It was okay and good value for the money we paid. The room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The mini kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to the metro station (5 min walk). Close to supermarkets. Located on a quiet street. The reception was open 9h/day which made the check in and check out easy.

Even though the room was very big, it was kind of weirdly furnished - there was too little furniture for that space, we could have used maybe an extra desk and a mirror (the only mirror was in the bathroom). The room was not soundproof, we could hear the sounds from the hallway or from other rooms, but it wasn't a big problem since the other guests were respectful. It could have been a bit cleaner, not a big deal though, just a little more attention to details (dusting etc). Overall it was clean enough. The adjacent streets felt a bit unsafe at night (although nothing bad happened). During the day it was alright.

The room sıze was enough for two person, kitchen facılıtıes were satisfied. The shower size is a little smaller .The location of the property is very close to metro and public transport.The supermarket and pizza house is very close.In generally, the property facilities and location covered all my expectations.

I only didn't like the Heating System. The system has been operated by hours. The rrom is becoming too hot whilst operating hours, but during the non operating hours the system is blowing the cold air and room is becoming very cold. This is the only item that I did not like during my stay.

Nice, spacy apartment, lots of room. Clean and in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Very close to tram and short walk to eateries. Overall a nice clean place with some improvements that can make this place perfect stay.

While the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, the rooms are not sound proof. People talking and dragging luggage early in the mornings is clearly heard. Room is also not completely dark at night with light coming through windows and there is this weird light thing that always lit making it very uncomfortable.

Apartment was huge and bright, with enormous window. Bathroom was fully equipped and clean. Kitchen equipment was barely used, in top condition. All the dishes, cookware present. Knives were sharp. Reception staff was very welcoming, and multi-lingual. We arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, and nonetheless got checked-in, a big thanks! Reception also features a nice coffee-machine.

Perhaps, having some kitchen expendables (like salt) would be better. Additionally, reception working time is comparably short.

I love that the aparthotel is closed to stores like conad which is easier for us to buy food and do a bit of grocery shopping. The location is great for us as it’s closed to the tram and metro. Really friendly staff and easy check in and check out. The price is affordable and already good for family or group of 5 to those who is considering staying here. The room is big and clean when we arrived. Well done to cleaners for cleaning the room properly and arranging our things to a nicer look. There is a vending machine in the hotel so it’s good to buy few snacks and water when shops outside is closed. I would definitely come back and stay again as well as recommended this to my friends.

The apartment is big, there is one double bed, one single and one extensible couch, so plenty of space to sleep. The place is fitted with kitchen utensils, stove top and a combi microwave with grill, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. It is very clean, once every two days they clean and change the towels. Metro station Loretto is at 10 minute walk, Milano Centrale train station at 20 minute walk. The area is quiet. In the reception area there is a coffee machine and a sale machine with water, sodas and snacks.

The couch was not very comfortable. There were minor spots of mold in the shower cabin. Not much, but was not supposed to be there.

Close to the train station, around a 15/20 mins walk. The staff are very accommodating and allowed for a late check in. The inside of the property was spotless! We liked the loft configuration of the room.

No complaints from us! It could have been good if there was an iron and ironing board in the room. The desk is manned from 9am to 9pm but since we were leaving early in the morning and arriving back late at night, we didn’t manage to ask for one! The room could also benefit from a full length mirror.

Good size room for a family of four. Kitchenette was a bonus if you wanted to cook something. 5 minutes walking from metro station, and Buenos Aires shopping street. Supermarkets close by and some restaurants. Staff was polite and helpful. Good for a couple of days stay if you're spending your time out and about

WiFi was not very good. Thank God I didn't have any work to do but when I needed to use it didn't work well. I didn't understand the €9 cleaning fee for more than a night's stay as there was no cleaning done to our room during our stay. Slight smell in the bathroom

we paid over 200 euro for a night for the room, which was adequate for the family, however certain items were missing which i would expect when paying 200 euro a night. There were no glasses in the room ( how is one expected to drink water or anything), no cups, to utensils. They provide a water kettle, but what are you to do with the water that you boil. on the good side, the receptionist Angela was fantastic, she assisted in getting us a taxi the next day, guided us to navigate the metro lines and made sure all our queries were answered and addressed.

Fantastic location. Quiet neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to where the locals hang out. 10-15 min walk to Central train station and 5 min walk from Loreto metro. Plenty of shops and places to eat and drink. Very clean, large apartment, everything you need. Excellent bathroom/shower. Amazing heating, living and kitchen facilities, including dishwasher and microwave/oven. Vending machine in lobby and great coffee machine. Would recommend. They accommodate us with late check in and great room service. Will definitely recommend and we will return to this accommodation.
