The reception staff here were very welcoming. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and the man on the evening was the same. As was the breakfast waitress. A credit to the hotel. Myself and my daughter stayed in a twin room which was clean and comfortable. Tv, table, bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer along with two comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, both in value and choice. 5 euros each got us a continental breakfast, with bread, meats, cheese, eggs, croissants, cheese etc, with a choice of drinks. Good value. If you are looking for somewhere budget conscious which is ideally located next to the station and a metro link, this is ideal to explore milan and the region. The bus from bergamo airport drops off pretty much outside.

For the price we paid, the hotel is good. I would describe it as functional. We didn't book a 5* hotel and as such expected what we got. We were pleased with our choice and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a good bourgeois hotel with a big bed in a decent sized room. The staff were delightful. If you need to be near the central station it is a great location. It is 45 minutes walk to the Duomo central area or a €25 taxi ride. The hotel is quiet despite being on a busy road.

We had our flights cancelled by British Airways due to an IT problem, so we made last minutes reservations. Hotel Albert (Laura) was able to give us a room at 10;30am. This was much appreciated since we had not slept much due to getting up at 2:30am when our flights were cancelled to rearrange new flights. The room was large and comfortable Beds were very comfortable and king size. Desk was large. There were several places to put luggage. The front desk staff (24 hours) was very helpful.

The location is very good, they have a 24h front desk open, the staff were very nice, the room was clean and had a good size, and the shower had a lot of water pressure.

The shower was a bit small.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was lovely. The room was really nice. Good size for Europe. Across the street from Centrale Station and Metro. Very convenient. The facilities were spotless. The housekeeping efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our time here.

Stayed in early April. The room was very warm and stuffy the first night and they don’t have AC until summer months. The rest of the stay was more comfortable. Lots of sirens since en route to hospital. Weekend bar crowd was noisy. I’m used to noise so I didn’t mind. But if you’re from a small town or the country, it could be a deterrent.

The hotel is really close to Centrale station which is good when arriving late at night. The hotel was nice and quiet.

The area beside the station can be risky to go out in after dark being close to the station so I would advise against going out late at night alone. The TV didn't have English language channels.

We have stayed here before and like that the location is perfect for our travels, especially if on a bicycle and or the train.

A convenient hotel if you are traveling in Italy - next to the train station, direct buses to Malpesa airport. Very good hotel for one night stopover. Responsive staff! Thank you!

Great location for public transportation to and from airport and around town. They stored our bicycle boxes while we toured Italy on our bicycles. Breakfast great, hotel needs an update however everything is clean.

Nice classic style hotel with reasonable price. I especially liked the old radio system with speaker in the shower room. It was a nice experience.
