Great small hotel situated beside Milano Centrale station. So convenient for the station, Metro ( just a couple of stops from Duomo station) and the buses to the airports leave from outside the door of the hotel. Recently refurbished to a really great standard. Rooms very comfortable and clean, staff helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast available at a good price. Mercado Centrale across the street is vibrant lively place with fabulous options of food just across the street. Don’t miss this place. We would recommend the hotel as a very convenient place to use as a base for a visit to Milan.

You can't beat the convenience of this hotel. If you arrive in Milan's central train station, the hotel is just across the street (follow the sign for IV Novembre). Shuttle buses for the airports are located just steps away. The train station offers many dining options, in particular, the Mercato, which features a wide variety of foods, desserts, and drinks, as well as seating. The train station also has a variety of shops, including a supermarket, bookstores, and pharmacy. The hotel staff were easily available for answering questions and making sure I had what I needed.

Hotel has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. Cleaning, including in our room was excellent. Location is ideal if you are a tourist. It is just outside Milan Central Station with access to overland train services and the Metro (easy to use, you can just tap and go with a credit card as in London) All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary very good coffee available in reception. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. We would stay here again if we revisit Milan.

The entrance to the hotel is through iron gates (press buzzer and they open) Then you take a rather ancient lift to the first floor where the hotel is situated. There is a different hotel on each floor of this building. The room could do with more shelving, especially in the bathroom. For breakfast you go to a different hotel on the third floor. At only 7 Euros each it is good value for money.

Helpful staff at check-in with 24 hour reception, and a kettle in the room for a hot drink in the morning. Room was clean and tidy and interior of building was beautiful. Convenient location, just by Central station (name gives it away!). Despite arriving late at night the area seemed OK.

On-line check-in didn't work. Check-in on site was a little confusing as the building appears to have different hotels on different floors. I'd booked "Hotel Central Station" who had reception on 1st floor, but I actually needed to check-in on the 3rd floor, where the branding was different. The gate outside is locked at 6pm, after which you have to ring the bell to get in. It wasn't a problem as it was answered promptly. Despite this, I'd stay here again if ever I needed a night in Milan

This place is really practically located, right next to Milan central station and directly adjacent to where the airport bus from Malpensa (EUR10) drops off. Like quite a lot of budget hotels in Italian cities it’s basically one floor of an apartment block. Other hotels are on other floors of the same building. In fact on check-in I was sent up a couple of floors and stayed at Hotel Metropoli, rather than Central Station as booked. No problem though. The room was large and comfortable and super-clean. Good double glazing meant it was quiet despite its bustling location.

The hotel is very comfortable for an overnight stay after a late landing at the airport. Buses from Milan Malpensa stop right in front of the hotel, and it’s conveniently located close to Milano Centrale. The property is clean and cozy, situated on the first floor of the building. They provide free coffee, and the bathroom is well-equipped with essentials like toothpaste, a toothbrush, hygiene items, and towels. For three people, the hotel offers one sofa bed and two regular beds. We arrived at night, and finding the location was very easy.

However, I would kindly suggest paying attention to the pillows and other bedding, as they seemed quite old and could use an update.

The hotel is in very good location, right by the station. The room was clean, modern, and spacious and had all amenities (e.g., shampoo, soap, facial cotton, slippers shower cap, etc.). The AC in the room worked well and had a small fridge which was useful to keep drinks and some food cold for the hot summer days. There was also a coffee machine in the lobby that was free for guests. The people at the reception were always very kind and helpful.

We would have appreciated if there were two chairs in the room as we were 2 travelers and one person had no chair to sit. Other than that, everything was great.

Good location very close to Milan Centrale station. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. A very helpful staff member got my computer connected to the network. Good soundproofing meant I didn't hear the child in the next room crying, nor the traffic noise. The kettle, green tea bag and cup was a nice touch and the bottle of water in the fridge very welcome

The breakfast was good value but the croissants were disappointing. Excellent coffee from the machine though.

Just over the road from the triaain station, this small hotel is ideal if travelling in and out of Milan by train. The room was clean, and the air-conditioning was nice and cold on the hot July day we visited. There was a decent selection of items in the room. Very good value for money.

When we entered the room, it smelled aufully of drains. I suspect it was due to stagnant water in the bathroom, as after we flushed, and kept the air con on for a while the smell went away. But the smell upon entering was really bad, and it should have not been like that. While very conveneint , the area around the train station is, as usual, quite down at heel.

Great location right next to Milan central rail station, coach station and metro station making getting around the city and to the airport very easy. Plenty of amenities in the surrounding area with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Spacious room with good sized bathroom.

Breakfast was included in the price but was very basic, essentially consisting of snacks and a coffee machine. However, there were plenty of alternative options in the local area.
