Great location. Nice pool area and bar. Some lovely touches with flip flops, towel robes and slippers. Very good housekeeping staff.

Bizarrely the room didn’t have a single drawer. This might have been ok if you could have stored clothes in a suitcase but the room was quite small and the case wouldn’t fit under the bed. My clothes were a crumpled heap as we were there for a week. In addition the hairdryer is fixed in the bathroom meaning you have to stand and get ready in a steamy bathroom. Some ill considered design flaws stopped the hotel getting 10/10.

A lot of people just standing in the pool so it was hard to get in. Also unable to get a seat at the pool as other guests were reserving them or using 2 for themselves, one in the sun and one in the shade. Not much on offer around the hotel to eat. There was a heat wave in Europe during our 5 day stay with 36 +degree Temperatures everyday. A suggestion to open the indoor bar for appertivo as it was too hot to sit outdoors at the pool.

1. hand held shower did not work + desk chair wheels also not work 2. housekeeping forgot to replenish coffee one day The good news was all of the above were rectified immediately which begs the question was our room checked prior to arrival ? (Answer = probably not). The following probably will not be rectified anytime soon: A. bathroom sink faucets badly designed because it will splash water all over the place. B. the bathtub is incredibly high to get in and out of which is very dangerous for the elderly, especially given a slippery bathtub floor (no mats) and a lack of handle bars, which makes this bathtub a potential for lawsuits sooner or later.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. The beds are very comfortable and very well designed, I could not sense at all if my partner was tossing and turning throughout the night. I loved the bathtub and the spacious bathroom and the whole room brought a sense of calm. The metro is literally just outside the hotel and it will take you to the Duomo in a few minutes. Good connections available. I wished I'd stayed more nights!

Unfortunately our room was directly below the gym and we could hear someone running on the treadmill, a steady banging. It was minor and we only heard it in the morning.

The room was very spacious and clean. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. There is an outside pool and bar area which in the summer months, would definitely be a bonus. The hotel is located right next to the Metro which is very convenient. However, there aren’t many restaurants or shops in the immediate area which is a shame. Which means at least a fifteen minute walk to the nearest street where restaurants are located. The area is one of the better areas in the city but we didn’t feel safe using the metro out of hours.

The health suite facilities were poor only a small sauna and steam room. The steam room wasn’t working and was switched off. No restaurants or shops in the close vicinity .

The swimming pool was incredible. The location so close to the train station with a metro right outside. Great breakfast buffet.

So many reserved beds by the swimming pool - when I asked one of the waiters why so many were reserved (because there was hardly anyone there yet we couldn’t sit down), he said the hotel sells the beds to people who don’t stay in the hotel and they get priority. I think that’s disgusting that guests don’t get priority when they have specifically booked and paid for a hotel with a pool. Rooms on the whole were cleaner but could be cleaner, there were some things that were a little dusty. Very hard uncomfortable pillows.

The staff were extremely helpful, we arrived in the morning after travelling for 24 hours from Australia with two kids and they did everything they could to have a room ready for us early. In the meantime we could use the pool which was amazing on such a hot day. The pool area is great and does food and drinks. Location is good, directly above a subway station or a 5 min walk from Centrale train station. Rooms were a bit dated but large, clean and comfortable

Rooms were a little bit tired/worn

1) The spacious and clean room, 2) All personel of the reception, breakfast and restaurant and cleaning were very nice and good, 3) The nearness of Metro station Sondrio (about 3 mtrs.), 4) About 10 minutes walk from and to Milan Central Station, 5) We had diner and my wife choose pasta and it was too salty, the waiter didn't charged the pasta, we left a good tip instead.

There's really nothing that comes to mind that is negative! Only positive feedback!

Very friendly staff that let us into the room a bit earlier than the official time. Basic but clean rooms with good aircon and free bottles of water. The location is perfect, just above Sondrio station with a direct connection, a few stops to Duomo. Breakfast is over the top, fresh fruit, smoked salmon and even with a kids corner. We forgot one of our airpods which was sent to our house @cost of transport 👍🏻

The pool was great with the hot weather but sadly a lot of people kept sunbeds occupied even if they were not there, which the staff did not address. Plenty of couches to sit on as alternative though and good swimming pool bar assortment.

The hotel is quite close to the Central Station (which is very convenient when arriving by train or taking rail to the airports). The entrance to Sondrio metro station is right outside the hotel. Fantastic for getting just about anywhere in Milan. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily and the 9th floor fitness area (sauna, steam room) was a welcome bonus after a long day of walking around town. Front desk staff were very helpful, giving advice, storing luggage, booking a last-minute taxi.
