception whereas many people were in the queue to check in or check out. It was simply not enough. Also I think the hotel was not built as a hotel but later converted to a hotel. You might need to change buildings to get to the restaurant and reception. Lobby area is really small.

Architecture is modern, rooms are spacious. Location is perfect if you have a car to access city centre and sights outside. Getting to centre by public transport not too bad. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room which was a business suite with two rooms, walking wardrobe and two very large balcony. It has free parking and paid secure car park. Breakfast is great as well. Surrounding area is mostly residential with many convenient shops and take aways.

I cannot really think of anything negative about our stay.

Nice big apartment room with a decent size balcony and a pool/garden view. The property offers free outside parking. The property also allows pets and also offers a small plastic bowl and one small cookies treat for dog. It is 10-12 minutes walk from Metro station.

The per stay cleaning cost for pets is 25 Euro which they only inform post booking, People like us who stayed just for one night its little higher. Also the day of our travel their was a transport strike, We called reception to arrange a taxi to pick us up from Central as there were no taxis but they clearly refused. We were rally lucky that we got one taxi after waiting for 45 mins. The entry to apartments are via hotel so you have to walk little bit to reach apartment everytime

Absolute useless wifi in your rooms.Had to go to lobby for access.This needs to be fixed or stop advertising free wifi. Had a balcony room but no chairs or table on balcony. Guest laundry needs cleaning up and new machines installed,with maybe some instructions available on walls. Beer garden was fine,but food menu could be expended a little to cater for children and parents. Main restraint needs menu revised,try catering for the hotel clients not the odd upper class guest.Include some Italian favourites like pizzza,lasagne,scolopini.

Great hotel with good facilities and good breakfast as well. Staff was good and polite. Room was exceptionally big as it was a studio. Hotel has plenty of free parking space and also has facility to charge electric cars. Hotel also have other facilities such as Swimming Pool, a nice garden and open area as well as a Gym.

Room insulation wasn't the best - In the morning at around 9 AM, there was cleaning and gardening team that came with loud machines cleaning up the garden which woke me up. That wasn't ideal.

It was a good hotel, with good facilities. I really liked breakfast and the fact that our suite had a Nespresso machine! We didn’t use the pool as it was closed in November. But I will definitely remember this hotel if I go back to Milan during spring / summer. We had a huge balcony and I saw there were bikes that could be used. We had a suite and it really was very spacious. It basically was an apartment (without a kitchen). I really liked the porter. A very calm and friendly man!!!

It was hard to understand the lady at the reception as she had a very strong Russian accent. I am Italian, however, she kept asking me if it preferred speaking English (insinuating that I didn’t speak Italian well??). The neighborhood didn’t really feel safe to walk around at night. However the hotel and its parking lot did feel safe, we didn’t feel unsafe leaving the car. This shows that the hotel has good security.

Friendly, helpfull, staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Great breakfast selection. Bikes and e-bikes availablle for use.

Italian law (not the hotel's fault) means that the air-conditioning could not be used so room 31C on arrival and doors to balcony had to be left open at all times. My room on 7th floor had no balcony above for protection so I woke to find a wet floor after rain in the night, There needs to be some form of screen outside the door to allow ventilation but keep the elements at bay (a vertical glass screen 30cm wide would serve well). Lower floors not affected. Bar area was part of the through corridor and needs better separation.
