Spacious room, comfortable bed. Location was good next to the central station (a bit further from the city center area). The staff was very nice and as Hilton members we were able to check out a bit later for free which was great.

There is construction taking place in the hotel, which I didn't know (the information could be written more clear here). This meant that the construction noise started very early in the morning. One day our room was cleaned "half way" - only one used cup was replaced and the bed was not completely made, half of the pillows were left on my suitcase (?).

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were lovely. Location wise it was so easy to get to and from, and made the trip into the city centre so easy.

The hotel was obviously in the middle of some renovations however. While this wasn't disruptive it was not clearly stated. The room was also not checked before we arrived to confirm that all the amenities were working - I had to call for maintenance to get the TV on line - which is a small issue - but you would expect that a hotel of the Hilton's calibre had taken care to check and maintain the standard of the room.

We liked the hotel in general, the only thing we would like to be different - it would be better to have sockets for charging phones near the beds. In the room we had the sockets were too far away from beds - at the opposite side of the room. The room was very spacious. Nice bathroom, bathrobes and slippers provided. We had a very early check out and were very pleased with packed breakfast. Nice restaurant on the ground floor. There's also a gym on the minus 1 floor with water and towels.

The Location was fantastic, The breakfast was awesome and nice The staffs were professional, caring, nice, polite and always ready to help, special thanks to Pio and Joshua, they made us very happy and comfortable, we do not have enough words to express our gratitude to the entire staff, it felt like a home away from home and we enjoyed every bit of our stay, we shall definitely come again and we will recommend to all our friends coming to milan to stay in this awesome facility, Hilton milan is one of the best in the world🙌🙌

I loved everything about this facility, there is no complain at all, it was a wonderful stay.

The price of the room was very good, there was a large selection at breakfast and the metro was close to the hotel

Breakfast was fantastically exceptional! Beds were super comfy. We had one king bed, one sofa bed and one single bed. Water cans were free only once but there's Aldi store right next to the hotel. Superb location to catch the trains. 5 mins walk to Milano Centrale station. Plenty of fluffy towels were provided. Spacious room comfortable for the 4 of us! There's a bidet too so it was overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely come again

Nothing that I would dislike

Breakfast very good, clean, but the toilet should have been cleaned better, or maybe it looks like this because is quite old the property. Staff very friendly and helpful. To conclude, happy about the choice.

Toilet was not cleaned good or it’s just old. Also considering that the hotel is quite old, i find it a bit expensive, when for the same value, you can stay at a newer hotel.

On arrival we did not have to wait and the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel building is very nice throughout and the rooms very comfortable and well-designed. It is a short walk to the train station which we used the underground to get to the main square, within a few minutes The breakfast was excellent with a chef available to make omelettes to order.

Location is a bit far from center 10 min minimum by car to center Furniture from the 90’ is outdated for sure “they are renovating the full hotel” you will see a huge difference between the entrances and reception and the other floors and rooms. There is a restaurant and bar at entrances and after 9 each day they are too loud

Reliable Hilton quality, with large rooms. We had booked a double room with an extra bed, and the room turned out to be really large even with the extra bed in it. Large bathroom too. Ever so slightly dated, but still very very good quality. GREAT breakfast: various types of eggs, meats, cereals, youghurts, pastries etc etc. And great coffee obviously. We arrived late by train, so the location was great, just 5 minutes by foot from the station.

Can't fault the property as such. To visit the city over several days, the location would not be the best. But it's very good if you have a late train arrival, or an early departure.
