Its location was excellent very close to Central station of Milano and also close to Metro station both M1 and M2 ( red and green lines)

You have to carry your luggage’s a few steps while going to the elevator. There should be a sloping down way

I stayed for one night and the hotel offered all the basic amenities, it was value for money. The location was good, just a short walk from the bus and train station. It was less close to the historic center, but I still could walk to the attractions and restaurants. My room was quiet with stable Wi-Fi. Despite the freezing weather outside, the room was exceptionally well-heated. The hotel's surroundings appeared safe for a solo female traveler to explore the area late in the evening without any worries.

Hotel was fine and a good for easy access to the Centro train and Bus station. Room was small but had all that we needed. Staff were very helful and friendly.

The paid breakfast options was limited to say the least. 3 options 1. Coffee 2. Coffee and a Coissant 3.Coffee, Coissant and an orange juice all overpriced. There is an issue with the area, which is no fault of the Hotel but needs mentioning. I felt quite unsafe on the streets in this area of Milan. There are many migrants and rough sleepers and inspite of a very significant police presence throughout, I did not feel as safe as i would like. Milan was a disapointment.

Very nice, modern 3 star hotel close to the central station. Although the single room was quite small, it had a good, secure safe, a cold box, and desk. Bathroom was roomy and gleaming. Very helpful and pleasant young lady at reception. Neighborhood was fine and I felt totally safe after dark. Air conditioning was quite adequate although Milan was pleasantly cool during my stay. And there is an exceptionally good Ristorante Pizzeria only a few doors down the street. Great food.

European single rooms in 3 star hotels tend to be small but this room was exceptionally small in size. Biggest negative was probably how hard the bed is. Past guests commented on the overly hard mattress - they didn’t exaggerate. It would be helpful if the rooms contained fans.

This accomodation is among the nicest hotel experiences we ever had, and we do travel a lot, From 1 to 10 we give it a 10, without a doubt. Really can't and won't hide my delight by the way they made me feel welcomed as a guest. Hotel is on very covinient location. Close to Milano Centrale train station and not far away from most of city atractions. Accomadation is organized with a lot of taste and everything is functional and enjoyable. So many details expressed their seriousness, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so intelligently composed with a lot of style and taste. From decorations of room, bathroom, lobby, stairs, to small details regarding equipment and organization. It is simply impossible not to be satisfied with efforts they make and commitment they express. Bed is super comfy. We booked this accomodation knowing very few informations about it but now, we want to say huge thank you to all of them. Whenever I get the chance I'll return in this beautiful place.

We went to the reception the next day and the nice gentleman gave us,after explaining about the uncomfortable mattress (you could feel the spring inside)a very nice and clean room on the 4th floor!!! Thanks for that. The location is close to the train station and the staff is very nice and friendly. So I'm reviewing on the second room not the one on the first night.

The first night the receptionist gave us a noisy and not clean room,noisy from the cleaning ladies chit chatting at 8am Infront of the door & construction in the first floor, and the worst, uncomfortable mattress ever. As we arrived late night, like 3am we were so tired and not able to contact reception any more.

The location of the hotel was very convenient - it is near the metro station and the central train station, where the buses from the airport stop. By using the metro, another main train station is also 1 or 2 stops far away. The city center is also easily accessible by metro. As I was in the hotel two times in a week - rooms with backyard view are more quiet than the ones having a main street view. The staff is friendly. There is a pizza restaurant and a coffee with a nice breakfast next to the hotel.

the service was exceptional. we were planned to arrive early and asked whether it was possible for them to hold the luggage for us. The reply was very quick and were ready to help us. Something which is also positive is that the check-out is at 12:00. This gave us time to still go around and then come back before commencing our travel back home. There is a small frigo bar in the room. Shower was good and overall very clean. Will stay again when I return to Milan. Location is also very good between 2 Metro stations , the RED and the Green.

There were 2 bottles of water in the frigobar. It would have been amazing if these were complimentary. This is not really a negative rating but just it would have been perfect.

The location is excellent for the train station and metro. Otherwise, it isn't a particularly interesting area. There are quite a few pizzeria within walking distance.

The bed is super hard. I like a hard mattress and was initially delighted, but I actually found it hard to sleep. There's no air-conditioning at this time of year and no fans are available. I was too hot and would have appreciated a small fan. I was told to open the window, but it was far too noisy. Like most places that don't have carpet, you can hear a lot between the floors. The people above kept dragging their chairs along the floor. I could also hear people speaking – this wouldn't have been the case if I'd had a fan!

The value for money on our night here was so good! The proximity to Milan Centrale was amazing, the size of the room, decor and beds were all really great. Pleasantly surprised at how decent this was!

All good for us! Worth nothing that the lift is pretty small and the entrance to the hotel isn't very accessible for prams/wheelchairs with the steps and no ramp option that I could see. I'm sure it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me if I was there with my baby, but worth mentioning in case that's important to others.
