The location was very central, near a lot of stores and the central train station. The personnel was very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was very clean. The overall hotel was in a good shape and clean.

The room was a bit small and they gave us twin beds instead of a single double bed.

Very helpful staff, the place is kept quite clean. The room was cozy enough , there was occasional hiccup with the wifi but nothing too bad. It's maybe 5 minutes from the Metro lines M1 and M2.

Not a major issue, but probably because it's an old building, the soundproofing wasn't too good and the place could get noisy in the morning i'd say between 8am and 10am so if you like to sleep in (or have a hangover), you might have troubles

Good hotel in a convenient location, not far from the city center, metro, and Central Station. The rooms are reasonably priced and comfortable enough for a short stay. The reception staff are very friendly and speak English

The best location in Milan (near a metro station and very close to a famous shopping street), while the rooms are not expensive. The hotel is good value for money, and the staff acts friendly and polite.

No lift for the luggages but the staff are very friendly and polite so they carry the luggages upstairs with you.

The walls are super thin so you can most likely hear the conversations in the rooms next door, maybe not catch words but definitely noise.

Ideally, the shower needed a rack or shelf for soaps. I had a curfew due to my lack of a local cell phone i couldn't access the main door after 12 30am. If i knew before booking maybe i would have made.other arrangements!

Close to Loreto Metro Station. Very kind staff - provides iron, info... We asked them to split the bed into two separate beds and they did it right away. Private bathroom.

It's a bit noisy, but in Italy it's noisy everywhere in the big cities. I sleep with earplugs and I have no noise problems :)

The hotel is two minutes away from Loreto metro station, which means just two stops away from Milan Central station. The room was clean, the air-con was working well and there are a lot of places to eat around. The owner is nice and kind. Great value for money!
