The apartment was quite spacious, with two balconies, with a bathtub and even wardrobe room. I really enjoyed my visit to this hotel!

wi-fi had a quite weak connection in the apartment so I worked from the lobby most of the time, in the lobby connection was very good. The cleaning guy came into the apartment every morning just after two quick knocks..that was a bit awkward for me.

Excellent value for money for a fully air-conditioned two-room flat, nicely furnished and neat at arrival, then weekly cleaned. Very helpful and likeable staff. Road-side parking possible with no issues, good central position. Could not be happier.

A wonderful place, our favorite in Milan. Kid friendly, the apartment has a small balcony, large bedroom and living room with small but functional kitchen. Cleaned every few days by diligent and kind staff. Super friendly staff overall, and great location, what does one need more?

I stayed at Residence Pian della Nave for 3 weeks. I have booked a “Superior One-Bedroom Apartment”. It was very spacious, consisting of a large bedroom (~20 sq.m.), a living room (~20 sq.m.), a separate kitchenette (fridge, stove top with 2 burners, sink), a spacious bathroom, a cloakroom, even a large corridor in the entrance. In the living room, there was a table with 3 chairs, couch / single bed, TV, microwave, and an espresso machine (there is a free welcome pack with coffee capsules, but you can purchase more from the reception). In the bedroom, there is a double bed, 2 bedside tables, another TV, and a safe box. The flat has two balconies (living room, bedroom). WiFi is free which is nice, but see my comments below. Its location is excellent. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet, and safe. It is 10min on foot from Pasteur metro station. The closest supermarket is 2min on foot. There are also some excellent restaurants which are also 1-3 mins on foot. Of course, more options exist for supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants if you wish to walk 10-15 mins. It is 15 mins by taxi from Milano Linate airport and 50 mins by taxi from Milano Malpensa airport. For Malpensa airport, I suggest to avoid taking a taxi from the street as it can be 10-30 Euros more expensive, compared to pre-booking online (e.g., from Booking.com Taxis). I’m sure there are public transportation options, but my flight hours didn’t allow that. Piero the manager (also the owner?), the reception and cleaning staff, were professional and friendly. The reception is open Monday - Saturday 08:00 - 20:00. After these times, there are some emergency contact numbers.

WiFi is free which is nice. However, it was at times unusable during the evening. This happens for two reasons. Firstly, many people use it during these times, and secondly, some flats / rooms which are in the corners of the building may receive a weaker WiFi signal. To eliminate the possibility of the second, the manager kindly provided the option to relocate me, but I have declined. The cleaning staff collect garbage / recycling bags on a daily basis, however, the cleaning service was twice a week. Personally, 3 times a week would be ideal for me.

Very well located, very nice appartments, with possibility of parking on site at an affordable price so you can travel through Milano by public transport without any parking sorrow for your car. The staff, Mister Pietro and his colleagues are all over friendly. The appartments have a certain age, but everything is in perfect order and super clean, you have a fully equipped kitchen, eating ustensiles and a large good working fridge. There is a safe box and a large, comfortable bathroom with shower. If you visit Milano, this is the ideal departing place at an affordable price

Clean and spacious, feels like a home away from home.

A little bit far away from the metro station. It takes 20mins from the M2 Loreto station and 15 mins from the M1 pasteur station.

The apartment was bigger than the expectations: bedroom, living room with additional bed, small kitchen and bathroom. I was lucky enough to find parking spot right in from of the building. The receptionist allowed me to check in the apartment before time since I had to work.

The guy on reception was brilliant. Polite, personable, helpful. The apartment was a great size, and the bed was very comfortable.

The location. We came from Pasteur station and It is not great, particularly at night. The room we were in was very plain, not necessarily a bad thing, but a little bit of TLC would make it better

Great value for money! Only a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Quite a big apartment for one person and still good for two.

Nothing really, the pillow was a bit too soft for me but that is not a bad thing just a preferance
